现行的供热收费办法,已难以适应市场的需要,更不利于节能和环境保护。天津市热力公司在供热区域内,采用国外先进的供热调节、计量结算方法和仪表设备,分别进行双管系统、单管系统的供热计量收费试验研究。结果表明:对安装热分配器... 现行的供热收费办法,已难以适应市场的需要,更不利于节能和环境保护。天津市热力公司在供热区域内,采用国外先进的供热调节、计量结算方法和仪表设备,分别进行双管系统、单管系统的供热计量收费试验研究。结果表明:对安装热分配器、温控阀的试验楼与同等条件下未安装的楼对比,双管试验系统节能25.2%,单管试验系统节能15.6%,考虑节电的因素,两系统综合节能率为23%。单位面积投资指标:单管试验系统为44.90元/m2,双管试验系统为31.10元/m2。收费方式:70%~80%按热分配计量数分摊计算,30%~20%按采暖面积分摊计算。节约热能中的44%可用来发展新用户。 展开更多

The flow maldistribution and the effect of different inlet configuration on the flow distribution in platefin heat exchangers were studied experimentally. It is found that the flow maldistribution is serious because of the defects of inlet configurations, while the inlet configuration and Reynolds number are the main factors affecting the flow distribution. The improved inlet configurations, which are the header with a two-stage distributing configuration and the guide vane with a fluid complementary cavity were proposed and tested in this paper. The experimental results show that the improved inlet configurations can effectively improve the performance of flow distribution in heat exchangers. 展开更多

Using embedded thermal sensors, dynamic thermal management(DTM) techniques measure runtime thermal behavior of high-performance microprocessors so as to prevent thermal runaway situations. The number of placed sensors should be minimized, while guaranteeing accurate tracking of hot spots and full thermal characterization. In this paper, we propose a rigid sensor allocation and placement technique for determining the minimal number of thermal sensors and the optimal locations while satisfying an expected accuracy of hot spot temperature error based on dual clustering. We analyze the false alarm rates of hot spots using the proposed methods in noise-free, with noise and sensor calibration scenarios, respectively. Experimental results confirm that our proposed methods are capable of accurately characterizing the temperatures of microprocessors. 展开更多
