SNCR脱硝系统是在炉膛850~1100℃这一狭窄的温度范围区域喷入雾化的还原剂溶液(如氨、氨水、尿素、碳酸氢铵等),在没有催化剂的情况下,该还原剂迅速热分解或挥发成NH3并与烟气中的NOx进行反应,使得NOx还原成N2或H2O,而且基本上不与O2发生作用。玻璃马赛克窑炉属于马蹄焰窑炉,生产时排放烟气温度约900~1100℃,满足SNCR温度要求。单台窑炉分两边燃烧,每隔半小时切换一次,且煤气室会鼓入煤气,此处SNCR系统与锅炉有所不同,切换时SNCR系统需要跟随切换,保证脱硝反应的有效进行,烟气脱硝达标的同时,保证生产安全,还要避免切换时造成还原剂进入燃烧室,燃烧室高温造成NOx不降反增。 展开更多

In order to study the dynamic action and physical effects of coal seams and gas, a simulation system for this dynamic action was developed and a physical model built in our laboratory. Using this newly built model, the volume of coal outbursts and the temperature during the outburst process were studied. The results show that: l) for coal seams with similar structure and com- ponents, two factors, i.e., gas pressure and ground stress affect the volume of coal outbursts, with gas pressure being the more im- portant of the two and 2) the changes in coal temperature, both its increase and decrease, are affected by ground stress and gas pressure, it is a process of change. Preliminary tests show that the system can simulate the dynamic interaction of coal and gas, which is helpful for studying the dynamic mechanism of solid-gas coupling of gas and coal. 展开更多

To control and reduce the harm of a gas explosion, a new method is proposed for suppressing gas-explosion propagation in a tunnel by using a vacuum chamber. We studied the suppression effect on gas explosions by placing a vacuum chamber at dif-ferent positions along the tunnel. The results indicate that: 1) the vacuum chamber can absorb the explosion wave and explosion energy as much as possible at the beginning of the gas explosion, and; 2) when the vacuum chamber is used the closer it is to the ignition source the more significant the suppression effect. In addition, by using the vacuum chamber: 1) the flame propagation velocity decreases from ultrasonic to subsonic; 2) the flame propagation distance is remarkably shortened; 3) the maximum peak value of overpressure (pm) decreases from 0.34 to 0.17 MPa or less, and; 4) the impulse of the blast wave (I) decreases from 20 to 8 kPa·s or less. 展开更多

The data obtained from laboratory d... The coal of Anyuan Mine has the characteristic of easy spontaneous combustion. Conventional method is difficult to predict it. Coal samples from this mine were tested in laboratory. The data obtained from laboratory determination were initialized for the value which was defined as "K". The ratio of each index gas and value of "K", and the ratio of combination index gases and value of "K", were analyzed simultaneously. The research results show that for this coal mine, if there is carbon monoxide in the gas sample, the phenomenon of oxidation and temperature rising for coal exists in this mine; if there is C_2H_4 in the gas sample, the temperature of coal perhaps exceeds 130 °C. If the coal temperature is between 35 °C and 130 °C, prediction and forecast for coal spontaneous combustion depend on the value of Φ(CO)/K mainly; if the temperature of coal is between 130 °C and 300 °C, prediction and forecast for coal spontaneous combustion depend on the value of Φ(C_2H_6)/Φ(C_2H_2) and Φ(C_2H_6)/K. The research results provide experimental basis for the prediction of coal spontaneous combustion in Anyuan coal mine, and have better guidance on safe production of this coal mine. 展开更多

Spontaneous combustion(sponcom) is one of the issues of concern with the blasting gallery(BG) method of coal mining and has the potential to cause fires, and impact on production and safety, greenhouse gas(GHG) emissions and huge costs involved in controlling the aftermath situations. Some of the research attempts made to prevent and control coal mine fires and spontaneous combustion in thick seams worked with bord and pillar mining methods are presented in this paper. In the study, computational fluid dynamics(CFD) modelling techniques were used to simulate and assess the effects of various mining methods, layouts, designs, and different operational and ventilation parameters on the flow of goaf gases in BG panels. A wide range of parametric studies were conducted to develop proactive strategies to control and prevent ingress of oxygen into the goaf area preventing spontaneous combustion and mine fires. 展开更多

Coal is the dominant primary energy source in China and the major source of greenhouse gases and air pollutants. To facilitate the use of coal in an environmentally satisfactory and economically viable way, clean coal technologies (CCTs) are necessary. This paper presents a review of recent research and development of four kinds of CCTs: coal power generation; coal conversion; pollution control; and carbon capture, utilization, and storage. It also outlines future perspectives on directions for technology re search and development (R&D). This review shows that China has made remarkable progress in the R&D of CCTs, and that a number of CCTs have now entered into the commercialization stage. 展开更多

To reduce greenhouse gas emissions from fossil fuel fired power plants,a range of new combustion technologies are being developed or refined,including oxy-fuel combustion,co-firing biomass with coal and fluidized bed combustion.Flame characteristics under such combustion conditions are expected to be different from those in normal air fired combustion processes.Quantified flame characteristics such as temperature distribution,oscillation frequency,and ignition volume play an important part in the optimized design and operation of the environmentally friendly power generation systems.However,it is challenging to obtain such flame characteristics particularly through a three-dimensional and non-intrusive means.Various tomography methods have been proposed to visualize and characterize flames,including passive optical tomography,laser based tomography,and electrical tomography.This paper identifies the challenges in flame tomography and reviews existing techniques for the quantitative characterization of flames.Future trends in flame tomography for industrial applications are discussed. 展开更多

In recent years, there have been considerable developments in energy provision with the growing improvements in energy supply security and support systems in China. However, China's energy system continues to reta... In recent years, there have been considerable developments in energy provision with the growing improvements in energy supply security and support systems in China. However, China's energy system continues to retain a high-carbon feature where coal dominates energy production and consumption, which has led to the rapid growth of greenhouse gas emissions and associated serious environmental pollution. It has therefore become an important task for China to consider how to promote the low-carbon development of energy system. This paper summarized the basic trends and challenges for development of low-carbon energy system in China and studied the primary energy consumption and carbon emissions in different scenarios at 10-year intervals between 2010 and 2050. The analysis showed that controlling coal consumption will have an important influence on the control of total carbon emissions and of carbon emission peaking; promotion of non-fossil fuel energies will offer a growing contribution to a low-carbon transition in the medium and long term; the development of carbon capture, utilization, and storage will play a key role in realizing a deep decarbonization pathway, particularly after 2030; and the establishment of a low-carbon power system is crucial for the achievement of low-carbon energy transition. Finally, the strategic considerations and policy suggestions on the development of low-carbon energy systems in China are explored. 展开更多
