前路椎体骨化物复合体可控前移技术治疗颈椎后纵韧带骨化症的脊髓原位减压效果 被引量:11

目的:观察颈椎前路椎体骨化物复合体可控前移(anterior controllable antedisplacement fusion,ACAF)技术治疗颈椎后纵韧带骨化症(ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament,OPLL)的脊髓原位减压效果。方法:回顾分析2017年6... 目的:观察颈椎前路椎体骨化物复合体可控前移(anterior controllable antedisplacement fusion,ACAF)技术治疗颈椎后纵韧带骨化症(ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament,OPLL)的脊髓原位减压效果。方法:回顾分析2017年6月~2018年12月我院收治的78例OPLL患者的人口学信息、影像资料以及术后指标(年龄、性别、症状持续时间、椎管侵占率和骨化累及椎体数量)。其中采用ACAF治疗42例,单开门椎管扩大椎板成形术(简称单开门椎板成形术open-door laminoplasty,LAM)治疗36例,平均随访时间21.7±4.0(12~30)个月。比较两组患者术前及末次随访时的JOA评分、脊髓面积、Cobb角、Kang′s分级以及C5神经麻痹、脑脊液漏、吞咽困难等并发症情况。结果:末次随访时,ACAF组与LAM组相比,在JOA评分(14.17±0.81分vs 13.81±1.12分,P<0.05)、脊髓面积(74.12±4.48mm^2 vs 70.36±5.60mm^2,P<0.05)、Cobb角(20.07°±1.28°vs 9.99°±0.65°,P<0.05)和Kang′s分级(0.93±1.40 vs 2.00±0.89,P<0.05)方面具有优势。对比ACAF组与LAM组的术后并发症,两组间C5神经麻痹(4.8%vs 11.1%)、脑脊液漏(2.4%vs 2.8%)、吞咽困难(9.5%vs 0%)无统计学差异。ACAF组2例出现C5神经麻痹的患者未能顺利完成原位减压。结论:ACAF手术可通过恢复椎管容积和形态实现脊髓原位减压,减压效果良好。在恢复颈椎曲度和脊髓位置形态方面,ACAF较LAM为优。 展开更多

目的:评估不离断后纵韧带颈椎前路椎体-骨化物复合体可控前移融合术(anterior controllable ante-displacement and fusion,ACAF)治疗颈椎多节段后纵韧带骨化症(ossification of the posterior longitudinal lig-ament,OPLL)的手术疗效... 目的:评估不离断后纵韧带颈椎前路椎体-骨化物复合体可控前移融合术(anterior controllable ante-displacement and fusion,ACAF)治疗颈椎多节段后纵韧带骨化症(ossification of the posterior longitudinal lig-ament,OPLL)的手术疗效.方法:回顾性分析2017年10月~2019年11月在我院行ACAF治疗的多节段颈椎OPLL患者73例,其中采用不离断后纵韧带的ACAF治疗的42例纳入非离断组(男32例,女10例,年龄55.8±9.7岁,随访时间2.4±0.4年),采用离断后纵韧带的ACAF治疗的31例纳入离断组(男25例,女6例,年龄56.7±11.4岁,随访时间2.3±0.3年).记录两组患者的手术时间、出血量、住院时间和手术相关并发症.在术前和术后12个月的颈椎CT上测量椎管占位率、前移距离(术后椎管前后径-术前椎管前后径)、减压宽度、椎管前后径,评估手术减压情况;在术后7d和12个月的颈椎正侧位、动力位X线片和CT上观察棘突间隙活动变化、融合器内外骨桥形成以及椎体间总高度,评估术后骨融合程度.术前和末次随访时对患者进行JOA评分并计算JOA改善率,评估神经功能恢复情况.结果:非离断组手术时间212.9±33.8min,出血量489.8±199.0ml,住院时间7.2±2.0d;离断组手术时间257.4±33.2min,出血量598.9±241.3ml,住院时间8.9±3.2d,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术前、术后12个月的椎管占位率、减压宽度、前移距离和椎管前后径,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).非离断组术后12个月的骨融合率明显高于离断组[棘突间隙活动(92.9%vs 74.2%),融合器内外骨桥(88.1%vs 61.3%)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).非离断组的总并发症发生率(9.5%)显著低于离断组(32.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).末次随访时JOA评分和神经功能改善率,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:与离断后纵韧带相比,不离断后纵韧带的ACAF能够在保证减压效果的情况下,有效降低手术难度,减少手术时间、出血量和并发症,促进术后康复和骨融合. 展开更多

A novel type of ballast for HID is proposed without an acoustic resonance. The system consists of high frequency DC/DC converter,DC/AC inverter(SLA2403M), high voltage igniter and a microcontroller unit(MCU). The proposed ballast controls the complex start-up process and constant power process by programming on the rnicrocontroller. It is verified that experimental results agree well with the calculated ones. The ballast features such functions as failure protection, line under-voltage, line over-voltage, output short circuit and disconnection protections. 展开更多

