AIM:To synthesize pyranoisoflavonids compound--alpinumisoflavone with molluscicidal activity. METHOD:Polyhydric phenols and p substituted phenylacetic acid derivatives was used as the major reactants to synthesis the ...AIM:To synthesize pyranoisoflavonids compound--alpinumisoflavone with molluscicidal activity. METHOD:Polyhydric phenols and p substituted phenylacetic acid derivatives was used as the major reactants to synthesis the target compounds by multi step synthesis. RESULT:The target compound structure were comfirmed by physicial constant and 1H NMR spectrum. The total yield of three steps reaction is 31%.Alpinumisoflavone has been synthesized for supplying sample for biological screening. CONCLUSION:It is a stable and readily accessible routine for synthesis of dimethylchromens of Alpinumisoflavone and its derivatives while 3 Hydroxy 3 methyl 1,1 dimethoxybutane was used as dimethylchromenylation reagent.展开更多
