医院消毒供应中心承担着从医院门诊到病房及手术室的医疗器械用品回收、清洗、消毒、检查包装、灭菌和发放等管理,传统的管理模式耗时、费力、效能低下,为了提高医院消毒供应中心的管理效率,设计了物联信息管理系统,本系统根据射频识别... 医院消毒供应中心承担着从医院门诊到病房及手术室的医疗器械用品回收、清洗、消毒、检查包装、灭菌和发放等管理,传统的管理模式耗时、费力、效能低下,为了提高医院消毒供应中心的管理效率,设计了物联信息管理系统,本系统根据射频识别技术(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)通过EPC(电子产品编码)将消毒供应中心的所有物品的信息采集起来,并将消毒供应中心的这些物品及所有相关信息集成于SQL SERVER2005数据库内;通过ADO、SQL语言操作数据库的数据,实现数据查询、统计、审核、分析后,打印报表、显示、提醒等功能;使之更好地服务于医院消毒供应中心的管理,为医院的信息化管理及决策提供基础数据。 展开更多

Sensors are ubiquitous in the Internet of Things for measuring and collecting data. Analyzing these data derived from sensors is an essential task and can reveal useful latent information besides the data. Since the Internet of Things contains many sorts of sensors, the measurement data collected by these sensors are multi-type data, sometimes contai- ning temporal series information. If we separately deal with different sorts of data, we will miss useful information. This paper proposes a method to dis- cover the correlation in multi-faceted data, which contains many types of data with temporal informa- tion, and our method can simultaneously deal with multi-faceted data. We transform high-dimensional multi-faeeted data into lower-dimensional data which is set as multivariate Gaussian Graphical Models, then mine the correlation in multi-faceted data by discover the structure of the multivariate Gausslan Graphical Models. With a real data set, we verifies our method, and the experiment demonstrates that the method we propose can correctly fred out the correlation among multi-faceted meas- urement data. 展开更多

饱和电抗器调压技术、两级变压器降压技术供电方式会产生输入纹波,导致输入电流、电压不稳定,为了改善该问题,提出了基于信息物联技术的高效低压直流供电终端设备关键技术研究。根据高效低压直流供电终端设备结构与功能特点,处理来自路... 饱和电抗器调压技术、两级变压器降压技术供电方式会产生输入纹波,导致输入电流、电压不稳定,为了改善该问题,提出了基于信息物联技术的高效低压直流供电终端设备关键技术研究。根据高效低压直流供电终端设备结构与功能特点,处理来自路径调度中节点和链接的感知目标数据,得到数据流时间尺度特征。依据信息物联感知重构原理,设计故障检测方案,并对感知技术在抵消输入电流纹波中的应用展开分析,由此完成关键技术研究。通过实验结果可知,基于信息物联感知技术电流纹波抵消效果最高可达到98%,故障检测结果与标准值误差为0.1dB,高效保证供电方式稳定。 展开更多

Background: Built environments that are designed to provide accessible, attractive, and convenient locales promote regular physical activity(PA).Norway has great variability in its geographic, natural, and built environment features. Urban areas have well-developed built environment features, whereas the rural areas are less walkable and this may influence the mode of transport. In general, active transport is more common in urban centers. Further, public transportation is more developed in urban areas, whereas motorized transport may be more widespread in the rural areas. Despite this, in Sogn & Fjordane, a rural county in western Norway, high PA levels are frequently observed. Thus, the aims of this study were to(1) explore perceived built environment features and characterize their associations with objectively measured PA levels in Norwegian adults and(2) explore the differences in these correlates between Sogn & Fjordane and the rest of Norway.Methods: In this cross-sectional study, participants used questionnaires to rate perceptions of their built environments, and their PA was objectively measured for 7 consecutive days using the Acti Graph GT1 M accelerometer. There were 972 Norwegian adults who were included in the study. The average age was 46.9 ± 6.5 years and 43.8% of participants were men. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression.Results: Total PA and moderate-to-vigorous physical activity(MVPA) were both associated with perceived walkability, the community perception score, and active transport for commuting(all p ≤ 0.004). We also observed geographic-area-specific associations: the community perception score was negatively associated with total PA and MVPA in the rest of Norway(p ≤ 0.012) but not in Sogn & Fjordane. Public transport for commuting was positively associated with MVPA in Sogn & Fjordane(p = 0.03) but not in the rest of Norway.Conclusion: Total PA level and MVPA were associated with built environment factors, such as perceptions of community, perceived walkability,and engaging in active transport for commuting. Geographic differences in the PA correlates were observed, and thus, locally customized environmental population approaches aimed at increasing PA levels may be essential complements to individual behavior and lifestyle strategies.Further, objective measures of Norwegian built environments, such as geographic information system data, and validated walk-and bike-scores would advance the field. 展开更多

