Friction and lubrication simulation analysis of internal combustion engine bearings are studied. A series of software implementary precepts for mathematical modeling, to analytic calculating and realizing simulation outcome are brought forward. As a dynamic simulating technique is introduced into the process of engine bearing design, simulation models of the oil film are built and the emulational analysis of the shaft center track is carried out. A software program package “Engine Bearing Friction and Lubrication Dynamic Simulation System” is developed to realize the real time simulation of the working status of bearing during the design process. Through developing virtualized products, the defects of the product design can be found in time and improve the products at once. Thus the purpose of predicting and controlling the cost, quality and design period of the products can be achieved. 展开更多

The application of computer simulation technique to electronic controlled fuel injection(EFI) engine was studied to increase the development speed and improve the overall performance of the engine and car. On the basis of an EFI system developed by ourselves, the simulation model of the initial control data and engine operation points during a driving cycle and the car performance pridiction model were established. This method was applied to a mini car. The experiment showed that the simulated control data has good accuracy; and the engine test points and car performances obtained by simulation are useful for the matching of EFI system with gasoline engine and the development speed is increased. 展开更多

Due to the fact that the turbine outlet temperature of aeroderivative three-shaft gas turbine is low,the conventional combined cycle is not suitable for three-shaft gas turbines.However,the humid air turbine(HAT)cycle provides a new choice for aeroderivative gas turbine because the humidification process does not require high temperature.Existing HAT cycle plants are all based on single-shaft gas turbines due to their simple structures,therefore converting aeroderivative three-shaft gas turbine into HAT cycle still lacks sufficient research.This paper proposes a HAT cycle model on a basis of an aeroderivative three-shaft gas turbine.Detailed HAT cycle modelling of saturator,gas turbine and heat exchanger are carried out based on the modular modeling method.The models are verified by simulations on the aeroderivative three-shaft gas turbine.Simulation results show that the studied gas turbine with original size and characteristics could not reach the original turbine inlet temperature because of the introduction of water.However,the efficiency still increases by 0.16%when the HAT cycle runs at the designed power of the simple cycle.Furthermore,simulations considering turbine modifications show that the efficiency could be significantly improved.The results obtained in the paper can provide reference for design and analysis of HAT cycle based on multi-shaft gas turbine especially the aeroderivative gas turbine. 展开更多

According to control theories, mine fires can be considered as an unsteady process after the normal ventilation system is disturbed. Applied the principal of physical chemistry and thermal fluid mechanics, the parameters models of the unsteady state system have been given, such as fuel combustion rate, heat of combustion, concentration, temperature, heat losses, heat resistance, work of expansion and heat pressure difference. The results of the calculation agree approximately with the results of the test. By the computer simulation, it is shown that the main factor of producing the throttling effect is the fire rate, second is the heat resistance and the heat pressure difference. The rate of heat flow that passes through the airway wall is the maximum on the surface, and decrease with time. The heat transfer progresses only within the range of 0.5 m away from theairway wall during combustion for 2 hours. It’s variable for the mass flux rate and the percentage concentration of the gas along the airway of the downstream. When the delayed time is very small, the variation can be neglected. Viscosity resistance is the main part of the heat resistance, second is the expansion resistance that is less than tens Pascal when Mach number is very small. Work of expansion is principally turned into heat losses, only a very small part is consumed by the work of the heat resistance and the inertia acceleration. 展开更多

A fractal combustion model was used to simulate the engine working cycle. Based on this model, the fractal dimension and laminar flame surface area of turbulent premixed flames were studied under different working conditions. The experimental system mainly includes an optical engine and a set of photography equipment used to shoot the images of turbulent flame of spark-ignition engine. The difference box-counting method was used to process 2D combustion images. In contrast to the experimental results, the computational results show that the fractal combustion model is an effective method of simulating the engine combustion process. The study provides a better understanding for flame structure and its propagation. 展开更多
