基于太西无烟洗精煤的灰成分和灰熔融性,微观分析了1800kVA无烟煤石墨化炉的高温热熔解降灰机理,并通过对比原料洗精煤煅烧前后灰成分的变化,对分析结果进行了验证。研究表明,随着煅烧温度的提高,石墨化无烟煤在炉内会发生热熔解降灰现... 基于太西无烟洗精煤的灰成分和灰熔融性,微观分析了1800kVA无烟煤石墨化炉的高温热熔解降灰机理,并通过对比原料洗精煤煅烧前后灰成分的变化,对分析结果进行了验证。研究表明,随着煅烧温度的提高,石墨化无烟煤在炉内会发生热熔解降灰现象;其次,煤中的碳酸盐、硫酸盐、硝酸盐等成分,会在较低温下分解为气体和氧化物,故无法存在于产品之中,单质金属只是化学反应的中间产物,不会成为最终产物;其三,煤中不同元素的化合物及其单质的扩散动力不尽相同,直接影响其在产品中的保留量,而且适当减小煤的粒度,有利于灰成分的气相扩散,可提高产品的热熔解降灰效果。 展开更多

自助复合热熔解堵技术研究与应用

在油田生产过程中,如果地层压力高于饱和压力,那么压力降低时原油不会脱气,蜡的初始结晶温度随压力的降低而降低。在这种环境下,压力的下降会导致油中含有的其他持续分离,从而降低对蜡的溶解性能,所以导致初始结晶温度提升。压力下降越... 在油田生产过程中,如果地层压力高于饱和压力,那么压力降低时原油不会脱气,蜡的初始结晶温度随压力的降低而降低。在这种环境下,压力的下降会导致油中含有的其他持续分离,从而降低对蜡的溶解性能,所以导致初始结晶温度提升。压力下降越多,从油中分离出的气体量愈大,结晶体也越高。随着压力的下降,初始阶段分离的组分大多为甲烷和乙烷,之后会逐渐有丁烷等气体分离,丁烷对于蜡的溶解有着较为严重的影响,大量丁烷的分离,会提升结晶温度。另外,溶解气在分离出来后会膨胀吸热,使得油流体温度下降,导致蜡晶体大量析出,并在油井出现结蜡现象,影响油井的正常运行。基于此,文章对自助复合热熔解堵技术进行了研究,并对其实际应用效益进行了分析,旨在推动该技术的进一步应用,提升油田生产效率。 展开更多

A novel and environmentally friendly route to directly prepare metallic vanadium from NaV03 by molten salt electrolysis is proposed. The feasibility about the direct electro-reduction of NaV03 to metallic vanadi- um is analyzed based on the thermodynamic calculations and experimental verifications. The theoretical decomposition voltage of NaV03 to metallic vanadium is only 0.47 V at 800 ℃ and much lower than that of the alkali and alkali earth metal chloride salts. The value is slightly higher than that of low-valence vanadium oxides such as V203, V305 and VO. However, the low-valence vanadium oxides can he further electro-reduced to metallic vanadium thermodynamically. The thermodynamic analysis is verified by the experimental results. The direct preparation of metallic vanadium from NaV03 by molten salt electrolysis is feasible. 展开更多

The effects of superheating temperature on the grain refining efficiency of Ti existing in electrolytic low-titanium aluminum(ELTA)without and with the Al-4B addition and the Al-5Ti-1B master alloy in pure Al were comparatively investigated. The results show that the Ti existing in ELTA without Al-4B addition exhibits a certain grain refining efficiency when the melt superheating temperature is lower,but the efficiency decreases rapidly when the superheating temperature is higher.The grain refining efficiency of the Al-5Ti-1B master alloy is better than that of the Ti existing in ELTA without Al-4B addition at any superheating temperature,but it also decreases obviously with the increase of the superheating temperature.One important reason is that the TiB2 particles coming from the Al-5Ti-1B master alloy can settle down at the bottom of the Al melt easily when the superheating temperature is increased,thus decrease the number of the potent heterogeneous nuclei retained in the Al melt.If the Al-4B master alloy is added to the ELTA melt,the grain refining efficiency of the Ti existing in ELTA can be improved significantly, and does not decrease with the increase of the superheating temperature.This perhaps provides us a possible method to suppress the effect of the superheated melt on the microstructures of aluminum.. 展开更多
