The type, morphology, size distribution and volume fraction of inclusion were analyzed with OM and SEM. The effect of inclusion in Mg-Gd-Y-Zr alloys on anticorrosion ability was investigated with salt spray test and electrochemical test. The results show that the inclusions in the alloy can be removed effectively by filtering purification. The average size of inclusions in the alloys is decreased from 12.7 μm to 2.0 μm and the volume fraction of inclusions is reduced from 0.30% to 0.04%. With the decrease of the size of inclusions in the alloys, the corrosion rate of the alloys decreases dramatically from 38.8 g/(m 2 ·d) to 2.4 g/(m 2 ·d) in the salt spray test. The corrosion potential increases while the corrosion current decreases and the polarization resistance increases in the electrochemical tests, which indicates that the anticorrosion ability is improved.展开更多

The decomposition rates, the variation of active organic C and N contents in the residues and the relationship between active organic C and N contents and decomposition rate were investigated. The results showed the decomposition rates of different organic materials were all high in the early period and then low in the late period. Among the organic materials, the decomposition rates ranked as oilseed cake 〉 vetch 〉 wheat straw and rapeseed straw 〉 corn straw. The decomposition rate was positively related to total N content (P〈0.01), but was negatively related to the active organic C/N ratio (P〈0.01). However, there was no significant relationship between decomposition ratio and active organic C content. With the proceeding of decomposition, the active organic C content and the total N content in rapeseed straw, vetch, wheat straw and corn straw all trended to increase, but the active organic C/N ratio trended to decrease. However, the variation of active organic C content, total N content and active organic C/N ratio in oilseed cake was on the contrary.展开更多

The results show that M2 C is the prevailing type of eutectic carbides in M42 steel. After modification with rare earth metals M2 C eutectic carbides change from the ordered lamellar structure into a circular structure.Despite different morphologies the two carbides present the same characteristics of microstructure and growth orientation.Compared with lamellar carbides M2 C carbides with the circular structure are much easier to decompose and spheroidize after heating which remarkably refines the carbide dimensions. The refined carbides improve the supersaturation of alloying elements in martensite and increase the hardness of M42 steel by 1.5 HRC.展开更多

The K–T equation models the seismic wave propagation in a two-phase medium to determine the elastic moduli of the composite medium. In the effective medium model, mode I, the hydrate is a component of the pore inclusions in mode I and in mode II it is a component of the matrix. First, the P-wave velocity, S-wave velocity, density, bulk modulus, and shear modulus of the sediment matrix are extracted from logging data.. Second, based on the physical properties of the main components of the sediments, rock-physics model is established using the K–T equation, and two additional rock-physics models are established assuming different hydrate-filling modes for the effective medium. The model and actual velocity data for the hydrate-bearing sediments are compared and it is found that the rock-physics model for the hydrate-filling mode II well reproduces the actual data.展开更多

With the sputter deposition of a nickel thin film, nickel silicidation is realized on undoped and doped (As and B) Si(001) substrates by rapid ther mal processing (RTP). The formation of NiSi is demonstrated by X-ray diffraction and Raman scattering spectros- copy. The influence of the substrate doping and annealing process (one-step RTP and two-step RTP) on the NiSi! Si interface is investigated. Based on the sparseness of the geophysical data or the transform domain, we can improve the accuracy and stability of the reconstruction by transforming it to a sparse optimization problem. In this paper, we propose a mathematical model for the sparse reconstruction of data based on the LO-norm minimization. Furthermore, we discuss two types of the approximation algorithm for the LO- norm minimization according to the size and characteristics of the geophysical data: namely, the iteratively reweighted least-squares algorithm and the fast iterative hard thresholding algorithm. Theoretical and numerical analysis showed that applying the iteratively reweighted least-squares algorithm to the reconstruction of potential field data exploits its fast convergence rate, short calculation time, and high precision, whereas the fast iterative hard thresholding algorithm is more suitable for processing seismic data, moreover, its computational efficiency is better than that of the traditional iterative hard thresholding algorithm.展开更多

Germination and seedling emergence of tomatoes, cress or radish were tested to assess phytotoxicity of the four amendments. Mink farm compost and horse manurecompost stimulated root and shoot growth of tomato seedlings, but MSW compost and pulp mill solids were strongly inhibitory. MSW compost and non-amended potting soil also inhibited seedling emergence and pulp mill solids produced stunting and deformities in radish and cress seedlings. Both toxic constituents and nutrient imbalances may be responsible for the growth-inhibiting effects of these amendments. Application of pulp mill solids to agricultural soil without composting may lead to deleterious effects on vegetable crops.展开更多

