近零能耗建筑的大力推广是降低建筑能源消费的有力措施,而围护结构的保温隔热性能更会直接影响建筑能耗水平与居住者舒适度。严寒地区的建筑室内地面会向室外传递大量热量,增加冬季建筑的采暖能耗。为探寻地面围护结构的传热机理,进而... 近零能耗建筑的大力推广是降低建筑能源消费的有力措施,而围护结构的保温隔热性能更会直接影响建筑能耗水平与居住者舒适度。严寒地区的建筑室内地面会向室外传递大量热量,增加冬季建筑的采暖能耗。为探寻地面围护结构的传热机理,进而验证所设计构造的节能保温效果,采用严寒地区气候参数,利用热可视化方法,对近零能耗建筑的地面及其周边部位传热进行分析,以围护结构内表面温度以及建筑下方土壤温度为衡量条件,对所设计的地面围护结构进行评价。结果表明所设计的地面及其周边部位保温组合构造,可以有效解决墙角墙根处内表面温度过低现象,使内表面温度提升至17.35℃,在不增加室内向地下土壤传热的情况下,可以使建筑下方土壤温度升高约8.45℃。适宜的设置保温延长带还可以使建筑下方土壤不会冻结,减弱冻土对建筑的影响。通过热可视化和建筑构造节能设计的创新结合,为构造设计提出新思路,以期为近零能耗建筑的推广与设计创新提供新理论与新方法。 展开更多

基于可视化大尺寸快速升温热重分析装置的混合固废热解和燃烧特性的实验研究

城市固体废弃物(municipal solid waste,MSW)的燃烧依次经历干燥和热解、挥发分燃烧、焦炭燃烧三个阶段,描述样品热解、燃烧动力学特性的主要参数包括样品质量、温度、尺寸和点火特性等。实际固废焚烧处理过程的主要特征包括升温速率高(... 城市固体废弃物(municipal solid waste,MSW)的燃烧依次经历干燥和热解、挥发分燃烧、焦炭燃烧三个阶段,描述样品热解、燃烧动力学特性的主要参数包括样品质量、温度、尺寸和点火特性等。实际固废焚烧处理过程的主要特征包括升温速率高(400 K/min以上)、样品尺寸大、组分复杂和样品体积收缩等。然而,常规用于测量固废热解、燃烧的实验设备如TGA、macro TGA和沉降炉等存在升温速率或样品尺寸受限、难以同时获取样品的质量和温度及图像信息等缺陷。为此,搭建了可视化大尺寸快速升温热重分析装置,测量了打印纸、PET塑料、松木和厨余垃圾及其混合样品在慢速升温(10 K/min,15 K/min,25 K/min)和快速升温(约500 K/min)工况下热解和燃烧的质量、温度和图像信息。结果表明:升温速率对混合样品的热解和燃烧动力学特性影响较大。慢速升温模式下,混合样品燃烧DTG曲线呈现多峰特征,且这些峰的出现时间与其四种组分的燃烧DTG曲线峰值具有对应关系;快速升温模式下,混合样品各组分的热解区间趋于重叠,燃烧DTG曲线的峰减少为一个。温度和图像信息表明,15 K/min慢速升温模式下,混合样品内部和表面的点火时间基本一致,点火时样品中心温度为191℃,燃烧发生在样品表面。快速升温模式下,升温开始后样品表面可以立即观察到挥发分的燃烧火焰,随后燃烧逐步向样品内部扩展。随着燃烧的进行,样品尺寸持续收缩,直至燃尽。 展开更多

