The construction of the IICMMS-CP, the distributed network control system based on live intelligence control stations and the strategy of implementing distributed intelligence control system are studied in order to overcome the disadvantages brought about by the wide use of the PLC system by coaipreparation plants. The software frame, based on a Multi-Agent Intelligence Control and Maintenance Management integrated system, is studied and the implemention methods of IICMMS-CP are discussed. The characteristics of distributed architecture, cooperation and parallel computing meet the needs of integrated control of coal-preparation plants with large-scale spatial production distribution, densely-related processes and complex systems. Its application further improves the reliability and precision of process control, accuracy of fault identification and intelligence of production adjustment, establishes a technical basis for system integration and flexible production. The main function of the system has been tested in a coal-preparation plant to good effect in stabilizing product quality, improving efficiency and reducing consumption.展开更多

Therefore, it is important to develop a practical mine safety assurance information system (CSAIS). Based on analyzing the actual management mode for ventilation and safety on mine, the paper studies the structure and function of the mine safety assurance information system based on GIS in detail. Moreover, it also suggests some applications and solutions. By combining with the practical situation, the paper realizes the whole function of the present system.展开更多

A concept of inert holding ratio of coal was proposed. There is an optimal inert holding ratio for different ranks of coals for making coke with highest combined strength. The additive property of inert holding ratio under normal conditions was demonstrated with actual examples of coal blending. Thus it is possible to predict the combined strength of coke through reflectance, content of inert components and caking index diagram system.展开更多

Changes in structure and phase composition of hydrothermally synthesized belite precursors and subsequent calcinated products were compared with those of starting mixtures. Based on XRD diffraction patterns, the formation of the new profiles corresponding to CSH phases with low degree of ordering as belite precursors after hydrothermal treatment was confirmed. Calcination of hydrotermally treated products at 900℃ led to transformation of CSH phases to wollastonite, belite and gehlenite phase. Differences in phase composition of products before and after calcination depend upon waste quality and precursor's synthesis conditions. Bottom ash isn't suitable as raw material for synthesizing belite phase because of high CaO content fixed in anhydrite form (44.1%). Coal fly ash with low CaO content in anhydrite form (4.2%) and its hydrothermal treatment in combination with subsequent heating offer opportunities for the utilization of coal fly ash as raw material for belite production.展开更多
