热工数据库系统的设计与开发技术

针对热工数据类型多 ,多数数据非线性强 ,相关图表查阅不便且读数误差大的现状 ,本文提出利用计算机强大的数据存储处理能力建立热工数据库系统 ,实现热工数据的快速准确查询 ,并介绍了热工数据库管理系统的功能特点及设计开发技术。将... 针对热工数据类型多 ,多数数据非线性强 ,相关图表查阅不便且读数误差大的现状 ,本文提出利用计算机强大的数据存储处理能力建立热工数据库系统 ,实现热工数据的快速准确查询 ,并介绍了热工数据库管理系统的功能特点及设计开发技术。将数据插值、神经网络等函数逼近的方法应用于查询程序的定制 ,大大加强了系统的查询功能 ,使系统的查询范围不仅仅局限于数据库中已有的数据记录。本文以饱和水及饱和蒸汽热力性质数据库为例 ,说明了系统查询功能的实现方法与效果。应用结果表明 ,热工数据库管理系统查询热工数据 ,速度快、精度高 ,不受人为因素影响 ,具有较大的实用价值。 展开更多

Desulfurization experiments of CuO, γ-Al2O3 and CuO/γ-Al2O3 were made in simulated flue gas by means of thermogravimetric analysis. It is found that reaction activities of CuO supported on γ-Al2O3 could be highly improved. Desulfurization kinetics of CuO/γ-Al2O3 was studied in the temperature range of 250 °C-400 °C and SO2 concentration of 0.1%-0.9%. The experimental data were tested and compared with kinetics models of volume reaction model(VRM), grain size model(GSM), random pore model(RPM) and pore-blocking model(PBM). Correlation analysis shows that VRM and RPM models do not fit experimental data well. GSM contradicts with the changes in the physical and chemical properties of Cu O/γ-Al2O3 as the desulfurization proceeds. It is found that PBM is consistent with the change of pore structure of CuO/γ-Al2O3 sorbent during desulfurization process and predicts the conversion-time curves of the sorbent well. Meanwhile, kinetics parameters are obtained and discussed. 展开更多

The equipment is composed of a heat pump, frequency pumps, an electric tee joint regulator valve, some sensors, an electric control system, data acquisition and control system, which can do tests under the condition of extracting and storing subsurface heat. Applying the line source and the cylinder source heat transfer model, and combining the parameters estimation, the average thermophysieal property parameters of rock and soil will be calculated, which provides the basis for designing the ground source heat pump systems. 展开更多

Within the OECD/NEA Benchmarking of Thermal-Hydraulic Loop Models for Lead-Alloy Cooled Advanced Nuclear Energy Systems (LACANES), the Institute for Neutron Physics and Reactor Technology takes part in the validation process of system codes and the characterization of the thermal-hydraulic behavior of an experimental loop operated with liquid lead-bismuth-eutectics. To confirm the calculations, the results were compared to experimental data obtained from the HELIOS facility at the Seoul National University and to the results of other benchmark participants. The comparison showed that the calculations are within measurement tolerance but nevertheless discrepancies among the participants exist. The pressure drop estimation is determined by a variety of empirical correlations for the friction and the form loss coefficients. Hence, uncertainty and sensitivity measures were applied to find out which parameter is more relevant for the overall pressure drop. In the frame of this investigation, the system code TRACE and the software system for uncertainty and sensitivity, SUSA, were used. The results show that the total pressure drop varies between -30 and +15% related to the reference case. 展开更多
