为分析脉冲发动机中隔层的绝热效果及温度变化情况,推导了隔层两种炭化模型的计算公式,对比实际发动机试车结果,模型一误差为20%,模型二误差为6.7%,炭化模型二具有较好的精度;数值模拟了隔层的热传导过程,将是否考虑炭化影响的隔层传热... 为分析脉冲发动机中隔层的绝热效果及温度变化情况,推导了隔层两种炭化模型的计算公式,对比实际发动机试车结果,模型一误差为20%,模型二误差为6.7%,炭化模型二具有较好的精度;数值模拟了隔层的热传导过程,将是否考虑炭化影响的隔层传热深度及温度分布与理论计算结果进行对比,未考虑炭化影响计算结果的误差在14.3%以上,考虑炭化影响计算结果的误差均小于10%。研究结果表明,预估隔层炭化深度时,应该运用炭化模型二;计算隔层的温度场分布时,必须考虑炭化影响。 展开更多

First the paper proposed the 3D integrated data model of stratum, laneway and drill on the basic of TIN and ARTP, and designed the relevant conceptual and logical model from the view of data model, and described the data structure of geometric elements of the model by adopting the object-oriented modeling idea. And then studied the key modeling technology of stratum, laneway and drill, introduced the ARTP modeling process of stratum, laneway and drill and studied the 3D geometric modeling process of different section laneways. At last, the paper realized the three-dimensional visualization system professionally coalmine-oriented, using SQL Server as background database, Visual C++6.0 and OpenGL as foreground development tools. 展开更多

Removal of lead(II) from aqueous solutions by activated carbon developed from surplus sludge 被引量:1

Activated carbon(AC) was prepared from surplus sludge using chemical activation method with the assistance of ZnCl2. The influences of process parameters on the AC's specific surface area and adsorption capacity for Pb2+ were examined to optimize these parameters. The optimal conditions for the preparation of AC were determined to be activation temperature of 500 °C, activation time of 1 h, impregnation ratio of 1:1(solid-to-liquid volume) with the 30% ZnCl2 solution(mass fraction), giving the BET surface area of 393.85 m2/g and yield of 30.14% with 33.45% ash. Also, the pyrolysis temperature was found to be the most important parameter in chemical activation. FTIR spectra provided the evidence of some surface structures such as C=C and C—O—C. In the adsorption studies, a rise in solution pH led to a significant increase in adsorption capacity when the pH value varied from 3.0 to 7.0, and the optimal pH for removal of Pb2+ was 7.0. It was observed that the pseudo-second-order equation provided better correlation for the adsorption rate than the pseudo-first-order and the Langmuir model fitted better than the Freundlich model for adsorption isotherm. The adsorption capacity of AC to Pb2+ was 11.75 mg/L at solution pH 7.0, the equilibrium time 480 min and 25 °C. Moreover, the adsorption process is endothermic according to the value of enthalpy change. 展开更多

We describe a quantitative analysis of such a system.... Various nodes,logistics,capital flows,and information flows are required to make systematic decisions concerning the operation of an integrated coal supply system. We describe a quantitative analysis of such a system. A dynamic optimization model of the supply chain is developed. It has achieved optimal system profit under conditions guaranteeing a certain level of customer satisfaction. Applying this model to coal production of the Xuzhou coal mines allows recommendations for a more systematic use of washing and processing,transportation and sale resources for commercial coal production to be made. The results show that this model,which is scientific and effective,has an important value for making reasonable decisions related to complex coal enterprises. 展开更多

The compound dry cleaning principle is briefly described.A beneficiation test on South African coal was conducted using a model compound dry cleaning apparatus.Excellent results were obtained and the optimum operating parameters were determined.They are:an amplitude of 3.0 mm,a motor frequency of 47.5 Hz,an air volume of 50%,a transverse angle of 7°,and a longitudinal angle of-2°.These conditions yield a clean coal containing 11%ash and a coal production of 75%.The organic efficiency,η,is 95.86%.These results show that the South African coal can be separated effectively by compound dry cleaning,which will popularize the compound dry cleaning method. 展开更多