With ever-increasing market competition and advances in technology, more and more countries are prioritizing advanced manufacturing technology as their top priority for economic growth. Germany announced the Industry 4.0 strategy in 2013. The US government launched the Advanced Manufacturing Partnership (AMP) in 2011 and the National Network for Manufacturing Innovation (NNMI) in 2014. Most recently, the Manufacturing USA initiative was officially rolled out to further "leverage existing resources... to nurture manufacturing innovation and accelerate commercialization" by fostering close collaboration between industry, academia, and government partners. In 2015, the Chinese government officially published a 10- year plan and roadmap toward manufacturing: Made in China 2025. In all these national initiatives, the core technology development and implementation is in the area of advanced manufacturing systems. A new manufacturing paradigm is emerging, which can be characterized by two unique features: integrated manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing. This trend is in line with the progress of industrial revolutions, in which higher efficiency in production systems is being continuously pursued. To this end, 10 major technologies can be identified for the new manufacturing paradigm. This paper describes the rationales and needs for integrated and intelligent manufacturing (i2M) systems. Related technologies from different fields are also described. In particular, key technological enablers, such as the Intemet of Things and Services (IoTS), cyber-physical systems (CPSs), and cloud computing are discussed. Challenges are addressed with applica- tions that are based on commercially available platforms such as General Electric (GE)'s Predix and PTC's ThingWorx. 展开更多

Correlation between sodium-iodide symporter expression and circulating tumor cell positivity in differentiated thyroid carcinoma 被引量:2

Objective We investigated the correlation between the expression of the sodium-iodide symporter(NIS) and the detection of circulating tumor cells(CTCs) in differentiated thyroid carcinoma(DTC).Methods NIS expression in differentiated thyroid and the positive rate of CTCs in the peripheral blood were determined by immunohistochemistry S-P and flow cytometry from the records of 172 cases of differentiated thyroid carcinoma.Results Seventy-six cases(44.2%) expressed NIS in the differentiated thyroid and 63 cases(36.6%) were positive for CTCs in the peripheral blood. There was a significant difference between N0 and N1 in the expression of NIS(χ~2 = 6.015, P = 0.014) and the positive rate of CTCs(χ~2 = 14.035, P = 0.001). N0 and N1 also differed significantly in the expression of NIS(r =-0.383,-0.610, P = 0.002, < 0.001). The differences in the NIS expression, but not in the positive rate of CTCs, were significant among the different pathological subtypes(χ~2 = 7.897, P = 0.005; χ~2 = 1.455, P = 0.228, respectively). There was a significant negative correlation between the highly differentiated type and intermediate differentiation type both in the expression of NIS and positive rate of CTCs(r =-0.591,-0.443, P < 0.001, P = 0.002). Conclusion There was a significant negative correlation between the expression of tissue NIS and positive rate of CTCs in the peripheral blood in DTC. The malignancy level and lymph node metastasis in differentiated thyroid carcinoma were negatively correlated with NIS expression and positively correlated with the positive rate of CTC. 展开更多

This paper presents a semantic-based similarity algorithm to build the IoT service community. Firstly, the algorithm reflects that the nodes of IoT contain a wealth of semantic information and makes them to build into the concept tree. Then tap the similarity of the semantic information based on the concept tree. Finally, we achieve the optimization of the service community through greedy algorithm and control the size of the service community by adjusting the threshold. Ultraviolet(UV)visualization has extensive applications in military and civil fields such as security monitoring,space communication,and wearable equipment for health monitoring in the internet of things(IoT).Due to their remarkable optoelectronic features,perovskite materials are regarded as promising candidates for UV light detecting and imaging.Herein,we report for the first time the excitationdependent perovskite/polymer films with dynamically tunable fluorescence ranging from green to magenta by changing the UV excitation from 260 to 380 nm.And they still render dynamic multicolor UV light imaging with different polymer matrixes,halogen ratios,and cations of perovskite materials.The mechanism of its fluorescence change is related to the chloride vacancies in perovskite materials.A patterned multi-color ultraviolet visualization pad is also demonstrated for visible conversion of the UV region.This technique may provide a universal strategy for information securities,UV visualizations,and dynamic multi-color displays in the IoT. 展开更多

The NOT gate that flips a classical bit is ubiquitous in classical information processing.However its quantum analogue,the universal NOT(UNOT) gate that flips a quantum spin in any alignment into its antipodal counterpart is strictly forbidden.Here we explore the connection between this discrepancy and how UNOT gates affect classical and quantum correlations.We show that while a UNOT gate always preserves classical correlations between two spins,it can non-locally increase or decrease their shared discord in ways that allow violation of the data processing inequality.We experimentally illustrate this using a multi-level trapped ^(171)Yb^+ ion that allows simulation of anti-unitary operations. 展开更多
