焊接自动化是21世纪焊接技术迈向"数字化"、"智能化"的重要途径。在焊接自动化的实现过程中,对焊缝进行自动、快速、准确地跟踪是其中的关键技术。在自动化焊接技术诞生之前,传统的焊接操作主要靠人工来完成。然而... 焊接自动化是21世纪焊接技术迈向"数字化"、"智能化"的重要途径。在焊接自动化的实现过程中,对焊缝进行自动、快速、准确地跟踪是其中的关键技术。在自动化焊接技术诞生之前,传统的焊接操作主要靠人工来完成。然而,人工进行焊接监视跟踪的工作有两方面的缺点,一方面焊接工作的恶劣环境会对焊接工人的身体健康造成一定的损害,另一方面还会由于焊工长时间工作疲劳而影响焊接质量。现代的焊缝跟踪技术逐渐地脱离了人为的干涉,越来越多地转向了由信号传感到计算机处理再到机构执行的全自动焊接过程。传感器相当于焊缝跟踪系统的"感官器官",系统完全依靠传感器来感知外界焊接环境,判断焊枪与焊缝的相对位置。同时,焊接环境常常伴随着各种噪声、飞溅、高频辐射等的干扰,会明显地影响传感器所采集的信号,甚至会使得计算机对焊缝位置产生错误的判断。因此,要想得到比较理想的数据信息,采取合适的焊接传感方式并对所采集的信号进行准确快速处理成为焊缝跟踪的迫切需要。焊缝跟踪传感器总体上可分为两大类:直接式传感器(即电弧传感器)和间接式传感器。近年来,这两类传感器都有一定的发展,如磁控电弧传感器的应用为焊缝跟踪提供了新的研究方向,间接式视觉传感器正在向小型化和简单化的方向发展。与此同时,多传感器信息融合技术的出现为克服单一传感器准确性的不足提供了新的可能性。而信号处理技术可以提高信号的信噪比,为获得准确的焊缝位置信息奠定基础。其中,电信号滤波技术正由单纯的硬件滤波逐步向软件滤波和硬件软件结合滤波的方法转变;而对于图像处理技术,图像的抗干扰能力得到进一步提高,但是还需在焊缝识别的准确性、实时性和可靠性方面继续深入研究。本文系统介绍了焊缝跟踪过程中所用到的各种传感方式,并着重介绍了主流的电弧传感器和视觉传感器的详细分类与各自的特点。同时,本文总结了电弧传感中关键的电信号滤波技术以及视觉传感必不可少的图像处理技术的发展现状,并对焊缝跟踪未来的研究方向提出了建议。 展开更多

The explosive demands for facial masks as vital personal protection equipment(PPE)in the wake of Covid-19 have challenged many industries and enterprises in technology and capacity,and the piezoelectric ceramic(PZT)transducers for the production of facial masks in the welding process are in heavy demand.In the earlier days of the epidemic,the supply of ceramic transducers cannot meet its increasing demands,and efforts in materials,development,and production are mobilized to provide the transducers to mask producers for quick production.The simplest solution is presented with the employment of Rayleigh-Ritz method for the vibration analysis,then different materials can be selected to achieve the required frequency and energy standards.The fully tailored method and results can be utilized by the engineers for quick development of the PZT transducers to perform precise function in welding. 展开更多

Isolated Solid-State Packaging Technology of High-Temperature Pressure Sensor

The principle of miniature isolated solid-state encapsulation technology of high-temperature pressure sensor and the structure of packaging are discussed, including static electricity bonding, stainless steel diaphragm selection and rippled design, laser welding, silicon oil infilling, isolation and other techniques used in sensor packaging, which can affect the performance of the sensor. By adopting stainless steel diaphragm and high-temperature silicon oil as isolation materials, not only the encapsulation of the sensor is as small as 15 mm in diameter and under 1 mA drive, its full range output is 72 mV and zero stability is 0.48% F.S/mon, but also the reliability of the sensor is improved and its application is widely broadened. 展开更多
