目的为小阴唇肥大患者应用二氧化碳激光边缘弧线切除法治疗的临床效果。方法随机选取2020年1月-2022年12月淄博市妇幼保健院收治的60例小阴唇肥大患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组(30例,采用传统边缘弧线切除法)与观察组(30例,采... 目的为小阴唇肥大患者应用二氧化碳激光边缘弧线切除法治疗的临床效果。方法随机选取2020年1月-2022年12月淄博市妇幼保健院收治的60例小阴唇肥大患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组(30例,采用传统边缘弧线切除法)与观察组(30例,采用二氧化碳激光边缘弧线切除法手术治疗)。对两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、疼痛评分、血肿发生率、切口愈合良好率以及满意度进行对比分析。结果观察组手术时间(11.12±1.22)min明显短于对照组(37.86±3.19)min,差异有统计学意义(t=25.363,P<0.05)。观察组术中出血量、疼痛评分、血肿发生率显著优于对照组,切口愈合良好率以及满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论二氧化碳激光边缘弧线切除法手术在小阴唇肥大患者中具有良好的应用效果,可显著缩短手术时间,降低术中出血量、疼痛评分、血肿发生率显,提高切口愈合良好率以及患者满意度。 展开更多

目的探讨二氧化碳激光边缘弧线切除法在小阴唇整形术中的应用效果及安全性。方法选取杭州市妇产科医院2019年10月至2020年10月收治的164例小阴唇肥大患者(肥大小阴唇192个)为研究对象,其中接受二氧化碳激光边缘弧线切除法手术82例(肥大... 目的探讨二氧化碳激光边缘弧线切除法在小阴唇整形术中的应用效果及安全性。方法选取杭州市妇产科医院2019年10月至2020年10月收治的164例小阴唇肥大患者(肥大小阴唇192个)为研究对象,其中接受二氧化碳激光边缘弧线切除法手术82例(肥大小阴唇97个),为观察组;接受传统边缘弧线切除法手术82例(肥大小阴唇95个),为对照组。观察并比较两组患者单侧手术时间、术中出血量、术后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、血肿发生率、切口愈合良好率及满意度。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者单侧手术时间明显缩短,术中出血量明显减少,术后1、2、3 d VAS评分及血肿发生率均明显降低,术后满意度明显提升,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组患者切口愈合良好率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论二氧化碳激光边缘弧线切除法用于小阴唇整形术安全有效,患者术后恢复快,满意度高,值得在临床推广应用。 展开更多

Transparent p-type conducting SnO2/Al/SnO2 multilayer films were fabricated on quartz substrates by radio frequency(RF) sputtering using SnO2 and Al targets. The deposited films were annealed at a fix temperature of 500 °C for different time durations(1-8 h). The effect of annealing time on the structural, morphological, optical and electrical performances of SnO2/Al/SnO2 multilayer films was studied. X-ray diffraction(XRD) results show that all the p-type conducting films possess polycrystalline SnO2 with tetragonal rutile structure. Hall-effect results indicate that 500 °C for 1 h is the optimum annealing condition for p-type SnO2/Al/SnO2 multilayer films, resulting in a hole concentration of 1.14×1018 cm-3 and a low resistivity of 1.38 ?·cm, respectively. The optical transmittance of the p-type SnO2/Al/SnO2 multilayer films is above 80% within annealing time range of 1-8 h, showing maximum for the films annealed for 1 h. 展开更多

ZnO/diamond-like carbon (DLC) thin films are deposited by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) on Si (111) wafer. Visible room-temperature photoluminescence (PL) is observed from ZnO/DLC thin films by fluorescence spectrophotometer. The Gaussian curve fitting of PL spectra reveals that the broadband visible emission contains three components with λ=508 nm, 554 nm and 698 nm. The origin and possible mechanism of the visible PL are discussed, and they can be attributed to the PL recombination of ZnO and DLC thin films. 展开更多

In a seminal work, Gozar et al. reported on the high-temperature interface superconductivity in bilayers of insulating La2Cu O4 and metallic La2-xSrxCuO4(x=0.45). An interesting question to address is how general and robust this interface superconductivity is. In the past, the cuprate bilayers were grown in a unique atomic-layer molecular beam epitaxy system, with a Sr doping range of x≤0.47, and the atomically flat interface was thought to be indispensable. Here, we have fabricated bilayers of La2CuO4 and La2-xSrxCuO4 by pulsed laser deposition. We have tried to extend the nominal doping range of Sr from the previous maximum of 0.47 to the present1.70(the nominal Sr content in the targets). X-ray diffraction result indicates that our La2-xSrxCuO4 films with x≤0.60 have very high crystalline quality;but the film crystalline structure degrades gradually with further increasing x, and finally the structure is fully lost when x reaches 1.40 and higher. Although the film quality scatters dramatically, our experiments show that there exists superconductivity for bilayers in nearly the entire over-doped Sr range, except for a non-superconducting region at x^0.80. These observations demonstrate that the interface superconductivity in copper oxides is very general and robust. 展开更多

The crown-like zinc oxide(Zn O)samples,which are composed of a hexagonal cap and a tower-like shaft,are prepared by vapor transport method.The hexagonal cap,working as a whispering gallery mode(WGM)resonant cavity,demonstrates density-dependent ultraviolet(UV)lasing emission with a broadened and squared photoluminescence(PL)profile under UV excitation at 355 nm.Theoretical analyses based on Fermi golden rule show that the broadened spectrum profile results from the special optical mode density characteristics in a WGM micro-cavity,which is in agreement with the observed results. 展开更多
