采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)/气味嗅辩同步分析的方法,通过对整车的气味评价和挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的全谱甲苯半定量分析和气味嗅辩,确定整车气味高风险零部件,并对其进行VOC分析和气味嗅辩,得到高风险零部件的VOC物质和对零部件有影... 采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)/气味嗅辩同步分析的方法,通过对整车的气味评价和挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的全谱甲苯半定量分析和气味嗅辩,确定整车气味高风险零部件,并对其进行VOC分析和气味嗅辩,得到高风险零部件的VOC物质和对零部件有影响的气味物质及原材料来源,最后对整车与零部件的VOC物质进行匹配分析,结果表明,GC-MS/气味嗅辩同步分析方法可对整车气味有效溯源,但也存在物质共流出而被掩盖的问题,需进一步优化。 展开更多

Risk factors have been evaluated using linguisticrepresentations of the quantity of the hazardous substance involved,its frequency of interaction with the environment, severity of itsimpact and the uncertainty involved in its detection in advance. Foreach linguistic value there is a corresponding membership functionranging over a universe of discourse.
