为研究高黏度沥青改性剂熔融速度对沥青改性效果的影响,将2种改性剂熔融剪切不同时间制备改性沥青,分别利用流变实验和荧光显微镜分析改性沥青的宏观性能及微观结构变化。结果表明,随着剪切时间延长,熔融速度快的改性剂更快熔于沥青中,... 为研究高黏度沥青改性剂熔融速度对沥青改性效果的影响,将2种改性剂熔融剪切不同时间制备改性沥青,分别利用流变实验和荧光显微镜分析改性沥青的宏观性能及微观结构变化。结果表明,随着剪切时间延长,熔融速度快的改性剂更快熔于沥青中,表现为零剪切黏度和不可恢复蠕变柔量等高温性能指标在更短时间内达到最大。改性沥青和混合料的微观形貌试验表明,熔融速度快的改性剂可更快形成网络结构。 展开更多

A novel process was proposed for treating nickeliferous laterite ores with molten sodium hydroxide.The effect on silicon extraction caused by the factors,such as stirring speed,reaction temperature,particle size and NaOH-to-ore mass ratio,was investigated.The results show that increasing stirring speed,reaction temperature and NaOH-to-ore mass ratio while decreasing particle size increases silicon extraction rate.The desiliconization kinetics of nickeliferous laterite ores in molten sodium hydroxide system was described successfully by chemical reaction control model.The activation energy of the desiliconization process was found to be 44.01 kJ/mol,and the reaction rate based on a chemical reaction-controlled process can be expressed as:1-(1-α) 1/3 = 27.67exp[-44 010/(RT)]t. 展开更多

Polypropylene(PP)with different contents of the second generation hyperbranched polyester(HBP)is prepared by melt blending method.The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of PP and PP/HBP blends is investigated under differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The Mo equation is used to analyze the DSC data.The results show that the Mo theory is suitable for crystallization kinetics of the blends.Fast cooling rate is not good for crystallizing and nucleating.The values of half crystallization time(t1/2),crystallization enthalpy(ΔHc)and temperature range(ΔT)of PP/HBP blends decrease when HBP is added.The required cooling rate of PP is higher than that of PP/HBP blends in order to reach the same relative crystallinity.Crystallization rate increases with the addition of HBP.The crystallization rate reaches a maximum when the content of HBP is 5%.In addition,the activation energies of PP and PP/HBP blends are calculated by Kissinger equation,revealing that the content of HBP has a little effect on the crystallization activation energy. 展开更多

The solute redistribution and phase separation of liquid ternary Co-35%Cu-32.5%Pb immiscible alloy have been investigated using glass fluxing method.A bulk undercooling of 125 K was achieved and the macrosegregation pattern was characterized by a top Co-rich zone and a bottom Cu-rich zone.The average solute contents of the two separated zones decreased with the increase of undercooling,except for the solute Pb in Cu-rich zone.With the enhancement of undercooling,a morphological transition from dendrites into equaxied grains occurred to the primary(Co)phase in Co-rich zone.The solute redistribution of Cu in primary(Co)phase was found to depend upon both the undercooling and composition of Co-rich zone.Stokes migration is shown to be the main dynamic mechanism of droplet movement during liquid phase separation. 展开更多
