The findings reveal that the overall employment quality for these flexible workers is relatively low, primarily influenced by their individual, human capital, and social capital characteristics. In light of these findings and considering the occupational characteristics of flexible workers in new forms of employment, it is recommended to reinforce the responsibilities of the government, employment platforms, and flexible workers themselves, to refine policy measures and elevate the employment quality for flexible workers in new forms of employment.展开更多
