热泡法净制龟板的初步研究

Beiling water vesicie method is more simple than traditional mixing methods and water vapour method to purify tortoise plastron. The chromatogtams of amino acids obtsined were similar. The water extract or 50% alcohol exact by boiling water vesle method is more than those by mixing method and is similar to those by water vapour method.

茶艺随着茶产业的发展自身也得到了快速的发展,但茶艺中科学性不足的问题,成为了阻碍茶艺学转变为一门较为严谨的学科的一个核心问题。现通过以乌龙茶为例对茶中赋香物质的物理特性和热动力特性进行分析,提出茶艺的行茶过程应遵循"热链冲泡法"的原则,对茶艺的科学化研究进行尝试。
