Facing with the challenges of imbalanced supply and demand in the job market for college graduates and the mismatch between professional characteristics and market demand, measures have been proposed to optimize curriculum design, strengthen career planning and employment guidance, enhance students’ comprehensive quality, deepen school-enterprise cooperation, pay attention to industry development trends, provide entrepreneurial support, and improve postgraduate entrance examination rates. Through interdisciplinary education, practical teaching, industry integration, and entrepreneurial guidance, the aim is to enhance the employment competitiveness of graduates majoring in applied physics, broaden their employment fields, and cultivate high-quality innovative talents that meet the needs of future society.展开更多
