抓“特象”、明“理法”,治脊髓感染排尿困难、反复发热一例 被引量:1

本例患者诊断为脊髓及全身多部位感染,经抗生素治疗后仍有反复发热、排尿困难。从西医角度看,感染诊断明确,经积极治疗效果不理想,治疗陷入困境,属于“疑难病”范畴。笔者在中医思维框架下,运用抓“特象”精准把握病机并识别多重病机本... 本例患者诊断为脊髓及全身多部位感染,经抗生素治疗后仍有反复发热、排尿困难。从西医角度看,感染诊断明确,经积极治疗效果不理想,治疗陷入困境,属于“疑难病”范畴。笔者在中医思维框架下,运用抓“特象”精准把握病机并识别多重病机本质,辨证为少阳不和,膀胱气化失司;运用明“理法”的策略合理遣方用药,以和解少阳、化气利水为法。方用小柴胡汤合五苓散加减,成功解决了棘手的“排尿困难、反复发热”难题。该案的成功是中医治疗“疑难病”的实践探索,从思维学角度理清治疗方法的选择,阐释了疑难病治疗中的方证相应功不可没,具体分析了服药时间、剂量及将息法等细节的重要性,值得推广运用,是中医药重回疑难危重症战场的一例展示。 展开更多

Cloud forests are unusual and fragile habitats, being one of the least studied and least understood ecosystems. The tropical Andean dominion is considered one of the most significant places in the world as regards biological diversity, with a very high level of endemism. The biodiversity was analysed in an isolated remnant area of a tropical montane cloud forest known as the "Bosque de Neblina de Cuyas", in the North of the Peruvian Andean range. Composition, structure and dead wood were measured or estimated. The values obtained were compared with other cloud forests. The study revealed a high level of forest biodiversity, although the level of biodiversity differs from one area to another: in the inner areas, where human pressure is almost inexistent, the biodiversity values increase. The high species richness and the low dominance among species bear testimony to this montane cloud forest as a real enclave of biodiversity. 展开更多

In this paper, a novel approach is proposed for denoising of Chinese calligraphy tablet documents. The method includes two phases: First, a partial differential equations (PDE) based the total variation model and Otsu thresholding method are used to preprocess the calligraphy document image. Second, a new method based on run-length statistics and structure charac- teristics of Chinese characters is proposed to remove some random and ant-like noises. This includes the optimal threshold se- lection from histogram of run-length probability density, and improved Hough transform algorithm for line shape noise detection and removal. Based on online observations of fine particulate matter(PM2.5) for five consecutive years from January 2013 to December 2017 in Beijing, combined with simultaneous measurement of gaseous precursors and meteorological parameters, the evolution and meteorological causes of fineparticle explosive growth(FPEG) events were analyzed. During the 5-year observation period,132 FPEG events were observed and these events were further divided into three types(3-, 6-, and 9-h events) according to their evolution duration. The majority of FPEG events were observed in winter under the conditions of higher gas precursor concentrations and unfavorable meteorological conditions. The average concentration of PM2.5 during winter FPEG events changed little from 2013 to 2016, whereas it decreased significantly in 2017, in accordance with the similar variation of gaseous species(SO2, NO2, and CO). In addition, the higher wind speeds and lowest relative humidity observed in 2017 were also conducive to the decrease in PM2.5. The evolutions of FPEG events and normal haze episodes were analyzed, revealing that the rate of increase in NO2 was much greater than that of SO2, suggesting more of a contribution from mobile sources than stationary sources. The polar Plot results suggest that the transportation from the southeast area of Beijing plays a major role in the formation of 3-h events, whereas local emissions is the main contributory factor for 9-h events and normal haze episodes. However, further quantitative analysis regarding the contributions of these factors is still needed. 展开更多

Then the related constants of style imagery are calculated and the cabinet components library is also built by the three-dimensional modeling.Finally,with recombinant technology and the mapping model between cabinet style and external characteristics,the prototype system based on Visual Studio is proposed.This system actualizes the bidirectional reasoning between product style imagery and the shape features,which can assist designers to produce more creative designs,greatly improve the efficiency of cabinet development and increase the profits of companies. 展开更多

After talking about the image reconstruction technique based on the inverse transformation of Zernike moment, the evaluation approach to the accuracy of the Zernike moments shape feature via the dissimilarity degree and the reconstruction ratio between the original image and the reconstructed image is proposed.