A remote control system has been developed to deliver stimuli into the rat brain through a wireless micro-stimulator for animal behavior training. The system consists of the following main components: an integrated PC control program, a transmitter and a receiver based on Bluetooth (BT) modules, a stimulator controlled by C8051 microprocessor, as well as an operant chamber and an eight-arm radial maze. The micro-stimulator is featured with its changeable amplitude of pulse output for both constant-voltage and constant-current mode, which provides an easy way to set the proper suitable stimulation intensity for different training. The system has been used in behavior experiments for monitoring and recording bar-pressing in the operant chamber, controlling rat roaming in the eight-arm maze, as well as navigating rats through a 3D obstacle route. The results indicated that the system worked stably and that the stimulation was effective for different types of rat behavior controls. In addition, the results showed that stimulation in the whisker barrel region of rat primary somatosensory cortex (SI) acted like a cue. The animals can be trained to take different desired turns upon the association between the SI cue stimulation and the reward stimulation in the medial forehrain bundle (MFB). 展开更多

In this paper, a scheme is proposed for performing remote operation on quantum state among multiparty. We use three-particle GHZ state as quantum channels to prepare a state operator, which describes quantum correlation between states and operations. Based on the special characteristic of the state operator, observers can perform unitary operation on a system that is away from observers. Our studies show this process is deterministic. We further consider remote operation among N spatially distributed observers, and the results show the successful realization of remote operation needs collective participation of N parties, that is, there exists strong correlation among multiparty. In addition, we investigate the case in which observers share a three-particle W state as quantum channels to perform remote operation and studies find this process is probabilistic. 展开更多

Genetic identification of two species of Pleuronichthys by DNA barcoding

DNA barcoding is a new method for biological taxonomy, offering the ability to identify species from fragments in any life-history stage. Pleuronichthys cornutus and P. japonicus are two morphologically similar species. Pleuronichthys japonicus has never been found previously in China. However, in this study, we identified both species using DNA barcoding (cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI)), the mtDNA control region and cytochrome b. The results reveal that: l) intraspecific variation in the DNA barcode is much less than interspecific variation; 2) the two morphologically similar species were placed into separate clades distinguishable by high bootstrap values; 3) COI barcodes are more powerful for identifying the two species than the other two mtDNA fragments. 展开更多

Rational engineering of oxygen vacancy(VO) at atomic precision is the key to comprehensively understanding the oxygen chemistry of oxide materials for catalytic oxidations. Here, we demonstrate that VO can be spatially confined on the surface through a sophisticated surface hydrogen bond(HB) network.The HB network is constructed between a hydroxyl-rich Bi OCl surface and polyprotic phosphoric acid,which remarkably decreases the formation energy of surface VO by selectively weakening the metal–oxygen bonds in a short range. Thus, surface-confined VO enables us to unambiguously distinguish the intrafacial and suprafacial oxygen species associated with NO oxidation in two classical catalytic systems.Unlike randomly distributed bulk VO that benefits the thermocatalytic NO oxidation and lattice O diffusion by the dominant intrafacial mechanism, surface VOis demonstrated to favor the photocatalytic NO oxidation through a suprafacial scheme by energetically activating surface O2, which should be attributed to the spatial confinement nature of surface VO. 展开更多

Microparticles have a demonstrated value for drug delivery systems. The attempts to develop this tech- nology focus on the generation of featured microparticles for improving the function of the systems. Here, we present a new type of microparticles with gelatin methacrylate (GelMa) cores and poly(L-lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) shells for syn- ergistic and sustained drug delivery applications. The mi- croparticles were fabricated by using GelMa aqueous solu- tion and PLGA oil solution as the raw materials of the mi- croflnidic double emulsion templates, in which hydrophilic and hydrophobic actives, such as doxorubicin hydrochloride (DOX, hydrophilic) and camptothecine (CPT, hydrophobic), could be loaded respectively. As the inner cores were poly- merized in the microfluidics when the double emulsions were formed, the hydrophilic actives could be trapped in the cores with high efficiency, and the rupture or fusion of the cores could be avoided during the solidification of the micropar- ticle shells with other actives. The size and component of the microparticles can be easily and precisely adjusted by ma- nipulating the flow solutions during the microfluidic emulsi- fication. Because of the solid structure of the resultant mi- croparticles, the encapsulated actives were released from the delivery systems only with the degradation of the biopolymer layers, and thus the burst release of the actives was avoided. These features of the microparticles make them ideal for drug delivery applications. 展开更多

Combination chemotherapy is widely exploited to overcome multidrug resistance(MDR) and enhance the therapeutic effect of anti-tumor agents clinically. The traditional combination regimens applied in clinical practice still suffer from various obstacles, such as inevitable side effects.Fortunately, the application of nanotechnology and the proposal of co-delivery systems make the combination therapy more effective. The occurrence, development, and metastasis of tumors are closely related to the cell cycle. The sensitivity of tumor cells to chemotherapeutic drugs can be improved with the cooperation of cell cycle regulators. In this review, the influence of the cell cycle on tumorigenesis and development is introduced briefly. The current strategies of combining chemotherapeutic drugs and cell cycle regulators through codelivery systems are discussed in detail. We also sketch the possibility of treating tumors mildly via artificially controlling the cell cycle and outline the challenges and perspectives about the improvement of co-delivery systems for cancer therapy. 展开更多
