CT has great value in screening and diagnosing lung cancer. However, some lung cancers with special imaging manifestations still have a high possibility of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. Therefore, radiologists need to be familiar with the CT manifestations of this kind of lung cancer and differentiate these diseases. This article briefly introduces the value of CT screening for early lung cancer, and summarizes some lung cancers with special CT signs in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy of lung cancer with special CT signs and improve the prognosis of patients with special CT signs.展开更多
