古琴艺术在漫长的发展过程中,形成了与其所在的文化生态之间的独特关系。从音乐形态的分层上看,古琴音乐处于上层,其特点是深沉内敛,个性鲜明,一般和经济生产、生活和民俗没有明显的关系,但和古代文人的思想意识关系紧密。在古琴琴乐形... 古琴艺术在漫长的发展过程中,形成了与其所在的文化生态之间的独特关系。从音乐形态的分层上看,古琴音乐处于上层,其特点是深沉内敛,个性鲜明,一般和经济生产、生活和民俗没有明显的关系,但和古代文人的思想意识关系紧密。在古琴琴乐形态及其风格特征的研究中,我们必须认识到这种特殊性,并据此选择合适的研究方法。这种方法包括以下研究思路:要研究某一琴派所在地域的整个历史文化的背景;其次,要研究琴派创始人及其他重要的代表人物思想意识、独特的个性特点和审美追求;第三,注意物质性因素对琴派的隐性的制约作用;第四,其他社会学意义上各个因素的分析探讨。这样才能揭示琴派风格形成的奥秘。 展开更多

当前全球经济增长的中心资源已发生了巨大的变化。其一,非物质性因素创造的财富比重超过了物质因素所创造的比重;其二,非物质性因素已成为一个国家、一个地区、一个企业经济竞争力的主要指标;其三,物质因素使用效率取决于非物质性因素(... 当前全球经济增长的中心资源已发生了巨大的变化。其一,非物质性因素创造的财富比重超过了物质因素所创造的比重;其二,非物质性因素已成为一个国家、一个地区、一个企业经济竞争力的主要指标;其三,物质因素使用效率取决于非物质性因素(高智力等无形资产)的投入量和强弱程度。传统的只注重增加厂房、设备、扩大有形生产,不重视无形资产投入、培育的做法已不适应信息时代的要求了,走投资软件化扩大企业经营绩效的道路,抓住时机导人CI(企业形象),促进无形资产增值是企业在竞争中避免衰落,赢得发展的重要手段,也是现代企业运作的大趋势。一、导入CI对企业的影响1、增加产品市场形象。确定客户或潜在客户,了解客户需求,加强对销售队伍的建设,了解客户满意度,扩大销售渠道。2、确定核心业务。从CI理念出发,对企业的经营战略进行调整,发展“核心能”,即通过拥有十分专业化的核心零件与技术,较高的市场占有率或市场领先地位,与客户密切联系,能带来长期竞争优势的产品或服务,以此为重点发展对象,简化产品品种,减少大而全;将不能保持长期市场领先地位和带来利润的非核心业务。 展开更多

Soil salinity has been considered a brutal environmental factor for decreasing crop yield due to the accumulation of excessive sodium salts in soil under arid and semi-arid region of the world. This study tries to address the potential use of biochar. An organic matter rich material, used to reclaim salt-stressed soil in order to enhance crop production in dry croplands as well as to increase soil organic carbon (SOC) and to improve soil fertility. In this regard, a field experiment for two years was conducted in a moderately salt-stressed soil of Central China with wheat-maize cropping system. The soil was amended with biochar composted with poultry manure (BPC) at 12 t/ha with diluted pyroligneous solution (PS) at 0.15 t/ha a week before sowing of crop. Results showed significant improvement in soil physical properties, soil nutrient content with reduction of sodium salts and soil pH by amendment of BPC-PS1 and BPC-PS2 over the experimental control salt-stressed cropland. Furthermore, wheat and maize grain yield, nitrogen, phosphorous potassium and K/Na ratio increased while sodium decreased with the application of BPC-PS amendment in wheat and maize grain. This study concluded that the biochar amendment in conjunction with PS greatly improved SOC storage, crop nutrient uptake and soil fertility. Thus, waste treatment of crop straw and poultry manure compost as biochar could be combined to alleviate salt stress and improve crop production in the vast area of arid and semi-arid regions of the world. 展开更多

JPEG-Compatibility steganalysis detects the presence of secret message embedded in the JPEG decompressed images and estimates the embedding rate. We propose a JPEG-Compatibility steganalysis algorithm that estimates the embedding rate based on the difference between the stego image and its recompression based predicted co-vet image. In particular, compression artifacts and embedding changes are distinguished based on the amplitude of pixel value changes. This is done independent of the embedding positions, thus is effective for both content non-adaptive and content adaptive steganography. In addition, we also improve the recompression prediction scheme to more accurately estimate the JPEG quantization table. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is significantly more effective in detecting spatial ±1 steganography across a wide range of quality factors and embedding rates, when compared to the previous works. 展开更多

Creation of the value of an organization may be based on the organizational culture. The article presents the essence of value management and organization characterized the factors affecting the formation of organizational culture, ways of dealing with an organization aimed at consolidating and strengthening the organizational culture. Sometimes organizations feel the need to change the culture in order to achieve increased efficiency and ensure the success of the company to implement the necessary changes. The physical and mechanical properties of wood affect the growth and development of trees, and also act as the main criteria when determining wood usage. Our understanding on patterns and controls of wood physical and mechanical properties could provide benefits for forestry management and bases for wood application and forest tree breeding. However, current studies on wood properties mainly focus on wood density and ignore other wood physical properties. In this study, we established a comprehensive database of wood physical properties across major tree species in China. Based on this database, we explored spatial patterns and driving factors of wood properties across major tree species in China. Our results showed that(i) compared with wood density, air-dried density, tangential shrinkage coefficient and resilience provide more accuracy and higher explanation power when used as the evaluation index of wood physical properties.(ii) Among life form, climatic and edaphic variables, life form is the dominant factor shaping spatial patterns of wood physical properties, climatic factors the next, and edaphic factors have the least effects, suggesting that the effects of climatic factors on spatial variations of wood properties are indirectly induced by their effects on species distribution. 展开更多
