煤气加压机跳机原因分析及对策措施

通过对宝钢1号煤气加压站的加压机过负荷跳机的故障研究分析,得出其故障产生原因是加压机吸入了高密度的焦炉煤气。为防止煤气加压机跳机故障的发生,提出了相关对策措施,并对其日常运行监控和日后处理类似的问题提出了参考建议。

Estimation of S-wave Velocity for Gas Hydrate Reservoir in the Shenhu Area,North South China Sea 被引量:1

Estimation of S-wave velocity using logging data has mainly been performed for sandstone, mudstone and oil and gas strata, while its application to hydrate reservoirs has been largely overlooked. In this paper we present petxophysical methods to estimate the S-wave velocity of hydrate reservoirs with the P-wave velocity and the density as constraints. The three models used in this paper are an equivalent model (MBGL), a three-phase model (TPBE), and a thermo-elasticity model (TEM). The MBGL model can effectively describe the internal relationship among the components of the rock, and the estimated P-wave velocities are in good agreement with the measured data (2.8% error). However, in the TPBE model, the solid, liquid and gas phases axe considered to be independent of each other, and the estimation results are relatively low (46.6% error). The TEM model is based on the sensitivity of the gas hydrate to temperature and pressure, and the accuracy of the estimation results is also high (3.6% error). Before the estimation, the occurrence patterns of hydrates in the Shenhu area were examined, and occurrence state one (the hydrate is in solid form in the reservoir) was selected for analysis. By using the known P-wave velocity and density as constraints, a reasonable S-wave velocity value (ranging from 400 to 1100 m s 1 and for a hydrate layer of 1100 m s 1) can be obtained through multiple iterations. These methods and results provide new data and technical support for further research on hydrates and other geological features in the Shenhu area. 展开更多

The influence of solid particles size,density and loading on the critical gas-inducing impeller speed was investigated in a gas–liquid–solid stirring tank equipped with a hollow Rushton impeller.Three types of solid particles,hollow glass beads with diameters of 300 μm,200 μm,100 μm,and 60 μm,silica gel and desalting resin,were used.It was found that the adding solid particles would change the critical impeller speed.For hollow glass beads and silica gel,whose relative densities were less than or equal to 1.5,the critical impeller speeds increased with the solid loading before reaching the maximum values,and then decreased to a value even lower than that without added solids.The size of the solids also had apparent influence on the critical impeller speed,and larger solid particles correspond to a smaller critical impeller speed.The experimental data also showed that the gasinducing was beneficial to the suspension of the solid particles. 展开更多

Gas products from the process of coal oxidization and spontaneous combustion have been studied at different temperatures with FTI spectroscopic tests. With temperatures rising to about 30~100 ℃, water and carbon dioxide gas were formed and from about 105~150 ℃, carbon monoxide was produced. Using the DFT B3LYP method with a 6-311G basis set, the reaction system, where spontaneous combustion between coal and oxygen occurs and produces water and monoxide, has been studied, with the geometric configuration for all stagnation points on the potential reaction energy surface optimized. With a frequency analysis and an IRC method, transient formations were tested. Our results indicate that in the reaction of coal oxidization and spontaneous com-bustion producing carbon dioxide and water, oxygen molecules attack carbon atoms of the terminal of the propyl alcohol group on the lateral chain of benzene rings, which causes this propyl alcohol group to produce the acid (-CH2-CH2-COOH) group and water. This acid group continues its break up into carbon dioxide and the (-CH2-CH3) ethyl group. We have come to the conclusion that this water-and-carbon dioxide-production reaction is spontaneous, based on the observation of the energy released by the reaction. 展开更多

This work describes the performance of the direct carbon fuel cell(DCFC)fuelled by ash-free coal.Employing coal in the DCFC might be problematic,mainly because of the ash deposition after the cell reactions.In the study,the carbonaceous ash-free component of coal is obtained,which is then evaluated as the DCFC fuel and compared with raw coal,active carbon,carbon black,and graphite.The electrolyte-supported SOFC structure is adapted to build the DCFC.The DCFC based on the ash-free coal fuel exhibits good performance with regard to the maximum power density,day-by-day measurements,and durability at continuous run.When the carbon fuels are internally gasified to H2 and CO,the power density is generally much improved,compared to N2 pyrolysis environment.The power generation is most likely related to the concentration of pyrolyzed gases as well as the electrochemical reactivity of the solid carbon. 展开更多
