利用热裂解-气相色谱-质谱联用分析烟用咖啡颗粒的热裂解特性。分别于150、200、250、300、350℃对烟用咖啡颗粒进行热裂解分析,同时针对不同水分含量和粒径的咖啡颗粒在同一温度下进行热裂解成分分析。结果显示,随着温度的升高,热裂解... 利用热裂解-气相色谱-质谱联用分析烟用咖啡颗粒的热裂解特性。分别于150、200、250、300、350℃对烟用咖啡颗粒进行热裂解分析,同时针对不同水分含量和粒径的咖啡颗粒在同一温度下进行热裂解成分分析。结果显示,随着温度的升高,热裂解产物逐渐增多,释放物质的种类逐渐也逐渐增多,在250℃时咖啡颗粒生成关键致香成分占比较高。不同水分含量和粒径的咖啡颗粒在250℃裂解时,水分越高,裂解产物中烟碱含量占比越高,烟气越充足;粒径越小,裂解产物中咖啡因和烟碱的总量越大,香气质量也越高。该试验为咖啡颗粒在卷烟中应用时的温度设计和香气品质改善提供理论依据。 展开更多

A kind of neat asphalt and three kinds of diatomite asphalt are tested using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The anti-cracking mechanism of diatomite asphalt is analyzed by DSC and the thermal stress restrained specimen test(TSRST) of the asphalt mixtures. The results show that the low temperature performance of diatomite asphalt is better than that of neat asphalt. The glass transition temperature can reflect the low temperature performance of the diatomite asphalt better and has a good relationship with breaking temperatures. Besides, the TSRST, the bending test, the compressing test and the contraction coefficient test are used to study the low temperature performance of the diatomite asphalt mixture. The results prove that the low temperature performance of the diatomite asphalt mixture is better than that of the neat asphalt mixture. The critical bending strain energy density and the compressing strain energy density of the diatomite asphalt mixture are greater than those of the neat asphalt mixture. After adding diatomite to the asphalt mixture, the contraction coefficient is reduced. Based on the above results, the anti-cracking mechanism of the diatomite asphalt mixture is analyzed from the angle of contraction performance and breaking energy. 展开更多

Two theoretical criteria represented by Katgerman, and Clyne and Davies for prognosticating hot tearing sensitivity were compared. Both unrefined and grain-refined samples of Al2024 alloy were solidified at various cooling rates ranging from 0.4 to 17.5 °C/s. Thermal analysis was used to detect dendrite coherency point and temperature of eutectic reaction. Curves of solid and liquid fractions were plotted based on Newtonian method to determine hot tearing susceptible areas. The experimental results show that the most susceptible zone in which hot tearing can occur in Al2024 is where Al_2CuMg intermetallic compound forms as a eutectic phase at last stage of mushy-state interval. Also, both criteria are in a good agreement with each other at high cooling rates used in direct-chill casting process while Clyne and Davies' model is more acceptable to determine hot tearing tendency from low to medium cooling rates. 展开更多

In this paper, the research was focused on optimizing low-temperature heat recovery to adopt multi-effect distil- lation (MED) in desalination by pinch technology. And further analysis indicated that phase changes occurred during the heat recovery process. In such case, the feed stream was divided into two streams: the liquid feed stream and the gaseous feed stream. Through calculation, the optimal ATmin was established at 26℃, and the total cost of heat exchange process was only $1.098× 106. By using the Problem Table Algorithm for pinch analysis, the temperature of the hot and the cold steams was 119℃ and 93 ℃, respectively. At a temperature higher than 119 ℃, all heat of the hot stream could not be cooled by the condenser, and the minimum heat load of utility (QH.min) was 440457.64 kW; and at a temperature below 93 ℃, all heat of the cold stream could not be provided by the heater, and the minimum cold load of utility (QC.min) was 1965993.85 kW. Finally, the synthesis of heat exchanger network was established through integrating two heat exchanger networks. 展开更多

