用管式沉降炉和3.5 kW煤粉燃烧试验炉对3种煤在着火、燃烧初期和燃烧过程中氮释放和NO_x转化特性进行了试验研究。燃烧初期煤中氮释放特性有显著差异;氮释放率高于当时的燃尽率;NO_x生成主要受燃烧空气量和送风方式影响。

为了有效治理燃煤造成的大气氟污染,必须了解煤燃烧过程中氟的析出特性和影响因素。通过固定床管式炉煤粉燃烧试验,研究了煤种特性因素对燃煤氟析出影响规律与氟析出特性,其中包括煤种、氟含量、粒度、烟气中水蒸气含量及煤中矿物成分... 为了有效治理燃煤造成的大气氟污染,必须了解煤燃烧过程中氟的析出特性和影响因素。通过固定床管式炉煤粉燃烧试验,研究了煤种特性因素对燃煤氟析出影响规律与氟析出特性,其中包括煤种、氟含量、粒度、烟气中水蒸气含量及煤中矿物成分等对燃煤氟析出的影响。结果表明:不同煤种的氟析出率均随燃烧温度的升高而增加,表现出较强的相似性与一定的差异性。这种相似性表明燃煤氟析出过程可用统一的动力学模型来描述;差异性表明燃煤氟析出过程受煤中氟化物赋存形态与物理化学转化过程的影响。在炉内停留初期煤的粒度对氟的分解与析出影响较大,而在炉内停留的后期煤的粒度对氟的分解与析出影响则较小;燃煤水分及烟气中水蒸气的存在可明显促进煤中氟的析出;煤中二氧化硅会促进煤中氟的析出。 展开更多

In order to establish correlativity between pulverized coal combustion in a blast furnace raceway and its radiant image, we investigated the relationships between two dimensional radiant images and three dimensional radiant energy in a blast furnace raceway, focusing on the correlativity of the numerical simulation of combustion processes with the connection of radiant images information and space temperature distribution. We calculated the uneven radiate characteristic parameterby taking radiant images as a kind of radiative boundary for numerical simulation of combustion processes, and put fonward a method to examine three-dimensional temperatures distribution in blast furnace raceway by radiant image processing. The numeral temperature fields matching the real combustion can be got by the numeric image processing technique. 展开更多

Considering the fact that the temperature distribution in furnace of a tangential fired pulverized coal boiler is difficult to be measured and monitored, two-stage numerical simulation method was put forward. First, multi-field coupling simulation in typical work conditions was carried out off-line with the software CFX-4.3, and then the expression of temperature profile varying with operating parameter was obtained. According to real-time operating parameters, the temperature at arbitrary point of the furnace can be calculated by using this expression. Thus the temperature profile can be shown on-line and monitoring for combustion state in the furnace is realized. The simul-(ation) model was checked by the parameters measured in an operating boiler, (DG130-9.8/540.) The maximum of relative error is less than 12% and the absolute error is less than 120℃, which shows that the proposed two-stage simulation method is reliable and able to satisfy the requirement of industrial application. 展开更多

This paper reports a field testing of full scale PCC (Pulverized Coal Combustion) boiler study into the influence of constricted air distribution on NO x emissions at unit 3 (125 MW power units, 420 t/h boiler) of Guixi power station, Jiangxi and puts forward the methods to decrease NO x emissions and the principle of boiler operation and regulation through analyzing NO x emissions state under real running condition. Based on boiler constricted air distribution, the experiment mainly tested the influence of primary air, excessive air, boiler load and milling sets (tertiary air) on NO x emissions and found its influence characteristics. A degraded bituminous coal is simply adopted to avoid the test results from other factors. 展开更多

The paper deals with development and application the numerical model for solution of processes at combustion chamber of the thermal power plant boiler. Mathematical simulation is based on solution of physical and chemical processes occuring at burning pulverized coal in the furnace model. Three-dimensional flows, heat and mass transfer, chemical kinetics of the processes, effects of thermal radiation are considered. Obtained results give quantitative information on velocity distributions, temperature and concentration profiles of the components, the amount of combustion products including harmful substances. The numerical model becomes a tool for investigation and design of combustion chambers with high-efficiency and reliable operation of boiler at thermal power plants. 展开更多

The present paper has compared a group of furnace aerodynamic fields at different velocities of side secondary air (SSA) in a test model of 420t/h utility boiler, applying Horizontal Bias Combustion Pulverized Coal Burner with Side Secondary Air (HBC-SSA Burner). Experimental results show that, when the ram pressure ratio of side secondary air (SSA) to primary air (PA) (p2s..v2s2./p1v12) is between 1.0-2.4, the furnace aerodynamic field only varies slightly. The relative rotational diameters (φ/L) in the burner domain are moderate and the furnace is in good fullness. When p2sv2s2/p1v12 is beyond 4, φ/L is so large that the stream sweeps water-cooled wall and rotates strongly in the furnace. Therefore, slagging and high temperature corrosion of tube metal will be formed on the water-cooled wall in actual operation. This investigation provides the basis for the application of this new type burner. In addition, numerical simulations are conducted, and some defects in the numerical simulation are also pointed out and analyzed in this paper. 展开更多
