为了解老化对炸药件热安全性的影响,开展了PBX-6炸药件在温度65℃、时间180和365d的加速老化实验,建立了100mm炸药件火烧实验方法。对加速老化前后的PBX-6炸药件进行了带内外壳约束的火烧实验。用热电偶和温度测试系统记录测试位置的... 为了解老化对炸药件热安全性的影响,开展了PBX-6炸药件在温度65℃、时间180和365d的加速老化实验,建立了100mm炸药件火烧实验方法。对加速老化前后的PBX-6炸药件进行了带内外壳约束的火烧实验。用热电偶和温度测试系统记录测试位置的温度变化,使用高速相机拍摄火烧过程。根据实验结果分析炸药件在老化前后的热安全性变化。研究结果表明,在相同的热辐射和热传导作用下,加速老化炸药件比未老化炸药件更早地发生热分解反应。PBX-6炸药件老化时间越长,烤燃时间越短,烤燃温度越低,爆燃后对烤燃弹外壳和圆筒的破坏程度更大,其热稳定性降低,烤燃弹热安全性下降。 展开更多

基于标准火烧试验的混凝土热工参数反演分析

针对混凝土结构在火灾环境下温度场及热应力分布规律数值模拟分析中的热工参数合理选取问题,采用ISO-834标准升温曲线对预埋有K型铠装热电偶传感器混凝土梁进行单面明火试验,探明了混凝土梁在标准火灾环境下温度场的分布规律;基于欧洲... 针对混凝土结构在火灾环境下温度场及热应力分布规律数值模拟分析中的热工参数合理选取问题,采用ISO-834标准升温曲线对预埋有K型铠装热电偶传感器混凝土梁进行单面明火试验,探明了混凝土梁在标准火灾环境下温度场的分布规律;基于欧洲规范中导热系数上限值,采用数值模拟手段再现了单面明火试验全过程,依据试验结果反演修正了欧洲规范导热系数上限值计算公式。结果表明:室内火烧试验炉内实际升温曲线与ISO-834标准升温曲线非常接近,说明试验模拟的火灾场景符合实际的火灾情况;采用欧洲规范的热工参数进行温度场模拟时,不同断面处的温度与试验值存在较大温度差,且模拟值均高于试验值;基于优化后的导热系数上限值计算公式,在距受火面10、20 mm处的数值模拟温度值与试验值的温差分别减小至4.43℃与2.21℃,验证了优化公式的合理性。 展开更多

In this paper, an experimental study on combustion characteristics and emissions of a single cylinder spark ignition engine fueled with coal-mine methane (CMM) is investigated under various loads. CMM is simulated by the compressed nature gas( CNG)/nitrogen blend fuels. Based on experiment results, it is shown that under 0% - 35% nitrogen volume fraction in CNG/nitrogen blends, the maximum cylinder pressure, the maximum rate of pressure rise and the rate of heat release decrease, the flame propagation period increases, the center of heat release curve is closed to the top dead centre (TDC)markedly with the increase of nitrogen volume fraction. Meanwhile, the hydrocarbon (HC), CO emissions increase, the NOx emission decreases apparently with the increase of nitrogen volume fraction. 展开更多

Magnesium is of interest for underwater propulsion due to the superior ignition behavior of magnesium particles and the highly exothermic Mg-water reaction.In this work,the ignition and combustion characteristics of an individual millimeter-sized magnesium particle in water vapor were studied.In order to build an atmosphere of water vapor,an experiment system was established and validated by the experiments of magnesium particle in air.The ignition and combustion of a single magnesium particle were accomplished in a combustor filled with water vapor.The surface changes of the particle during the ignition and a steady-state vapor phase combustion were observed.Based on the data obtained,ignition mechanism was analyzed and ignition temperature was determined.The steady-state combustion of the sample was controlled by diffusion in gas phase,and a one-dimensional,spherically symmetric quasi-steady model was adopted to describe the process.The dependence of burning time on the diameter was investigated,and the conclusion that burning time is proportional to the square of the metal sample diameter was drawn. 展开更多

Improvement on extinction and pollution emission have become one of the most prominent research topics in gas turbine.It is widely recognized that the fuel/air mixture distribution in the recirculation zone is a critical factor in improving lean blow-out(LBO) and ignition.This paper proposed a new low emission scheme with fuel staged centrally and hybrid injector to improve flameout and emission.A relative small amount of fuel enters into central pilot airblast atomizer burner and then atomized by inner swirl air.The remaining majority of fuel is directly injected into vane channels of the primary swirler through a series of holes located on the sidewall of the main stage.Only pilot stage is fueled under ignition and lean flameout condition.The uniformity of fuel/air mixture distribution in the primary zone of the new design decreases NOX emission,meanwhile the fuel air mixture in pilot recirculation zone is locally rich to improve flameout and ignition.Experimental investigation was conducted to compare the new scheme with baseline design of dual-swirler in terms of LBO and ignition characteristics under the same condition in a multi-sector combustor.It is found that the fuel-air ratio of ignition limit and LBO decrease with the reference velocity increasing.The experimental results also show that the new scheme successfully improve lean blow-out and broaden the operation range of the combustor.The experimental results indicated that the centrally staged scheme can widen the operation boundary of the combustor and can provide guidance for design and optimization of combustion chamber. 展开更多

Turbulent reacting flows in a generic swirl gas turbine combustor model are investigated both numerically and experimentally.In the investigation,an emphasis is placed upon the external flue gas recirculation,which is a promising technology for increasing the efficiency of the carbon capture and storage process,which,however,can change the combustion behaviour significantly.A further emphasis is placed upon the investigation of alternative fuels such as biogas and syngas in comparison to the conventional natural gas.Flames are also investigated numerically using the open source CFD software OpenFOAM.In the numerical simulations,a laminar flamelet model based on mixture fraction and reaction progress variable is adopted.As turbulence model,the SST model is used within a URANS concept.Computational results are compared with the experimental data,where a fair agreement is observed. 展开更多
