[Method] With the stem tip of stolon as material, the influence factom of rooting and the effects of different transplanting substrata on survival rate was investigated. [Result] The results showed that: 1/2MS was the best concentration for rooting and the rooting rate could reach 100%. IBA was better than IAA for rooting on growth regu- lator levdls, and it had the best effect on rooting with 0.3 mg/L, which produced the thickest and most-fibrous roots. Activated carbon had positive influences on the growth of roots, and the suitable concentration of activated carbon was 0.5 mg/l_ for rooting. The study found that survival rate of tissue culture seedlings was obviously higher in the combination of perlite and vermiculite than that in the combination of humus and sand, and the survival rate could reach 98.1% (perlite:vermiculite=l:l). Seedlings in various transplanting substrata could normally bloom, fruit and form stolons. [Conclusion] The study provided technical support for achieving large-scale production of virus-free strawberry and quickly cultivating good seedlings.展开更多

This paper develops a method for the conditional simulation of fault systems and uses the method to quantify and assess fault uncertainty. The method is based on the statistical modelling of fault attributes and the simulation of the locations of the centres of the fault traces. Fault locations are generated from the thinning of a Poisson process using a spatially correlated probability field. The proposed algorithm for simulating fault traces takes into account soft data such as geological interpretations and geomechanical data. The simulations generate realisations of fault populations that reproduce observed faults, honour the statistics of the fault attributes, and respect the constraints of soft data, providing the means to thereby model and assess the related fault uncertainty.展开更多

In this work, the bioconversion of lig- nite was studied using a fungus isolated from decaying wood. The lignite samples were oxidized with nitric acid under moderate conditions and then the oxidized samples were placed on a potato medium with isolated fungus for lignite bioconversion. Lignite, oxidized lignite and residual products after bioconversion of lignite were sequentially extracted with petroleum ether, CS2, methanol, acetone and tetrahydrofuran (THt:), and then each extract was characterized by gas chromatography-mass spectrom- etry (GC/MS). The differences in composition and structure among the samples were inferred by compar- ing the differences between the extracts. The results show that aromatics with one or several benzene rings and their derivatives; and some long-chain alkanes containing oxygen decreased in the metha- nol-, acetone-, and THF-soluble fraction from residual lignite, whereas long chain or a few branched alkanes and small quantities of aromatic compounds increased in petroleum ether and CS2 soluble fractions.展开更多
