针对现有煤岩识别方法存在煤岩界面传感器结构复杂、可靠性差、普适性差等问题,提出了一种基于机器视觉的煤岩界面识别系统设计方案,给出了系统总体结构,分析了系统识别煤岩界面的工作原理,重点讨论了图像特征选取和分类器的设计。该系... 针对现有煤岩识别方法存在煤岩界面传感器结构复杂、可靠性差、普适性差等问题,提出了一种基于机器视觉的煤岩界面识别系统设计方案,给出了系统总体结构,分析了系统识别煤岩界面的工作原理,重点讨论了图像特征选取和分类器的设计。该系统根据灰度共生矩阵理论提取煤岩图像的22种纹理特征,采用增l减r法搜索出优选特征,最后运用线性函数判别法构建煤岩分类器模型。实验结果表明,该系统的煤岩分类器模型性能稳定,具有较强的识别能力。 展开更多

回顾煤岩显微组分自动识别的历史及技术现状,探讨了基于反射率和形态学参数的煤岩组分分类方案及其优缺点,对目前煤岩显微组分形态学参数的研究进行分析,并指出图像法煤岩组分自动识别技术难点,重点探讨了煤中壳质组的准确识别、煤中矿... 回顾煤岩显微组分自动识别的历史及技术现状,探讨了基于反射率和形态学参数的煤岩组分分类方案及其优缺点,对目前煤岩显微组分形态学参数的研究进行分析,并指出图像法煤岩组分自动识别技术难点,重点探讨了煤中壳质组的准确识别、煤中矿物质对有机显微组分识别的干扰、高变质煤组分各向异性对识别的影响、混煤煤岩组分的准确识别、识别模式和识别流程的建立等问题。主要研究结论如下:利用图像处理技术并结合煤岩显微组分的反射率和形态学参数,此为实现煤岩组分自动识别的发展方向。随着数字图像处理技术的发展,对煤岩组分形态参数的表征可以做到定量化和与位置相关联,目前已具备解决煤岩组分自动识别的外部条件。鉴于目前图像法煤岩组分自动测试存在壳质组难以准确识别等问题,建议今后应结合煤岩组分的反射率和形貌特征建立各显微组分合适的识别流程。 展开更多

Variation in the temperature field of rocks overlying a high-temperature cavity during underground coal gasification 被引量:7

High temperature affects rocks in a way that changes the physical and mechanical properties of them. The temperature field in rock overlying a high temperature zone has been estimated using experimental research on thermal conductivity of the overlying strata. Numerical analysis software was used to esti- mate rock thermal conductivity at different temperatures. These estimates were then used with COMSOL Multiphysics to perform a numerical analysis with the heat conduction model. The results show that rock thermal conductivity decreases as the temperature increases and that various lithologies show similar behavior. The thermal conductivity of each rock type differs from the others at a given temperature. Exact values for the temperature distribution in the overlying strata during the process of underground coal gasification are obtained from the numerical simulation. The temperature in the rock changes with the height and direction from the gasifier. Temperature gradients vary for different types of rock. This result provides an important reference for further study of the strength of overlying strata subject to the process of underground coal gasification. 展开更多

In the present study an attempt has been made to carry out the detailed petrographic characterization of the Karharbari coals of Talcher coalfield and to reconstruct the paleoenvironment conditions of coal formation using macerals and microlithtotypes as a tool. For these purposes a large number of samples were collected following the pillar sampling method and were subjected to detailed petrographic study. The petrographic observation shows that these coals are vitrinite rich followed by the liptinite and inertinite group of macerals. On microlithotype scale, these coals shows the dominance of the vitrite followed by clarite, vitrinertite and inertite. The concentration of liptite, clarodurite, duroclarite and vitriner- toliptite are insignificant. The vitrinite reflectance ranks the Karharbari coal as high volatile bituminous 'C' to high volatile 'B' bituminous. Coal petrography based depositional models suggest peat accumulation in forested telmatic swamp. Moreover, during the time of their evolution, there were alternate phases of oxic and anoxic moor conditions with good tissue preservation. 展开更多
