气相色谱质谱法测定6种加香目标物质的含量及对烟丝加香均匀性的评价 被引量:11

建立了一种运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)同时测定卷烟烟丝中呋喃酮、异戊酸异戊酯、麦芽酚、薄荷醇、乙基麦芽酚和茴香脑6种烟用加香目标物的检测方法。试样用二氯甲烷溶液振荡提取,旋转蒸发仪浓缩,气相色谱-质谱联用仪检测分析。... 建立了一种运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)同时测定卷烟烟丝中呋喃酮、异戊酸异戊酯、麦芽酚、薄荷醇、乙基麦芽酚和茴香脑6种烟用加香目标物的检测方法。试样用二氯甲烷溶液振荡提取,旋转蒸发仪浓缩,气相色谱-质谱联用仪检测分析。分别对样品量、萃取溶剂和萃取时间等前处理条件进行了优化。该方法的线性相关系数r均在0.998以上,采用SIM法定量分析,其平均加标回收率为86%~92%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为4.7%~7.1%,检出限(S/N=3)和定量下限(S/N=10)分别为0.014 7~0.0746μg/g和0.048 9~0.248 8μg/g。结果表明,该方法简便、灵敏度高、线性关系好,能满足同时测定烟丝中此6种加香目标物质的要求。方法还通过测定烟丝样品中加香目标物的含量及其含量的RSD值对卷烟制丝工艺加香的均匀性进行了评价。 展开更多

物质主义的经典研究分别从人格、价值观、目标和需要的角度界定和理解物质主义的相关现象。自我概念一直是贯穿物质主义研究的线索,但直到最近研究者才试图以它为理论基点统摄与整合已有研究。相关研究表明,物质主义者对自我的评价较低... 物质主义的经典研究分别从人格、价值观、目标和需要的角度界定和理解物质主义的相关现象。自我概念一直是贯穿物质主义研究的线索,但直到最近研究者才试图以它为理论基点统摄与整合已有研究。相关研究表明,物质主义者对自我的评价较低,表现为低自尊、权变性自尊;对自我的认识具有不一致性,表现为自我概念不清晰、外显-内隐自尊分离、以及自我差距(理想自我与现实自我的差距)。最近出现的两个综合理论——物质主义的自我逃离理论与物质主义的认同目标追求理论提出,物质主义是个体将物质拥有作为逃避自我的方式或满足自我认同动机的手段。这两个理论弥补了现有物质主义研究缺乏整合性理论的不足。未来研究可以通过借鉴有关自我概念的理论,超越单纯的物质主义者自我匮乏的思路,从而做出更大的理论贡献。 展开更多

Reconstructing long-term vegetation buffers along streams in agricultural landscapes has become a common environmental restoration strategy for improving water quality and wildlife habitat connectivity.This article developed a linear weighted model to rank the priority of agricultural sub-basins for the establishment of vegetative buffers.The method was applied to an agricultural watershed of 146 km2 in Ontario,Canada.The watershed was divided into 11 sub-basins as basic decision units.In each subbasin,four stream buffer schemes with widths of 5,10,15 and 20m were generated.For each buffer,three benefit-cost attributes of reconstructing vegetation cover were estimated,which include acreage per dollar,sediment abatement per dollar and habitat benefit per dollar.These attributes were first normalized using a linear normalization approach to eliminate the effects across different units.The normalized attributes were then integrated using a simple additive weighting method to rank the 11 sub-basins for prioritizing spatial restoration action.A sensitivity analysis was also conducted to observe the impact of a change in attribute weights on the management decisions.The results suggest that vegetation buffers reconstructed for achieving the water quality goal are not effective in improving habitat connectivity and vice versa. 展开更多

Inverted domes are popular as foundations. Structures are built with an intended end use for a specified utility period. The functional requirement is to serve the purpose and the structural requirement constitutes stability, strength, safety, serviceability and durability. Satisfaction of these requirements at affordable costs is the goal of structural optimization. This paper demonstrates the need and scope for optimization of domes by formulating and solving the problem by use of calculus (volume of material is the objective function being minimized using first principles of calculus). A simple but elegant method is suggested for determination of wind stresses by statics which compares very well with that obtained by rigorous method. 展开更多

Partial Characterization of Chitinolytic Extract from Endophytic Streptomyces sp. and Its Effects on the Boll Weevil

The present study achieves the biochemistry partial characterization of the chitinolytic extract produced by an endophytic Streptomyces sp. strain (A8). This extract was also tested against Anthonomus grandis, the cotton boll weevil aiming its control. The chitinase crude extract from the A8 strain was cultured for five days in a minimum liquid media supplemented with chitin. The extract was partially characterized by standard methods. The chitinolytic extract had an optimum temperature of 66 "C and an optimum pH between 4 to 9 (around 80% of relative activity). We also characterized the temperature and pH stability and measured the effects of enzyme inhibitors. The filtered chitinolytic extract was added to an artificial boll weevil diet. Boll weevil development from the egg stage to the adult stage was prolonged, and the percentage of adults that emerged was approximately 66% less than on control diet. This study showed that the.larval development of A. grandis was inhibited by the presence of characterized chitinolytic extract in artificial diet. This work provides an experimental basis for using the chitinase from an endophytic bacterium Streptomyces sp. as a biocontrol alternativeto controlling the plant pest A. grandis. 展开更多
