为寻找HXD不同工艺气体温度所需最低燃烧炉温度,采用黄金分割截距法分析了A,B两种类别卷烟设置不同燃烧炉温度情况下,热交换器出口工艺气体与干燥工艺气体温差、工艺气体加热配比率与燃烧炉温之间的关系及其对叶丝干燥批内含水率合格率... 为寻找HXD不同工艺气体温度所需最低燃烧炉温度,采用黄金分割截距法分析了A,B两种类别卷烟设置不同燃烧炉温度情况下,热交换器出口工艺气体与干燥工艺气体温差、工艺气体加热配比率与燃烧炉温之间的关系及其对叶丝干燥批内含水率合格率的影响,结果表明:①在试验范围内,A牌号的燃烧炉温度450℃、B牌号430℃为最优方案,此时每1000kg叶丝天然气耗量降低28%;②热交换器出口工艺气体与干燥工艺气体温差在30~50℃、进入热交换器加热工艺气体配比率A牌号小于86.8%,B牌号小于85.6%时所对应的燃烧炉温度能够满足含水率的控制要求,且达到最低。 展开更多

为解决CTD-1气流烘丝机料头阶段工艺气体温度波动大、干头烟丝量多等问题,对料头炉温控制系统进行改进。通过增加新一级的PID控制装置和阀位开度检测器,将控制系统原有的单闭环控制回路改进为双闭环串级控制回路,实时获取料头阶段油气... 为解决CTD-1气流烘丝机料头阶段工艺气体温度波动大、干头烟丝量多等问题,对料头炉温控制系统进行改进。通过增加新一级的PID控制装置和阀位开度检测器,将控制系统原有的单闭环控制回路改进为双闭环串级控制回路,实时获取料头阶段油气配比阀开度并对其进行精准控制;最优匹配下风机频率与燃油阀位呈线性正相关,利用伺服电机依据匹配关系即可对燃油阀位和风机频率进行自动控制;为保障燃油燃烧效率,点火时油气配比阀初始开度设为12%,烘丝过程中最高燃油阀位设为60%。以厦门烟草工业有限责任公司生产的“七匹狼(纯境、厦门)”牌卷烟烟丝为对象进行测试,结果表明:料头炉温控制系统改进后,料头稳定时间减少41 s/批次,料头工艺气体温度极差下降3.4℃,干头质量减少3.0 kg/批次,出口烟丝含水率QI得分提高5分,燃油消耗量减少7 kg/批次。该技术可为提升卷烟品质的稳定性提供支持。 展开更多

Experimental investigations on the flexibility of a 300 MW Arch Firing (AF) coal-fired boiler when burning low quality coals is reported. Measurements of gas temperature and species concentration and char sampling using a water-cooled suction pyrometer were carried out along the furnace elevation. The carbon content and the size distribu-tions of the char samples were obtained. The char morphology was examined using a field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM). The char sampling was performed on this type of boiler for the first time. The results indicate that the flexibility of this boiler burning low quality coals under a moderate boiler load is better than its flexibility under a high boiler load. Because of the insufficient capacity of the coal pulverizers used,in case of low coal quality the pul-verized coal fineness will drastically decrease under high boiler loads. This causes an increase in the loss due to incom-plete mechanical and chemical combustion. This is the main cause of a low burnout degree of the pulverized coal and the decrease of the flexibility of this AF boiler under a high boiler load. 展开更多

In order to establish correlativity between pulverized coal combustion in a blast furnace raceway and its radiant image, we investigated the relationships between two dimensional radiant images and three dimensional radiant energy in a blast furnace raceway, focusing on the correlativity of the numerical simulation of combustion processes with the connection of radiant images information and space temperature distribution. We calculated the uneven radiate characteristic parameterby taking radiant images as a kind of radiative boundary for numerical simulation of combustion processes, and put fonward a method to examine three-dimensional temperatures distribution in blast furnace raceway by radiant image processing. The numeral temperature fields matching the real combustion can be got by the numeric image processing technique. 展开更多

Considering the fact that the temperature distribution in furnace of a tangential fired pulverized coal boiler is difficult to be measured and monitored, two-stage numerical simulation method was put forward. First, multi-field coupling simulation in typical work conditions was carried out off-line with the software CFX-4.3, and then the expression of temperature profile varying with operating parameter was obtained. According to real-time operating parameters, the temperature at arbitrary point of the furnace can be calculated by using this expression. Thus the temperature profile can be shown on-line and monitoring for combustion state in the furnace is realized. The simul-(ation) model was checked by the parameters measured in an operating boiler, (DG130-9.8/540.) The maximum of relative error is less than 12% and the absolute error is less than 120℃, which shows that the proposed two-stage simulation method is reliable and able to satisfy the requirement of industrial application. 展开更多

A novel suspension-floating-circulating fluidized combustion technology is proposed for burning coal slurry fuel in traditional circulating ftuidized bed boilers (CFBB). This technology can solve some existing problems in large- capacity CFBB burning coal slurry. The principles of the suspension-floating-circulating fluidized combustion technology were introduced in detail in this paper. A 130 t/h CFBB was retrofitted based on the technology, and the retrofitted system mainly includes a long-distance transport sub-system, a bed-material conveying sub-system with a wind-seal device invented by the authors, a superheater thermoregulation device using a novel temperature regulator, a return loop flu- idization facility, and a pneumatic ash conveying sub-system with sealed pump. The achieved performance of the retro- fitted CFBB shows that the thermal efficiency is 89.83 %, the combustion efficiency is 96.24 %, and the blending proportion of slurry is 94 %. 展开更多

In this work, an Eulerian/Lagrangian approach has been employed to investigate numerically the flow characteristics, heat transfer and combustion in a tangentially fired furnace. The RNG (Re-normalization group) k-ε model and a new method for cell face velocity interpolation based on a non-staggered grid system are employed. To avoid pseudo-diffusion that is significant in modeling tangentially fired furnaces, attempts are made at improving the differential volume scheme. Some new developments on turbulent diffusion of particles are also taken into account. Thus, computational accuracy is improved substantially. 展开更多
