鲜水河断裂带是四川西部一条晚第四纪强烈左旋走滑活动的构造带,历史上发生多次强震.它与西北侧的甘孜-玉树断裂带一起,构成青藏高原东部的侧向滑移构造系统中的川滇活动地块的北边界——羌塘地块的东北边界.鲜水河断裂带北西段可... 鲜水河断裂带是四川西部一条晚第四纪强烈左旋走滑活动的构造带,历史上发生多次强震.它与西北侧的甘孜-玉树断裂带一起,构成青藏高原东部的侧向滑移构造系统中的川滇活动地块的北边界——羌塘地块的东北边界.鲜水河断裂带北西段可以分成4个段落,每一段落均可作为一个独立的基本破裂单元而发生地震破裂,亦有可能发生不同尺度的多段联合瞧裂.对鲜水河断裂带北西段不同尺度破裂的震级及复发间隔进行研究.根据该地区的地质、地球物理、测量及地震等方面的资料,结合我国强震复发的特点,分析了拉分盆地内部的滑动速率分布,以确定各段落的等效长度和倾向宽度,从而建立适合我国大陆走滑断裂的面波震级与断裂发震面积的关系式;进而运用地震矩方法,考虑断层之间的相互作用,结合专家意见建立了该段的矩平衡断裂破裂模型;最后,给出了鲜水河断裂带北西段各破裂源特征化地震的复发间隔、震级大小和不确定性,以及他与中小地震的联合震级分布.结果表明,鲜水河断裂带北西段较易发生单段破裂,复发间隔在100-150年左右. 展开更多

回顾了我国城市活动断层探测工程、活动断层大比例尺填图计划、我国地震重点监视防御区活动断层地震危险性评价等项目的立项过程和主体研究内容,结合近20余年大地震现场地表破裂带的科学考察成果,阐述了强噪声弱信号条件下隐伏活动断层... 回顾了我国城市活动断层探测工程、活动断层大比例尺填图计划、我国地震重点监视防御区活动断层地震危险性评价等项目的立项过程和主体研究内容,结合近20余年大地震现场地表破裂带的科学考察成果,阐述了强噪声弱信号条件下隐伏活动断层探测定位技术、断层活动性定量鉴定技术、地震危害性评价理论与方法、全过程多源数据管理技术和活动断层探测技术标准体系建设等多方面取得的显著进展;提出了青藏高原隆升变形动力学新模型、活动断层级联破裂机理与大地震成因理论、地震局部化破裂特征与避让理论和高震级地震地质判识标志及其在高震级地震危险区划分中应用等,形成了活动断层滑动习性与避让、震害预防和地震监测预测的新理论、新方法和新理念,并对活动断层探测和研究中活动性定量参数不确定性、相邻段落级联破裂条件与特大地震震级预测、地震地质标志定量化演化特征、基于三维活动断层模型的强震动模拟与地震灾害预测、重大工程跨活动断层的抗断等亟需解决的科学问题和技术难题进行了讨论;最后指出我国需要继续加强活动断层探测与填图工作及其成果的管理,保持城市活动断层探测和大比例尺填图以及深浅构造关系勘探等方面的国际领先优势,引领国际震害预防和有物理意义地震监测预报发展方向。 展开更多

In the paper, we propose a surface wave suppression method in time-frequency domain based on the wavelet transform, considering the characteristic difference of polarization attributes, amplitude energy and apparent velocity between the effective signals and strong surface waves. First, we use the proposed method to obtain time-frequency spectra of seismic signals by using the wavelet transform and calculate the instantaneous polarizability at each point based on instantaneous polarization analysis. Then, we separate the surface wave area from the signal area based on the surface-wave apparent velocity and the average energy of the signal. Finally, we combine the polarizability, energy, and frequency characteristic to identify and suppress the signal noise. Model and field data are used to test the proposed filtering method. 展开更多

Based on the statistical results of the relationship between the large earthquakes surrounding Xinjiang and moderate earthquakes within Xinjiang since 1950,this article calculates the Coulomb failure stress change produced by the three groups of large earthquakes surrounding Xinjiang during the large earthquake active period outside Xinjiang and the quiet period inside Xinjiang from 1976 to 2007,and analyzes Xinjiang's moderate earthquake activity features in the three years after the large earthquakes surrounding Xinjiang. It then discusses the influence of large earthquake activity surrounding Xinjiang on seismic activity within Xinjiang. The research results show that the large earthquake activity surrounding Xinjiang may to a certain extent slow down the preparation process of moderate earthquakes in Xinjiang. 展开更多

In this study, we analyze the co-seismic response of water levels in the Jiaji well to strong earthquakes (Ms ≥7. 8) from 2001 to 2010 at an epicentrai distance less than 8000km. We investigated the co-seismic variation form of water levels, and analyzed the relationship between the amplitude of water level variation and the magnitude and the epicentral distance. We then checked the seismic wave phases when the changes of water level occurred. It was shown that: (1) the water level's co-seismic response is mainly characterized by escalation with no oscillation; (2) the amplitude of water level change has a certain connection with epicentral distance and magnitude; (3) co-seismic response of water levels in the Jiaji well shows a certain directivity; (4) most of the co-seismic responses were caused by surface waves, and some by long-period S waves. 展开更多

Based on the extraction and calculation of the short-term seismic precursory information magnitude from the 114 major precursory observations in the North China region, and together with consideration of factors such as geological structure, seismicity, crustal thickness, and in particular, the current geodynamics of the region, the authors studied the time-space evolution characteristics of the short-term earthquake precursory information magnitude and its relationship with earthquakes and proposed the index and method for the short-term synthetic prediction of earthquakes with M S≥5.0 in the North China region. An analysis was carried out on the seismic activity and the precursory anomaly prior to the earthquakes in Yiliang on September 7,2012. The characteristics of the seismic activity,the dynamic changes of underground fluid and deformation were investigated. As a result of the investigation,we found that: before the earthquake,the seismicity level of M4. 0earthquakes had enhanced,and seismic gap of a small earthquake had appeared; the precursory anomalies emerged about 1 year before the earthquake; there was phenomenon of short-term anomaly migrating from the periphery to the epicenter area; the imminent anomaly appeared in a relatively concentrated period of time, a week before the earthquake. The research has shown a significant guidance for the analysis and prediction of strong earthquakes( Ml> 5. 0). 展开更多
