The experiment was carried out at 4 temperatures, i.e., 20℃(ambient, control), 24, 28℃, and 32℃. The expression levels of target genes in P. fucata were assayed at 0, 6, 24, 48, and 96 h via real-time polymerase chain reaction. Results showed that the expression levels of nacrein and irr had no significant variations among different time points below 28℃, but significantly increased over time at 32℃. The expression levels of n16 and n19 did not change markedly at 20℃. The former increased significantly at 6 h and 24 h while the latter substantially decreased during 6–96 h at 24, 28 and 32℃. Among different temperatures, the level of n16 was significantly lower at 20℃ than at other temperatures during 6–96 h, and the level of n19 significantly varied among different temperatures at 48 h and 96 h. The expression level of hsp70 was significantly higher at 32℃ than at 20, 24 and 28℃ at 24 h. These results demonstrated that elevated temperature impacted the physiological processes of P. fucata and potentially influenced its adaptability to thermal stress.展开更多

The applications during recent six years indicate that it is reasonable and fully admitted by colleagues abroad. Some creative papers with new concept are published. For instance, we first time pointed out a new phenomenon of "tritium well depth and tritium well time" during the fusion reactor start-up phase. This is somewhat similar to, but quite different from the "iodine well depth and iodine well time" poisoning problem during restart-up process of a fission reactor. The authors not only proposed but also numerically solved this new phenomenon. The combination of the SWITRIM code package, user's guide, and application example are briefly introduced in this article.展开更多

Experiments conducted in the laboratory IHS (Intensive Heating System) of IE "Revinov N. M." indicate that the process of lasso-vortex cavitation, which generates by means of an electric arc obtained HV-EI, gas-liquid plasma state in the EHH-CTC (electro-hydraulic heater with cavitation thermal camera) is not inferior and sometimes even superior in heat transfer to NF-AC (nuclear fusion reactions in ambient conditions).展开更多

Methods: CT-DNA of cervical secretions was detectedthrough polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and migrationinhibiting factor (MIF) was employed to measure IgG titre ofCT MOMP antibody. Western blot was used to determinepresence of C-hsp60 antibody and enzyme-linkedimmunoadsorbent assay (ELISA) measured ASAb of IgG typein blood serum and determine the content of IL-1, IL-6. IL-8.TNF-α. IFN-γ in uterine tube fluid. Results: 68 patients had positive CT-DNA, among which 57(83.8%) had C-hsp60 antibody. Among the 172 patients withnegative CT-DNA, 64 patients (37.2%) also had C-hsp60Antibody. There was a significant difference (P<0.01) betweeninfertile patients and control group patients in the presence ofAAb. Infertile patients with positive CT-DNA had higher levels of IL-1、IL-6. IL-8. TNF-α. IFN-γ in uterine tube fluidcompared to control group patients (P<0.01). Conclusion: Firstly, those patients with negative CT testingfrom cervical secretions cannot be ruled out for CT infectionin deep parts of the body (such as oviduct, pelvic kidney).Detection of C-hsp60 Antibody may help to diagnose suchcases of CT. Secondly, CT infection of the oviduct can raiselevels of IL-1、IL-6、 IL-8、 TNF-α. IFN-γ. The pathogenesis ofinfertility caused by CT infection in the reproductive tractmay be related to cytokine production and inflammatoryresponses mediated by C-hsp60 Antibody, IL-1, IL-6, IL-8,TNF-α, and IFN-γ.展开更多

Casaccia, on the thermal hydraulic characterisation of subcooled flow boiling CHF under typical conditions of thermonuclear fusion reactors, i.e. high liquid velocity and subcooling. The experiment was carried out exploring the following parameters: channel diameter (from 2.5 to 8.0 mm), heated length (10 and 15 cm), liquid velocity (from 2 to 40 m/s), exit pressure (from atmospheric to 5.0 MPa), inlet temperature (from 30 to 80℃), channel orientation (vertical and horizontal). A Inaximum CHF value of 60.6 MW/m2 has been obtained under the following conditions: Tin = 30°, p= 2.5 MPa, u = 40 m/s, D = 2.5 mm (smooth channel)Turbulence promoters (helically coiled wires) have been employed to further enhance the CHF attainable with subcooled flow boiling. Helically coiled wires allow an increase of 50% of the maximum CHF obtained with smooth channels.展开更多