Some of these new developments are a direct response to environmental regulation. Sulfur oxides (SOx-SO2+SO3) emitted from fluid catalytic cracking units (FCCU) are one of the most hazardous atmospheric pollutants, which may cause serious environmental problems such as the formation of acid rain and the destruction of the ozone layer. Thus, great attention has been focused on the SOx removal from FCC in last few years. The present papers will focus on the spinel material studies include three samples they were prepared by acidic method, solid solution MgAl2O4, solid solution with cerium10%Ce/MgAl2O4, iron mixed spinel with cerium 10%Ce/MgAl2-xFeO4.MgO and two samples solid solution with cerium introduce by vanadium as second co-catalyst prepared by basic method, 1% V/10%Ce/MgAl2O4.MgO were tested in TGA for oxidation half cycle to study some parameters effect on performance of SOx additives in TGA under condition similar to those of FCC units. Thermogravimetry analysis experiments have been used to demonstrate the pick-up and release of sulfur oxides in the development of additives for SOx control in the FCCU. 展开更多

针对沥青加热、搅拌、摊铺和服役过程中持续挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)排放带来的环境污染以及对施工人员的健康威胁等问题,开展了沥青VOCs的抑制效果研究。通过对沥青VOCs抑制研究方法的调研和总结,明确了抑制沥青VOCs从源头控制的方法最... 针对沥青加热、搅拌、摊铺和服役过程中持续挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)排放带来的环境污染以及对施工人员的健康威胁等问题,开展了沥青VOCs的抑制效果研究。通过对沥青VOCs抑制研究方法的调研和总结,明确了抑制沥青VOCs从源头控制的方法最为可行有效,故确立以具有优良孔道结构的沸石材料作为沥青VOCs抑制剂。基于VOCs吸附机理和水热合成法中氢氧化钙的掺入能够加速沸石晶体的生长并使表面更加粗糙的原理,设计合成了具有多孔吸附和内部结晶水挥发降低拌合温度双重功效的氢氧化钙沸石基沥青VOCs抑制剂。随后通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重(TG)测试,从抑制剂表面形貌、热重稳定性和沥青最佳拌和温度3个方面确定了用于沥青VOCs抑制的氢氧化钙沸石合成时所需的最佳铝钙比。沥青VOCs难收集,且目前中国沥青VOCs的定量分析仍处于探索阶段,故采用全封闭系统热裂解-气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析,减少收集沥青VOCs过程中由于环境因素造成的误差,并分别从裂化温度和裂化时间分析,开展氢氧化钙沸石对沥青VOCs抑制效果的研究。研究结果表明:铝钙比(物质的量比,下同)为1∶2的氢氧化钙沸石具有最佳的沥青VOCs抑制效果,此时氢氧化钙沸石对沥青VOCs的综合抑制效率可达37.18%;同时由于氢氧化钙沸石的吸附特性与催化特性的复合作用,导致不同温度及热裂解时间下,其对沥青VOCs的抑制效率不同。 展开更多

The dating of the uplift onset of the Huangshan pluton in the southern part of Anhui Province associated with the collision between paleo-Pacific Block and the Eurasian Block is a fundamental issue to better understand the uplift mechanisms and the regional tectonic evolution. Х^2 values of seven zircon fission track (ZFF) samples collected from the south part of the Huangshan pluton were all 〈5%. Based on the grain ages of four typical ZFr samples, three thermal overprints ranging in 113-123, 72-95 and 49-66 Ma were distinguished respectively using the binomial peak-fitting method in accordance with the tectonic thermal events after south China shifted into circum-Pacific tectonic region. Apatite fission track (AFT) study of the Huangshan pluton shows ages lie between 15±3 and 56±6 Ma with all Х^2 values 〉5%, and all are significantly younger than their host rock formation ages, indicating that the samples have experienced post-formation thermal history. Based on the AFT resuits and topography characteristics in the Huangshan pluton, three zones with different denudation intensities caused by the differential uplift of the fault blocks were recognized in this paper, indicating that denudation was driven by the increase in elevation significantly. Modeling of the AFT data shows that the earlier cooling phase took place in the early Cenozoic and involved 3.3, 3.8 and 6.0℃/Ma of cooling rates equivalent to the exhumation rates of 90, 104 and 167 m/Ma in different fault blocks. The last phase of cooling took place from -10 Ma with average cooling rate of -5.6℃/Ma, equivalent to average denudation rates of -156 m/Ma. The fission track results imply that the regional compression field plays an important role for the differential exhumation between individual fault blocks of the Huangshan pluton. 展开更多
