目的:探讨火制法对中药饮片的化学成分及临床疗效的影响。方法:选择服用同种方剂治疗的150例患者作为研究对象,排除重症、急症以及慢性疾病患者。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各75例。对照组给予未经炮制的中药治疗,观察组给予火制法炮... 目的:探讨火制法对中药饮片的化学成分及临床疗效的影响。方法:选择服用同种方剂治疗的150例患者作为研究对象,排除重症、急症以及慢性疾病患者。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各75例。对照组给予未经炮制的中药治疗,观察组给予火制法炮制的饮片治疗。观察临床治疗效果。结果:对照组总有效率为81.33%,观察组总有效率93.33%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为12.00%,观察组不良反应发生率为2.66%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组糖类、生物碱类、黄铜类、皂苷类溶出量均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:中药饮片经火制法炮制后临床疗效更好,且可以减少不良反应,促进患者恢复健康。 展开更多

This method makes full use of the advantages of SAGA and can handle under-/over- constraint problems naturally. It has advantages (due to its not being sensitive to the initial values) over the Newton-Raphson method, and its yielding of multiple solutions, is an advantage over other optimal methods for multi-solution constraint system. In this paper, by combining a stochastic optimization method with a refrigeration shaft work targeting method,an approach for the synthesis of a heat integrated complex distillation system in a low-temperature process is presented. The synthesis problem is formulated as a mixed-integer nonlinear programming(MINLP) problem,which is solved by simulated annealing algorithm under a random procedure to explore the optimal operating parameters and the distillation sequence structure. The shaft work targeting method is used to evaluate the minimum energy cost of the corresponding separation system during the optimization without any need for a detailed design for the heat exchanger network(HEN) and the refrigeration system(RS). The method presented in the paper can dramatically reduce the scale and complexity of the problem. A case study of ethylene cold-end separation is used to illustrate the application of the approach. Compared with the original industrial scheme, the result is encouraging. 展开更多

Vehicle collision avoidance system is a kind of auxiliary driving system based on vehicle active safety,which can assist the driver to take the initiative to avoid obstacles under certain conditions,so as to effectively improve the driving safety of vehicle.This paper presents a collision avoidance system for an autonomous vehicle based on an active front steering,which mainly consists of a path planner and a robust tracking controller.A path planner is designed based on polynomial parameterization optimized by simulated annealing algorithm,which plans an evasive trajectory to bypass the obstacle and avoid crashes.The dynamic models of the AFS system,vehicle as well as the driver model are established,and based on these,a robust tracking controller is proposed,which controls the system to resist external disturbances and work in accordance with the planning trajectory.The proposed collision avoidance system is testified through CarSim and Simulink combined simulation platform.The simulation results show that it can effectively track the planning trajectory,and improve the steering stability and anti-interference performance of the vehicle. 展开更多

In this paper, a new algorithm which integrates the powerful firefly Mgorithm (FA) and the ant colony optimization (ACO) has been used in tracking control of ship steering for optimization of fractional-order proportional-integral-derivative (FOPID) controller gains. Particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is also used to optimize FOPID controllers, and their performances are compared. It is found that FA optimized FOPID controller gives better performance than others. Sensitivity analysis has been carried out to see the robustness of optimum FOPID gains obtained at nominal conditions to wide changes in system parameters, and the optimum FOPID gains need not be reset for wide changes in system parameters. 展开更多

Dynamic modeling and active control of a strap-on launch vehicle are studied in this paper. In the dynamic modeling, the double-compatible free-interface modal synthesis method is used to establish dynamic model of the system, and its model precision is compared with those of finite element method(FEM), fixedinterface modal synthesis method and free-interface modal synthesis method. In the active control, the swing angle of rocket motor is used as design variable, and the control law design based on the model of mass center motion is adopted to validate the system. Simulation results indicate that the double-compatible model synthesis method can properly approximate the FEM which is used as the benchmark solution, and the model precision of the double-compatible modal synthesis method is obviously higher than those of the fixed-interface and freeinterface modal synthesis methods. Based on the control law design, the deflection of mass center of the launch vehicle is very small. 展开更多
