接触热阻对相变耦合温差发电系统的影响

在汽车尾气温差发电系统中,热量在传递的过程中通常要经过若干个接触界面。而界面间的接触热阻影响着热量的传递效率和热电器件冷热两侧的实际温差,进而影响到系统的发电性能。利用工业热风机模拟汽车运行实际工况,使用装载有相变材料(p... 在汽车尾气温差发电系统中,热量在传递的过程中通常要经过若干个接触界面。而界面间的接触热阻影响着热量的传递效率和热电器件冷热两侧的实际温差,进而影响到系统的发电性能。利用工业热风机模拟汽车运行实际工况,使用装载有相变材料(phase change material,PCM)的温差发电系统,通过涂抹不同导热系数的导热硅脂来调节热电器件与系统间的接触热阻,研究了接触热阻对PCM以及系统输出电压的影响。研究发现,同时减小热电器件两侧与系统间的接触热阻会削弱PCM的储热能力;相较于减小热电器件热面与系统间的接触热阻,减小热电器件冷面与冷端换热器间接触热阻,对温差发电系统输出电压的提升效果更为显著。 展开更多

Analog-experiment analysis of ash-deposition monitoring model of boiler economizers in power plants

The ash deposition increases capital expenditure, energy input and maintenance costs. An analog experiment for monitoring ash deposition was performed from the analogous objective of a 410 t/h boiler economizer to verify the rationality and reliability of the ash-deposition-monitoring model presented in order to increase the security and economy in economizer running. The analog experiment platform is a tube-shell exchanger that conforms well to the conditions of a self-modeling area. The analog flue gas in the shell side is the heated air mixed with ash, and in the tube side the fluid is water heated by the flue gas. The fluid state in the water side and the flue gas side follows the second self-modeling area. A 4-factor-3-level orthogonal table was used to schedule 9 operation conditions of orthogonal experiment, with the 4 factors being heat power, flue gas velocity, ashes grain diameter and adding ashes quantity while the three levels are different values due to different position classes in every factor. The ash deposition thermal resistances is calculated by the model with the measure parameters of temperature and pressure drop. It shows that the values of the ash deposition thermal resistances gradually increase up to a stable state. And the experimental results are reliable by F testing method at α= 0.001. Therefore, the model can be applied in online monitoring of ash deposition in a boiler economizers in power plants and provides scientific decision on ash deposition prediction and sootblowing. 展开更多

In order for economically viable distributed generation systems for apartment buildings to spread, it is essential to develop an efficient and low-cost heat supply system. We have developed a new eogeneration system called the Neighboring Cogeneration system (NCG). The key concept of this system is to install a heat accumulator with a hot water supply and a room heating function at each household and to connect different households by a single loop of hot water pipe. As a result, time leveling of the heat supply and heat transferring among households becomes possible. Thus, the costs of the pipe and the heat source equipment decrease. Furthermore, because all of the heat accumulators store heat, the total heat storage capacity is large enough for cogeneration to generate exhaust heat according to the electricity demand and with a high operating rate. In this paper, we report the results of the NCG system for 7 lived-in households. The controlling system worked efficiently. All of the households were able to use hot water without any difficulties. Further, we report the results of the energy saving effect of the NCG system for 50 lived-in households by means of a simulation based on the experimental results for NEXT21. 展开更多

The country has good reserves of coal and the solar radiation is sufficiently high to make solar thermal attractive for generating electricity. The paper presents two conceptual coal-fired power station designs in which a solar sub-system augments heat to the feed heaters or to the boiler. The thermal and economic analyses showed enhanced system performance which indicates that solar power could be embedded into existing fossil fuel plants or new power stations. Integrating solar energy with existing or new fossil fuel based power plants could reduce the cost of stand-alone solar thermal power stations, reduce CO2 emissions and produce experience necessary to operate a full scale solar thermal electricity generation facility. 展开更多

Preliminary Experimental Analysis of a CHP Hydromethane System

The aim of this paper is to present the preliminary experimental analysis results carried out on the commercial internal combustion engine set in a CHP (combined heat and power) mode, fueled by renewable hydrogen and methane mixtures. The hydrogen is produced by an alkaline electrolyser fed by a 5.8 kWp grid connected PV (photovoltaic) plant. The acceptance test conducted with hydrogen percentages ranging from 0%-10% has been carried out at partial load: 45 kW^l instead of the full power of 60 kWe~. In order to evaluate the CHP energy consumption and environmental performance (NOx and CO), the analysis was conducted for 240 h, using a portable flue gas analyser and two mass flow meters for hydrogen and methane. Without engine parameters optimization--relative equivalence ratio (2) and spark advance--increasing hydrogen addition rate, a slight enhancement in electrical efficiency occurs. Furthermore, due to the engine control system and lower blends LHV (lower heating value), the methane consumption decreases disproportionately to the hydrogen amount in the mixture. Finally, referring to standard operating condition, the environmental results show that using enrichment of 10%, running the engine with 18 degrees spark advance and 2 of 1.4, CO and NOx emissions are reduced by 6.3% and 27% respectively. 展开更多

This power conversion unit adopts invention patents authorized in China in recent years to apply to dish solar Stirling thermal power system, and it will be sure to become a principal part of future energy internet and the optimal technical route of CSP (concentrating solar power). Solar and biomass are both renewable energy resources.Using biomass as fuel is becoming more and more attractive after governments increase the tariff for the electricity from the renewable sources.However the costs of power from a biomass power generation plant depend greatly on the availability and quality of the biomass resource.The commercialization of solar alone thermal power generation is hindered by its high initial investment and low thermal efficiency.In this paper,a concept of integrating solar into a biomass power generation system is put forward.In the system the oil heated by a parabolic trough solar field is used to replace the extraction steam to preheat the feed water(entering a biomass boiler) and the previous extraction steam thus saved can continue to do work in the lower stages of turbine.The performance of the hybrid system with different replacements is analyzed and compared through two typical solar aided biomass generating units.The results show that the integration not only reduces the consumption of biomass fuel(at the same generation capacity) but is also proved to be an efficient way to convert solar thermal energy into power.The results also show that with the same solar aperture area,the higher the grade of the replaced extraction steam,the better the thermal performance and economy. 展开更多
