研究了在MgO -C耐火材料中添加单斜氧化锆或锆英石所形成的MgO -ZrO2 -C材料的性能和显微结构。结果表明 :(1)加入单斜氧化锆和锆英石导致材料的高温抗折强度降低。 (2 )热震温度低于 10 0 0℃时 ,加入不同量的单斜氧化锆或锆英石对材... 研究了在MgO -C耐火材料中添加单斜氧化锆或锆英石所形成的MgO -ZrO2 -C材料的性能和显微结构。结果表明 :(1)加入单斜氧化锆和锆英石导致材料的高温抗折强度降低。 (2 )热震温度低于 10 0 0℃时 ,加入不同量的单斜氧化锆或锆英石对材料抗折强度损失率的影响较小 ;而热震温度为12 0 0℃时 ,不同的添加量有较大的差别 ,当单斜氧化锆的添加量为 5 %~ 7% ,锆英石的添加量为 1.5 4 %时 ,MgO -ZrO2 -C材料的抗折强度损失率最小。 (3)添加的单斜氧化锆在 12 0 0℃的热震温度下有部分ZrO2 固溶到了镁砂颗粒的内部 ;而添加的锆英石在 12 0 0℃下变化轻微 ,但在 14 0 0℃下 ,材料中仅存在少量未分解或分解不完全的锆英石 ,MgO由基质向锆英石颗粒内部扩散 ,导致分解完全的锆英石颗粒转变为ZrO2 、CMS和c ZrO2 小颗粒。 展开更多

Effect of different particle sizes of cordierite on properties of castable refractory by different heat treatment temperatures were investigated respectively with mullite and bauxite as raw materials, calcium aluminate cement as binders. After 24 h curing in mould and another 24 h curing at 110 ℃ after demoulding, the specimens were heat treated at 1 000 ℃, 1 300℃ and 1 500℃ for 3 h, respectively. The bulk density ( BD), permanent linear change ( PLC), modulus of rupture(MOR) and clod crushing strength(CCS), thermal expansion coefficient and thermal shock resistance were examined. The results show that there is no obvious effect on adjusting permanent linear change and bulk density of castables by adding different particle sizes of cordierite at low temperature and intermediate temperature. Modulus of rupture of castable increase with the decreasing of the particle sizes of cordierite after heat treated by 1 000 ℃ and 1 300℃. In this experiment, thermal shock resistance of the castable with cordierite whose particle size is 0 - 1 mm is the best. 展开更多

In order to understand the initial surface damage of Al piston in unsteady thermal environment like knock combustion,T6 heat treated cast Al-Si-Cu alloy was thermal shocked under different heating speeds between room temperature and 450°C by adjusting the environmental temperature.The surface evolution was mainly characterized in view of roughness,hardness,morphology,texture,phase and element distribution.Results indicated that both the roughness and hardness went up to the maximum and then decreased with rising heating speed.Micro-structure and phase analysis suggested that the interactions of solid phase transition and oxidation with enhancing thermal stress took responsible for the surface evolution. 展开更多

Temporal and spatial anomalies associated with the Yushu earthquake, including the Outgoing Longwave Radiation( OLR), the Land Surface Temperature( LST) and surface temperature from the National Center for Environmental Prediction( NCEP) are studied using thermal infrared remote sensing data in this paper. All results confirmed the previous observations of thermal anomalies in the seismic region prior to this earthquake.Among the multi-parameter anomalies, the underground water temperature anomaly appeared first and lasted for the longest time; OLR anomaly,an infrared parameter which indicates the radiation characteristics of the land surface medium,was the first to be detected; LST anomalies appeared later than OLR. NCEP temperature indicates the average atmosphere temperature with a certain vertical thickness; therefore,it was the last detected anomaly. The anomalies of OLR and LST lasted for a similar time length and were all located in the south or southwest of the epicenter. 展开更多
