气相二茂铁抑制池火燃烧的有效性分析

以N2作载气,开展了不同工况气相二茂铁作用于受限空间中酒精燃烧的系列实验。实验过程中借助M-9000燃烧分析仪和质量采集系统对其烟气(如O2、CO)体积分数和酒精质量变化进行在线测量,以此为基础数据分析气相二茂铁抑制酒精燃烧的有效性... 以N2作载气,开展了不同工况气相二茂铁作用于受限空间中酒精燃烧的系列实验。实验过程中借助M-9000燃烧分析仪和质量采集系统对其烟气(如O2、CO)体积分数和酒精质量变化进行在线测量,以此为基础数据分析气相二茂铁抑制酒精燃烧的有效性。通过对不同工况下烟气体积分数、热释速率和火焰高度的分析得出:当载气流量为1.00m3/h时,气相二茂铁的抑制效果随其饱和蒸气压的升高而增强。其具体表现为酒精燃烧效率、热释速率和火焰高度随气相二茂铁饱和蒸气压的升高而相应降低;O2剩余量随气相二茂铁饱和蒸气压的升高而相应增大,CO最大生成量随气相二茂铁饱和蒸气压的升高而相应下降。 展开更多

The presence of pyrite can change the propensity of coal towards spontaneous combustion. The influences of various pyrite contents on the parameters of spontaneous combustion, such as index gases, temperature and released heat etc., were investigated in this study, Coal samples with different pyrite contents (0 %, 3 %, 5 %, 7 % and 9 %) were made by mixing coal and pyrite. The oxidation experiments under temperature-programmed condition were carried out to test the release rate of gaseous oxidation products at different temperatures. Differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) was employed to measure the intensity of heat release during coal oxidation for various pyrite contents. The results indicate that pyrite can nonlinearly accelerate the process of spontaneous combustion. The coal sample with a pyrite content of 5 % has the largest CO release rate and oxygen adsorption as well. However, the coal sample with a pyrite content of ? % has the largest rate of heat flow according to the results from the DSC tests. Pyrite contents of 5 %-7 % in coal has the most significant effects on spontaneous combustion within the range of this study. Polymer nanocomposites are a new class of flame retarded materials which have attracted much attention and considered as a revolutionary new flame retardant approach.A very small amount of nano flame retardants (normally < 5 wt%) can significantly reduce the heat release rate (HRR) and smoke emission (SEA) during the combustion of polymer materials.Moreover,the addition of nano flame retardants can also improve the mechanical properties of polymer materials compared with the deterioration of traditional flame retardants.This paper reviews the recent development in the flame retardant field of polymer nanocomposites and also introduces the related research in our lab.The challenges and problems are discussed and the future development of flame retarded polymer nanocomposites is prospected. 展开更多

Correlations of fire-induced temperature have been reviewed and revisited.The impact of XY factors,i.e.,the relative locations of the fire source and vent,on temperature models of ceiling-vented compartments could be reflected by the exponents of the two dimensionless terms which represent the ratio of the total energy to energy released through the ceiling vent,and the ratio of the energy lost through the walls to the energy released through the ceiling vent.For fires not located directly below the ceiling vent,the temperature rise was proportional to two thirds of the power of the heat release rate,while for fires immediately beneath this vent,the temperature rise was proportional to four thirds the power of the heat release rate,and was inversely proportional to one sixth the power of the ceiling vent size. 展开更多
