运用2450和915MHz微波鼻咽腔内辐射器对肌肉体模和患者作鼻咽腔内加温,以及用8MHz射频对鼻咽部作体外电容式透热加温,通过液晶膜感温试验和抗电磁波干扰的多点测温结果分析认为①采用腔内加热法不管使用何种频率对鼻咽癌仍局限于腔内的... 运用2450和915MHz微波鼻咽腔内辐射器对肌肉体模和患者作鼻咽腔内加温,以及用8MHz射频对鼻咽部作体外电容式透热加温,通过液晶膜感温试验和抗电磁波干扰的多点测温结果分析认为①采用腔内加热法不管使用何种频率对鼻咽癌仍局限于腔内的原发灶热疗,具有一定的意义,其有效加温深度大约在粘膜下0.5至1cm左右。用915MHz比用2450MHz要稍深一些。对稍远离鼻咽腔的周围软组织浸润病灶加温则因热衰减快透深不够而升温不理想;②体外电容式透热加温则因骨骼的屏蔽使鼻咽腔内升温不理想,未能达到有效治疗温度,但不排除对周围软组织侵犯病例的治疗意义;③对几十例鼻咽癌腔内热疗患者观察(另文)和临床测温研究提示人鼻咽腔内的热耐受能力较强,一般可达50℃左右,患者感觉为温热感和轻微疼痛,耳内热痛感,少量病例有头晕或恶心症状均在停止加温后消失。到目前为止,并未发现热灼伤和不可逆的组织损害。 展开更多

In 1987, the Montreal Protocol prohibited the worldwide use and production of chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) and hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) and hydro fluorocarbons (HFCs) were proposed as alternative refrigerants. Unfortunately, HFCs have non negligible global warning potential and therefore new refrigerants must be proposed or old refrigerants must be used associated with HFC. Accurate experimental thermodynamic data and predictive techniques are required for better under-standing of the performance of the newly proposed refrigerants. In this communication, experimental techniques based on either analytic or synthetic methods are first described. Data are reported. Then two newly developed predictive models based on thermodynamic approach with the isofugacity criterion and artificial neural network method are presented. The results can provide better evaluation of refrigerants, especially with the aim of studying global warning effects. 展开更多

Topological nodal line(DNL) semimetals, a closed loop of the inverted bands in its bulk phases, result in the almost flat drumhead-like non-trivial surface states(DNSSs) with an unusually high electronic density near the Fermi level. High catalytic active sites generally associated with high electronic densities around the Fermi level, high carrier mobility and a close-to-zero free energy of the adsorbed state of hydrogen(?G_(H*)≈0) are prerequisite to design alternative of precious platinum for catalyzing electrochemical hydrogen production from water. By combining these two aspects, it is natural to consider if the DNLs are a good candidate for the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) or not because its DNSSs provide a robust platform to activate chemical reactions. Here, through first-principles calculations we reported a new DNL TiSi-type family, exhibiting a closed Dirac nodal line due to the linear band crossings in k_y=0 plane.The hydrogen adsorbed state on the surface yields ?G_(H*) to be almost zero and the topological charge carries participate in HER. The results highlight a new routine to design topological quantum catalyst utilizing the topological DNL-induced surface bands as active sites, rather than edge sites-, vacancy-,dopant-, strain-, or heterostructure-created active sites. 展开更多