含油气盆地深层-超深层地质流体类型多样,并在更加高温-高压条件下表现出更强的活跃性和未知性.本文以25~425℃、5~105MPa条件下的CH_(4)/C_(3)H_(8)/C_(6)H_(14)/C_(8)H_(18)-水和C_(6)H_(14)/C_(8)H_(18)-CO_(2)-水体系为例,利用原位... 含油气盆地深层-超深层地质流体类型多样,并在更加高温-高压条件下表现出更强的活跃性和未知性.本文以25~425℃、5~105MPa条件下的CH_(4)/C_(3)H_(8)/C_(6)H_(14)/C_(8)H_(18)-水和C_(6)H_(14)/C_(8)H_(18)-CO_(2)-水体系为例,利用原位可视化微米石英管模拟系统和分子动力学数值模拟平台,开展了低温低压到高温高压全过程条件下有机-无机流体混溶过程微观可视化热模式研究,系统探讨了各体系流体在温度压力增加过程中的混溶过程、规律和微观混溶机理.结果表明,不同烷烃-水和烷烃-CO_(2)-水体系的混溶不是瞬间完成的,实验过程中不同物质间的混溶程度整体上均随温压升高而逐渐增强,根据物理模拟实验可分为明显开始混溶、分段动态混溶和基本完全混溶3大阶段,结合物理热模拟和分子动力学数值模拟,又可将烷烃-水和烷烃-CO_(2)-水体系的混溶过程分别细分出7个和8个精细混溶阶段.碳数影响烷烃-水的混溶进程,C_(3)H_(8)、C_(6)H_(14)、CH_(4)、C_(8)H_(18)与水混溶所需的温压条件依次增高;CO_(2)对烷烃和水的混溶起到桥梁作用,CO_(2)的存在显著降低烃-水的初始、动态和完全混溶所需温度.成果对研究和认识深层-超深层高温高压体系中复杂地质流体混存状态有重要意义. 展开更多

Using ethanol or acetone as the working fluid, visualization of oscillations in steady state was observed visually by high-speed cameras, and temperature oscillating and heat transfer characteristics of closed-loop plate oscillating heat pipe with parallel channels(POHP-PC) were experimentally investigated by varying liquid filled ratios(50%, 70%, 85%), section scales(1 mm×1 mm and 1 mm×1.5 mm), inclination angles, working fluids and heating inputs. It was found that during operating there was mixed flow consisting of plug flow and annular flow in channels of oscillating heat pipe at steady-state. There was an equilibrium position for working fluid of condenser during oscillating, and periodic oscillations occurred up and down in the vicinity of equilibrium position. With heat input increasing, equilibrium position rose slowly as a result of vapor pressure of evaporation.Evaporation temperature oscillating amplitude possessed a trend of small-large-small and frequency trend was of small-large during steady-state. It may be generally concluded that temperature, whether evaporator or condenser, fluctuated sharply or rose continuously when oscillating heat pipe coming to dry burning state. Simultaneously, it was found that temperature difference of cooling water possibly dropped with heat input rising during dry burning state. Thermal resistance of No. 2 with acetone was lower than that of No. 1 during experiments, but No. 2 achieving heat transfer limit was earlier than No. 1. However, with ethanol, thermal resistance of No. 1 and No. 2 were similar with the heating input less than 110-120 W and filling ratios of 50% and 70%. And with filling ratio of 85%, heating transfer performance of No. 2 was better compared to No. 1 during all the experiments. 展开更多

With the development of short video industry,video and bullet screen have become important ways to spread public opinions.Public attitudes can be timely obtained through emotional analysis on bullet screen,which can also reduce difficulties in management of online public opinions.A convolutional neural network model based on multi-head attention is proposed to solve the problem of how to effectively model relations among words and identify key words in emotion classification tasks with short text contents and lack of complete context information.Firstly,encode word positions so that order information of input sequences can be used by the model.Secondly,use a multi-head attention mechanism to obtain semantic expressions in different subspaces,effectively capture internal relevance and enhance dependent relationships among words,as well as highlight emotional weights of key emotional words.Then a dilated convolution is used to increase the receptive field and extract more features.On this basis,the above multi-attention mechanism is combined with a convolutional neural network to model and analyze the seven emotional categories of bullet screens.Testing from perspectives of model and dataset,experimental results can validate effectiveness of our approach.Finally,emotions of bullet screens are visualized to provide data supports for hot event controls and other fields. 展开更多

A digital photographic study of pool boiling with binary mixture Rll(CC13)-Rll3(CCl3CF3) was performed on a horizontal transparent heater at pressure of 0.1MPa. A high speed digital camera was applied to record the bubble behaviors in boiling process. Strong effects of composition on bubble departure diameter, deparatre time, nucleation density were observed, which was attributed to the nature of the activation of the boiling surface and mass diffusion effects. The bubble departure diameter, departure period and nucleation density as functions of composition for binary mixtures R 11-R 113 were presented respectively. From the video images, it can be concluded that evaporation of microlayer is very important to the growth of bubble. It is also observed that there is not any liquid recruited into the microlayer below the bubble. 展开更多

