早期优势与学术韧性:物理学博士毕业十年后的职业选择分析

本文借助2009—2012年我国物理学博士毕业生的抽样数据,分析了博士生拥有的早期优势对其博士毕业十年后学术职业选择的影响。研究发现,物理学博士的早期优势分布呈现非均衡性、非累积性特征,顶尖物理学科、精英高校、高地位导师等赞助性早期优势因素对物理学博士选择学术职业的概率没有显著影响或呈现消极影响,博士在读期间科研产量高的物理学博士选择学术职业的概率更高,职业早期资助是影响物理学博士的学术韧性最大的早期优势因素。本文的研究结论有助于反思博士生教育资源的分配制度、潜在人才的选拔制度以及学术职业的生态环境。
