天祝县羊包虫病羊免疫与犬控制综合防控效果检测

目的:监测天祝县推广羊免疫与犬控制综合防控技术后,天祝县羊包虫病感染现状。方法:对天祝县11个乡镇8个养殖场、15个散养户随机抽样采集成年羊血共600份,其中未免疫羊和免疫羊各300份,羊血清分别进行ELISA检测阳性感染率和抗体效价。对2家羊屠宰场120只屠宰羊进行观察监测羊包虫病感染情况。结果:(1)未免疫羊棘球蚴(包虫)病疫苗的300份羊血进行ELISA检测结果显示,4份血清样品呈阳性,3份样品呈弱阳性,包虫病感染率为2.33%。(2)接种了羊棘球蚴(包虫)病基因工程亚单位疫苗Eg95的300份羊血ELISA检测免疫抗体效价检测结果显示,267份血清呈阳性,8份呈弱阳性,25份呈阴性,免疫羊血清抗体效价合格率为91.67%。(3)屠宰场120只屠宰羊包虫病感染数2只,感染率1.67%。(4)家犬38份粪便样品包虫病抗体检测阳性率为0。结论:检测结果表明,推广羊免疫与犬控制相结合的综合防控技术,使天祝县包虫病的防控方面取得了显著效果。

犬用羊奶粉、婴幼儿奶粉应用于白化孟加拉虎人工育幼结果初报

白化孟加拉虎在人工圈养情况下易发生产后弃养行为,人工育幼可有效提高幼虎的成活率。2017年,太原动物园对5只幼龄孟加拉白虎进行人工育幼,1～3号幼虎沿用飞鹤婴幼儿奶粉进行人工育幼,4号和5号幼虎首次采用维斯康幼犬专用羊奶粉进行人工育幼。结果表明,犬用羊奶粉能满足幼虎的营养需要,幼虎食用后生长发育良好,无脱毛现象。得出结论,维斯康幼犬专用羊奶粉配方可能接近母虎母乳,吸收方面优于婴幼儿奶粉。

孔子的语言观

语言是交流思想的重要工具,因之,作为教育家的孔子,当然也就十分强调语言的重要性。他说:“不有祝鮀它之佞,而有宋朝之美,难乎免于今世矣。”(《论语·雍也》)孔子认为,没有象祝鮀的口才,而仅有宋国公子朝的美貌,那是不行的,甚至不易避免灾祸。这里孔子把语言的作用提得很高。孔子还说:“君子所贵乎道者三:……出辞气,斯远信矣。”

新疆家畜棘球蚴病感染情况调查

为了掌握全疆范围家畜包虫病感染情况,我们历时3年时间对12个地州的牛、羊、犬包虫病感染情况调查。在屠宰场直接检查牛羊肝脏和肺脏的棘球蚴,进行计数、登记。犬采用槟榔碱下泻法采样后,实验室利用抗原抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附实验方法和粪便检查法检测细粒棘球绦虫带虫率。经过调查12个地区的包虫病平均感染率为绵羊48.93%,牛11.54%,犬28%。

Tracking, Obedience and Defense between Belgian Shepherd Malinois and German Shepherd Dog

Dogs are used for centuries as people helpers. One of possible use is a sport and service. BSM （Belgian Shepherd Malinois） and GS （German shepherd） dogs are most used breeds like service dogs and also most represented at sports competitions. Our aim was to compare the results of these breeds in the World Cup of International tests of working dogs （in years 2003-2011）, which is the peak of competitions. The authors evaluated results of German shepherd dog performance test and Belgian shepherd Malinois performance in disciplines such as tracking, obedience and defense. Belgian Shepherds achieved in all disciplines higher score than German shepherds. It was found out that Belgian shepherd Malinois get significant higher score in all disciplines （tracking, obedience and defense） than German shepherd. However, both of breeds are used successfully as service dogs.

Effect of Glutamine on Serum GPT and AKP in Healthy Puppies

The experiment was to study the effect of glutamine on serum GPT and AKP activity in the puppies. Sixteen 60 day-old Germany Shepherd puppies[weight of （5.86±0.22） kg] were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups, one group fed basal diet was the control group, another group fed basal diet and supplemented with 1.2% glutamine was the experimental group. Trial period was 21 days. GPT and AKP activity were detected on 7th, 14th and 21 st day respectively. Dietary sup- plementation with 1.2% glutamine enhanced （P〈0.05） its activity of serum GPT and AKP compared with the control group. This experiment proved that glutamine could improve these two kinds of enzyme activity in serum, promotes protein synthesis, raise puppies anti-stress effect.

为了掌握库车县家畜包虫病感染情况,2015年牛、羊、犬包虫病感染情况调查.在屠宰场直接检查牛羊肝脏和肺脏的棘球蚴,进行计数、登记.犬采用槟榔碱下泻法采样后,实验室利用抗原抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附实验方法和粪便检查法检测细粒棘球绦虫带虫率.经过调查库车县的包虫病平均感染率为绵羊12%,牛4.3%,犬38%.

新疆玛纳斯县家畜棘球蚴病感染情况调查

为了掌握玛纳斯县家畜包虫病感染情况,笔者等于2012年对全县的牛、羊、犬包虫病感染情况做了调查,即在屠宰场直接检查牛羊肝脏和肺脏的棘球蚴,进行计数、登记。犬采用槟榔碱下泻法采样后,实验室利用抗原抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附实验方法和粪便检查法检测细粒棘球绦虫带虫率。结果显示,包虫病平均感染率为绵羊42.8%,牛4.33%,犬14.89%。
