九寨沟单壳缝目(硅藻门)的中国新记录植物

在四川省九寨沟自然保护区进行硅藻多样性调查时,发现单壳缝目硅藻的5个中国新记录种,隶属于3个属,分别为菲斯特曲丝藻Achnanthidium pfisteri Lange-Bertalot、罗森斯托克曲丝藻Achnanthidium rosenstockii(Lange-Bertalot)Lange-Bertalot、齐格勒片状藻Platessa ziegleri(Lange-Bertalot)Lange-Bertalot、劳恩堡沙生藻Psammothidium lauenburgianum(Hustedt)Bukhtiyarova&Round和苏格兰沙生藻Psammothidium scoticum Bukhtiyarova&Round。利用光学显微镜(LM)及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对这5个种进行了仔细观察,并对其形态分类学特征和生境进行了详细描述。
