目的研究白术炮制措施对中药饮片治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果的影响。方法回顾性分析汕头潮南民生医院于2021年2月—2022年11月接收的99例溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)患者临床资料,并根据服用不同的中药炮制方式制成的中药饮片分为三...目的研究白术炮制措施对中药饮片治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果的影响。方法回顾性分析汕头潮南民生医院于2021年2月—2022年11月接收的99例溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)患者临床资料,并根据服用不同的中药炮制方式制成的中药饮片分为三组(A组:土炒处理分级法;B组:焦制分级法;C组:炙制分级法),各33例。对比三组的药物疗效及不良药物反应(adverse drug reaction,ADR)。结果三组UA患者的疗效各不相同,B组的治疗效果比A稍高,但两组的疗效结果对比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.244,P=0.621);C组的UC患者服用经水处理前联合炮制综合法煎制的药液的总体治疗效果比A组患者的疗效佳,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=17.827,P=0.001);C组的UC患者服用经水处理前联合炮制综合法煎制的药液的总体治疗效果比B组患者的疗效佳,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.580,P=0.001)。三组的ADR发生率均有所不同,其中A组的ADR比例值与B组相近,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.096,P=0.757);C组的ADR发生率似乎低于其他两组,但差异无统计学意义(C/A:χ^(2)=1.158,P=0.282;C/B:χ^(2)=1.886,P=0.170)。结论将中药加工与预处理结合使用似乎可以提高中药的疗效,且不会对用药安全产生影响。展开更多
Process control is an effective approach to reduce the NOx emission from sintering flue gas.The effects of different materials adhered on coke breeze on NOx emission characteristics and sintering performance were stud...Process control is an effective approach to reduce the NOx emission from sintering flue gas.The effects of different materials adhered on coke breeze on NOx emission characteristics and sintering performance were studied.Results showed that the coke breeze adhered with the mixture of CaO and Fe2O3 or calcium ferrite significantly lowers the NOx emission concentration and conversion ratio of fuel-N to NOx.Pretreating the coke with the mixture of lime slurry and iron ore fines helped to improve the granulation effect,and optimize the carbon distribution in granules.When the mass ratio of coke breeze,quick lime,water and iron ore fines was 2:1:1:1,the average NOx emission concentration was decreased from 220 mg/m3 to 166 mg/m3,and the conversion ratio of fuel-N was reduced from 54.2%to 40.9%.展开更多
The coking observation and particle flow behaviour in both thermal plasma and cold plexiglas downers were investigated in a binary particle system formed by injecting coarse inert particles (carrying coke away and sco...The coking observation and particle flow behaviour in both thermal plasma and cold plexiglas downers were investigated in a binary particle system formed by injecting coarse inert particles (carrying coke away and scouring wall) and fine coal powders into the downer reactor. The results demonstrate that this scheme is a rational selection to prevent coking on downer walls and improve particle velocity distribution along the radial direction. When injected coarse particles mixed with fine powders in downers, the fluctuation of local particle velocity in the radial direction becomes smaller and two peaks in the radial distribution of local particle velocity occur due to the improved dispersing character and flow structure, which are beneficial to the thermo-plasma coal cracking reaction and coking prevention.展开更多
The concentrates with different maceral contents were obtained from Kailuan coking coals with different coal ranks(Ro;ranvarying from 0.88%to 1.73%)by float–sink separation in lab.Then these concentrates were charact...The concentrates with different maceral contents were obtained from Kailuan coking coals with different coal ranks(Ro;ranvarying from 0.88%to 1.73%)by float–sink separation in lab.Then these concentrates were characterized by proximate analysis,ultimate analysis,petrography analysis and coking index determination.The results show that the vitrinite is characterized as nature of lower carbon content,higher hydrogen content,higher volatile matter and stronger caking property compared to inertinite.The relationships between variation rate of volatile matter and maximum volatile matter and coal ranks are identified,and a linear model is developed for fast determination of the maceral contents.Compared to inertinite-rich concentrate,the blending ratio of vitrinite-rich concentrate is increased by 13%,which is considered to be a potential technique based on maceral separation for expanding the coking coal resources.展开更多
