选择不同产地的桂皮为研究对象,测定3个产地桂皮的燃烧热、燃烧稳定性、脂肪、粗纤维、灰分、微量元素、氨基酸。结果表明,3种产地桂皮燃烧热值在54.6~33 771.9 J/g之间,顺序为:广西梧州岑溪>广东佛山顺德区>云南昆明官渡区。3种... 选择不同产地的桂皮为研究对象,测定3个产地桂皮的燃烧热、燃烧稳定性、脂肪、粗纤维、灰分、微量元素、氨基酸。结果表明,3种产地桂皮燃烧热值在54.6~33 771.9 J/g之间,顺序为:广西梧州岑溪>广东佛山顺德区>云南昆明官渡区。3种产地桂皮的F值分别为-0.509 534,-0.338 981,0.848 518,燃烧热稳定性排序:云南昆明官渡区>广东佛山顺德区>广西梧州岑溪。3种产地桂皮脂肪质量分数在0.9%~1.4%之间,平均值是1.219 67%,质量分数大小顺序:云南昆明官渡区>广东佛山顺德区>广西梧州岑溪;3种产地桂皮灰分质量分数在2.1%~2.8%之间,平均值是2.467 0%,粗纤维质量分数大小顺序:云南昆明官渡区>广西梧州岑溪>广东佛山顺德区;3种产地桂皮粗纤维质量分数在25.9%~32.1%,平均值为29.750 5%,含量大小:广西梧州岑溪>广东佛山顺德区>云南昆明官渡区。燃烧热,热重分析,脂肪含量,灰分,粗纤维、微量元素、氨基酸含量多指标顺序:云南昆明官渡区>广东佛山顺德区>广西梧州岑溪。本研究建立3个产地桂皮的多指标分析及评价为题,为大规模开发桂皮资源及桂皮品质研究提供有利地科学依据。 展开更多

探究了柴油机颗粒物中可溶有机成分(soluble organic fraction,SOF)及热重参数对碳烟氧化特性的影响,并基于Coats-Redfern算法得到不同升温速率下碳烟的氧化动力学参数。研究结果表明:在碳烟缓慢氧化阶段,柴油机颗粒中SOF组分阻碍了碳... 探究了柴油机颗粒物中可溶有机成分(soluble organic fraction,SOF)及热重参数对碳烟氧化特性的影响,并基于Coats-Redfern算法得到不同升温速率下碳烟的氧化动力学参数。研究结果表明:在碳烟缓慢氧化阶段,柴油机颗粒中SOF组分阻碍了碳烟氧化反应的进行,而脱SOF后碳烟比表面积增大,更利于氧化反应的进行。与脱SOF前相比,脱SOF后相应的氧化特征温度均有所降低,因而颗粒物去除SOF后的热重试验更能反应碳烟的氧化动力学特性。通过比较试验,确定进样量、工作气流量和升温速率等热重参数的优化取值,其中升温速率对碳烟氧化燃烧反应的影响显著。随着升温速率增大,碳烟氧化反应出现滞后现象,其特征温度升高且最大失重率峰值降低,而升温速率对碳烟热解程度和氧化反应温度区间大小无明显影响。通过对比分析,低升温速率(3℃/min)条件下扩散控制可以忽略不计,氧化特征温度重复性最好。不同升温速率下碳烟燃烧反应动力学参数活化能E和指前因子A之间存在动力学补偿效应,E与A均随升温速率的降低而减小。 展开更多

Thermogravimetric study of medical transfusion tube (MTT) waste containing polyvinyl chloride (PVC) was carried out using the thermogravimetric analyser (TGA) with N2, at different heating rates of 5, 10, 20, 30, 50 ℃/min. The purpose is to obtain pyrolysis characteristics and kinetic parameters of medical waste. The experimental results indicate that the pyrolysis behavior of the MTT sample is in agreement with its main ingredient of PVC, appearing two stair stepping stages. The influence of the additives in MTT on pyrolysis behavior was also revealed, which could improve MTT pyrolysis at lower temperature in the first stage, and cause obvious unsmoothness and asymmetry of the second DTG peak. Four n-order kinetic models of Coats-Redfern, Ozawa, Kissinger and Freeman-carroll were used to get the kinetic parameters. Furthermore, a novel "two-step four-reaction model" was established to simulate the whole continuous process. The different methods and the kinetic parameters thus obtained were discussed and compared with each other in literatures. The reasons of deviation among kinetic values were tried to be elucidated. The new established model could more satisfactorily describe the pyrolysis process of MTT, being more mechanistic and conveniently serving for the engineering. 展开更多

Thermogravimetric analysis and electrical resistivity were used to determine the hydration process of cement paste with rice husk ash(RHA)(0−15%)and water-cement ratio of 0.4 in this work.X-ray diffraction(XRD)method and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)were used to survey crystal composition and microstructures of specimens cured for 3 h,1 d,7 d and 28 d.Finally,electrical parameters(electrical resistance and AC impedance spectroscopy)of steel bars reinforced cement paste were investigated to study the effect of RHA on the corrosion resistance.Results showed that RHA could affect the cement hydration by hydration promotion and pozzolanic effect.The evaluation function for electrical resistivity and curing ages fitted well with linear increasing function.The addition of RHA higher than 5%demonstrated a decreasing role in the electrical resistivity of cement paste at earlier curing ages(3−7 d).Meanwhile,when at later curing ages(7−28 d)the result was the opposite.Moreover,RHA demonstrated positive effects on corrosion resistance of steel bars in cement paste. 展开更多

Although the FCC process has been used for more than halfa century, new and important developments continue to be made in several areas. Some of these new developments are a direct response to environmental regulation. Sulfur oxides (SOx-SO2+SO3) emitted from fluid catalytic cracking units (FCCU) are one of the most hazardous atmospheric pollutants, which may cause serious environmental problems such as the formation of acid rain and the destruction of the ozone layer. Thus, great attention has been focused on the SOx removal from FCC in last few years. The present papers will focus on the spinel material studies include three samples they were prepared by acidic method, solid solution MgAl2O4, solid solution with cerium10%Ce/MgAl2O4, iron mixed spinel with cerium 10%Ce/MgAl2-xFeO4.MgO and two samples solid solution with cerium introduce by vanadium as second co-catalyst prepared by basic method, 1% V/10%Ce/MgAl2O4.MgO were tested in TGA for oxidation half cycle to study some parameters effect on performance of SOx additives in TGA under condition similar to those of FCC units. Thermogravimetry analysis experiments have been used to demonstrate the pick-up and release of sulfur oxides in the development of additives for SOx control in the FCCU. 展开更多

This study presents experimental and numerical investigations of simply supported steel reinforced concrete(RC)beams under fire.The temperature field of cross sections,the vertical deflection at mid-span,and specifically the axial expansion displacement at beam-ends were measured during the fire tests.A novel finite element(FE)model of a RC beam under fire was developed,in which the water loss in the heat transfer analysis and the concrete transient strain in the mechanical analysis were considered.Based on the validated FE model proposed in this study,parametric studies were conducted to investigate the effects of the beam type,the protective layer thickness,and the load ratio on the thermal and mechanical behavior of simply supported RC beams.It was found that greater fire resistance and fire performance of girder beams in comparison to secondary beams contributed to the non-structural reinforcements,which effectively compensated for the reduced tensile capacities of structural reinforcements because of the degradation of the material properties.In addition,the history of normal stress distributions of concrete under fire can be divided into three phases:expansion,stress redistribution and plateau phases. 展开更多