The present study deals with flow visualization over concave surface for gas turbine applications. The aim is to comprehend qualitatively the flow trends, particularly the Gortler vortices formation and development. Gortler vortices have the shape of mushroom-like vortices regularly spaced at 25 mm. These vortices grow and increase in strength more rapidly along the surface in the case of the same grid of turbulence applied to the measuring section. The curvature radius of the studied blade is 0.5 m and the stream turbulence intensity level is 2.6%. The velocity field is measured by hot wire anemometer in the streamwise direction. The velocity profile is found to be highly distorted by the momentum transfer associated with Gortler vortices. The results are compared to Blasius flow and to literature data for a blade with curvature radius equal to 2 m. 展开更多

In this work,the dynamics and operation of the totally reboiled reactive distillation columns are visualized in terms of transfer function based process models.This kind of processes is found to be characterized by underdamped step responses due to the special topological configuration and the intricate interplay between the reaction operation and the separation operation involved.The under-dampness can be substantially alleviated through the tight inventory control of bottom reboiler and this presents beneficial effects to process dynamics and operation.Two totally reboiled reactive distillation columns,separating,respectively,a hypothetical synthesis reaction from reactants A and B to product C,and a real decomposition reaction from 1,4-butanediol to tetrahydrofuran and water,are employed to demonstrate these uncommon behaviors.The results obtained give full support to the above qualitative interpretation.Despite the strong influences of reaction kinetics and thermodynamic properties of the reacting mixtures,the totally reboiled reactive distillation columns are generally considered to present such unique behaviors and require tight inventory control of bottom reboiler to facilitate their control system development. 展开更多

An experimental investigation is carded out to study fluid flow and heat transfer characteristics on the endwall fitted with arrays ( 7 × 7 ) of short rectangular plate fins of different pattern (co-angular and zigzag) for different pitch ratio. Experiments were conducted in a rectangular duct of 50 mm height for an air flow of Reynolds number ranged from 18750 to 62500 based on the equivalent diameter and air velocity of the duct. Infrared image analysis technique was employed to make clear the characteristics of local heat transfer coefficients on fin base, endwall and overall surface. Flow pattern around the short rectangular plates were visualized by inducing fluorescent dye in a water channel and longitudinal vortices were observed. Increasing the distance between plates in flow direction causes heat transfer enhancement for co-angular pattern, while decreasing the distance causes heat transfer enhancement for zigzag pattern. Zigzag pattern with pitch ratio 2 is found to be more effective in heat transfer enhancement than any other cases investigated. 展开更多

A visualization study on the behavior of bubbles has been carried out for pool boiling of R141b on a horizontal transparent heater at pressure 0.1 MPa. The behaviors of bubbles were recorded by a high-speed camera placed beneath the heater surface. The departure diameter, departure time of bubbles and nucleation site density at different heat flux were obtained. The visualization results show that bubble departure diameter and departure time decrease, while the nucleation site density increases as the heat flux increases. R is also observed that there is no liquid recruited into the microlayer in the experiment. Based on the experimental results, boiling curve for R141b was predicted by using the dynamic microlayer model. As a resuR, the agreement between the predictive result based on the dynamic microlayer model and the experiment data for boiling curve of R141b is good at high heat flux. 展开更多

Periodical shedding of cloud cavitation from a single hydrofoil in high-speed cryogenic channel flow

In order to explain criteria for periodical shedding of the cloud cavitation, flow patterns of cavitation around a piano-convex hydrofoil were observed using a cryogenic cavitation tunnel of a blowdown type. Two hydrofoils of similarity of 20 and 60 mm in chord length with two test sections of 20 and 60 mm in width were prepared. Working fluids were water at ambient temperature, hot water and liquid nitrogen. The parameter range was varied between 0.3 and 1.4 for cavitation number, 9 and 17 m/sec for inlet flow velocity, and -8° and 8° for the flow incidence angle, respectively. At incidence angle 8°, that is, the convex surface being suction surface, periodical shedding of the whole cloud cavitation was observed on the convex surface under the specific condition with cavitation number and inlet flow velocity, respectively, 0.5, 9 m/sec for liquid nitrogen at 192℃ and 1.4, 11 m/sec for water at 88℃, whereas under the supercavitation condition, it was not observable. Periodical shedding of cloud cavitation occurs only in the case that there are both the adverse pressure gradient and the slow flow region on the hydrofoil. 展开更多