[Method] The seeds of L. discolor were germinated in four different culture media MS, 1/2MS, Hyponex No.1 (3.0 g/L), and 1/2 Hyponex No.1 (1.5 g/L), and the ger- mination rate was calculated 80 d later to select the optimal medium for seed ger- mination of L. discolor. Then, by culturing the protocorms and buds of L. discolor in the media supplemented with different hormone combinations (6-BA and NAA) or organic substrates (potato juice, banana juice and coconut milk), the optimal medi- um compositions for multiplication and .differentiation, seedling hardening and rooting of L. discolor were respectively determined. [Result] After 80 d of dark culture, 86.67% of the seeds inoculated into the medium 1/2 Hyponex No.1 germinated and developed into protocorms, proving 1/2 Hyponex No.1 was most suitable for seed germination of L. discolor among the four basic media, while MS medium had the worst effects. In culture medium of 1/2 Hyponex No.1+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+100 ml/L co- conut milk supplemented with 0.4 or 0.6 mg/L NAA, a mixed body of protocorms and small buds were induced after being cultured for 45 d, and the multiplication rate was 6.11, which was higher than that in the medium supplied with 0.2 or 0.8 mg/L NAA. By adding 10% potato juice, 10% banana juice or 100 ml/L coconut milk into Hyponex No.1+1.0 mg/L NAA, it was found that 10% banana juice had better effects in hardening and rooting of L. discolor planlets than 10% potato juice and 100 ml/L coconut milk. The small buds grew into plantlets about 80 d later in the medium with banana juice, the rooting rate was 93.33%, and the plantlet height was 7.19 cm. After hardening-culture for 10 d in a greenhouse, the L. discolor plantlets were transplanted into the mixed matrix of peat soil and lava (at a ratio of 3:1), and 91.7% of them survived 60 d later. [Conclusion] A relatively perfect propa- gation system of L. discolor was established by using aseptic seeds as explants in this study, which can be used for the protection of L. discolor germplasm resources, seedling propagation and industrial development.展开更多

Deep sea floor sediment is a porous, unconsolidated, fluid saturated media. Therefore, the reflection and transmission coefficients computed by the Zoeppritz equation based on elastic media do not match reality. In this paper, a two-phase media model is applied to study the reflection and transmission at the bottom simulating reflector in order to find an accurate wave propagation energy distribution and the relationship between reflection and transmission and fluid saturation on the BSR. The numerical experiments show that the type I compressional (fast) and shear waves are not sensitive to frequency variation and the velocities change slowly over the whole frequency range. However, type II compressional (slow) waves are more sensitive to frequency variation and the velocities change over a large range. We find that reflection and transmission coefficients change with the amount of hydrate and free gas. Frequency, pore fluid saturation, and incident angle have different impacts on the reflection and transmission coefficients. We can use these characteristics to estimate gas hydrate saturation or detect lithological variations in the gas hydrate-bearing sediments.展开更多

Theoretical and numerical analysis showed that applying the iteratively reweighted least-squares algorithm to the reconstruction of potential field data exploits its fast convergence rate, short calculation time, and high precision, whereas the fast iterative hard thresholding algorithm is more suitable for processing seismic data, moreover, its computational efficiency is better than that of the traditional iterative hard thresholding algorithm.
文摘We compared the capacity of composts made from three different sources of organic wastes (horse manure and bedding, mink farm wastes, municipal solid waste (MSW) and sewage sludge), and clarifier solids from a chemo-thermomechanical pulp mill, to enhance the growth of tomato seedlings grown in potting soil with little organic matter. Application of pulp mill solids to agricultural soil without composting may lead to deleterious effects on vegetable crops.

文摘Basic structure and algorithm of leaf mechanism photosynthesis model were described in first part of this study based on former researcher results. Then, considering some environmental factors influencing on leaf photosynthesis, three numerical sensitivity experiments were carried out. We simulated the sing le leaf net CO2 assimilation, which acts as a function of different light, carbo n dioxide and temperature conditions. The relationships between leaf net photosy nthetic rate of C3 and C4 plant with CO2 concentration intercellular, leaf tempe rature, and photosynthetic active radiation (PAR) were presented, respectively. The results show the numerical experiment may indicate the main characteristic o f plant photosynthesis in C3 and C4 plant, and further can be used to integrate with the regional climate model and act as land surface process scheme, and bett er understand the interaction between vegetation and atmosphere.

文摘Synthetic silicides with good properties were prepared,as Y ions were implanted into silicon using metal vapor vacuum arc (MEVVA) ion implantor and annealed by Rapid Thermal Annealing (RTA).The structure of synthetic silicides has been investigated with the analysis of channeled low angle emergence and TEM.Three layers could be observed in the implanted region as the implanting ion flux is selected as 25μA/cm\+2.The thickness of the silicide layer is about 60—80nm.The defect density N \-d and sheet resistance R \-s decrease with the increase of the ion flux. After RTA annealing of the implanted sample, the N\-d and R\-s decreased obviously.R\-s decreased from 54Ω/□ to 14Ω/□.The minimum of resistivity is 84μΩ·cm.It is evident that electrical properties of the Y silicides can be improved by RTA.The formation of the silicides with YSi and YSi\-2 are confirmed by X\|ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. With the analysis of low angle emergence, important information exposed from the depth profiles of atoms and lattice distortion in an implanted region would be used to study the synthesis of silicides.

文摘[Objective] This study was conducted to establish a system for aseptic seeding and rapid propagation of a wild Chinese herbal medicine Ludisia discolor. [Conclusion] A relatively perfect propa- gation system of L. discolor was established by using aseptic seeds as explants in this study, which can be used for the protection of L. discolor germplasm resources, seedling propagation and industrial development.
文摘The bottom simulating reflector (BSR) in gas hydrate-bearing sediments is a physical interface which is composed of solid, gas, and liquid and is influenced by temperature and pressure. We can use these characteristics to estimate gas hydrate saturation or detect lithological variations in the gas hydrate-bearing sediments.
