庾信《为晋阳公进玉律秤尺斗升表》的写作时间,倪璠《庾子山集注》认为在北周武帝保定元年(561年),然而考察《隋书·律历志》、王褒《上新定钟表》等文献可知该文的写作时间为保定五年(565年)末。庾信《温汤碑》所描写的温汤究竟何... 庾信《为晋阳公进玉律秤尺斗升表》的写作时间,倪璠《庾子山集注》认为在北周武帝保定元年(561年),然而考察《隋书·律历志》、王褒《上新定钟表》等文献可知该文的写作时间为保定五年(565年)末。庾信《温汤碑》所描写的温汤究竟何指,清代注家倪璠认为指弘农温汤,吴兆宜认为指盩厔县太乙山温汤,莫衷一是。文章据《长安志》、王褒《温汤碑》等文献,认为应当从《艺文类聚》等唐宋类书,庾信《温汤碑》所写温汤为骊山温汤,且该文的创作缘由应为北周武帝天和四年(569年)宇文护在骊山温汤建造皇堂石井。此外,在考证的基础上,对庾信《为晋阳公进玉律秤尺斗升表》《温汤碑》在宇文护执政时期北周政治史上的意义进行了探究,认为宇文护执政时期从建设礼乐制度与推行儒家孝道政治伦理观念两方面对北周政权权力正统性进行了建构。 展开更多

在关羽从人到神的历史文化进程中,流传于下层社会的民间宗教发挥了极为重要的渲染造势作用。自明万历十八年(1590)神宗朱翊钧敕封关羽为“三界伏魔神威远镇天尊关圣帝君”以后,举国上下立即兴起了一股关帝崇拜潮流。作为这场信仰运动的... 在关羽从人到神的历史文化进程中,流传于下层社会的民间宗教发挥了极为重要的渲染造势作用。自明万历十八年(1590)神宗朱翊钧敕封关羽为“三界伏魔神威远镇天尊关圣帝君”以后,举国上下立即兴起了一股关帝崇拜潮流。作为这场信仰运动的思想回响,关帝家乡的黄天道信徒,以“玄天大帝”名义,于天启二年(1622)五月十日,在山西一个名叫“松柏亭”的地方,采用扶乩降鸾手段,编写了一部《玉律经宝卷》。在该部宝卷中,作者不仅推阐了关帝作为“协天大帝”所具有的“上司天”“下辖地”“中司世”的至高至尊地位,而且还演述了关帝为地狱制定律令的神圣事迹,因而在关帝信仰发展史上,留下了一笔浓墨重彩。 展开更多

[Objective] This program aimed at providing basis for timely and effective control of Asian corn borer Ostrinia furnacalis in waxy corn fields through investigations and researching on occurrence and damage characteristics of Ostrinia furnacalis in the main producing area of waxy corn of Shanxi Province.[Method] Attraction and collection of the adults,fixed-points and random investigations on eggs and larvae were the main methods in this research.[Result] Ostrinia furnacalis appeared in two generations per year in the field of waxy corns,the generations were basically nonoverlapping with significant interval.The peak period of the overwintering generation adults in the field of waxy corn was early to middle of June,peak period of the first generation adults was from early August to late August;peak period of the first generation eggs was from the end of early June to the binning of late June,the peak period of the second generation eggs was from the middle of early August to late August.Egg-laying performances of Ostrinia furnacalis on waxy corns in different growth period suggested that the temptation of waxy corns to egg-laying of Ostrinia furnacalis had gradually increased with the continuation of growth stages before the heading of waxy corns;while after the heading of waxy corns,the temptation of waxy corns to egg-laying of Ostrinia furnacalis had gradually reduced with the continuation of growth stages.The amount of eggs on waxy corns was more than eggs on normal corns with the same growth period and growth conditions.The first generation of Ostrinia furnacalis caused more serious damages than the second generation.The first generation larvae caused more serious damages on waxy corns with early sowing period than with middle sowing period,while the late sowing fields basically uninjured.The early sowing and middle sowing corns were damaged but lightly,due to the slight occurrence of the first generation larvae.The second generation larvae caused more serious damages in late sowing waxy corn field than in middle sowing waxy corn field.As the early sowing waxy corns were harvested before the beginning of damage peak period of the second generation larvae,they were basically uninjured or slightly damaged by the second generation larvae in general years.Because the second generation larvae were in large-scale occurrence,they had caused serious damages to late and later middle sowing waxy corns.Incidence of ear rot disease on the female ears of waxy corns was closely related to the damages of Ostrinia furnacalis on ears,which was higher on the ears infested by Ostrinia furnacalis.[Conclusion] Comprehensive control on the second generation of Ostrinia furnacalis in the mid and late sowing field of waxy corn should be strengthened. 展开更多

[Objective] The experiment aimed to study laws of accumulation of starch in micro-endosperm maize kernel. [Method] The laws of accumulation of starch in maize embryo and OSK(the other section of a kernel except embryo) of MEM(micro-endosperm maize) were studied in this experiment by taking Gaoyou 115 maize as control. [Result] The starch accumulation speed of MEM embryo was slightly lower than that of Gaoyou115 and the starch accumulation speed of MEM OSK was far lower than that of Gaoyou 115, so the starch content of the whole kernel of Gaoyou 115 was 3.4 to 4.5 times as high as that of MEM during harvesting. The embryo starch weight ration of Gaoyou 115 maize during harvesting was only 3% to 4% while that of MEM was 16% to 22%. Moreover, starch accumulation speeds of different MEM materials were different and there were significant differences in starch content during harvesting among different MEM materials. [Conclusion] The starch accumulation in MEM was slow, and MEM has widely variation on starch accumulation. 展开更多

Variation Law of Pericarp Tenderness of Super Sweet Corn Kernel

To investigate the variation law of pericarp tenderness in growth progress of super sweet corn kernel, the values of pericarp tenderness of 10 super sweet corn inbreeds were measured during kernel growth, and the variations under differ- ent conditions were analyzed. The results showed that there existed gradient differ- ences in pericarp tenderness among the 10 materials, of which PE10 had the best pericarp tenderness, T105 took medial place, and $33205 performed worst in peri- carp tenderness. Pericarp tenderness values of these 3 inbreeds increased curvedly from 12 to 24 days after pollination, in the spring (Wuhan, Hubei) and winter (Ling- shui, Hainan) of 2014. Moreover, the average pericarp tenderness at different time points presented the same decreasing order of $33205, T105, PE10, which was not altered by enviroment. With the growth of kernel, for one material, the difference of pericarp tenderness under different environments presented a law of increment, re- duction, uniformity. As for optimum-picking time, there was four days difference be- tween the spring in Wuhan and winter in Lingshui. However, there was no obvious difference in pericarp tenderness on the optimum picking time, which indicated that growing environment could affect the variation ratio of pericarp tenderness, but it still depended on the nature of materials. 展开更多

Objective:To analyze the medication rules of ZHENG Yuling in the treatment of cervical cancer,and provide a basis for the clinical practice of Chinese medicine for the treatment of cervical cancer.Methods:The data of patients with cervical cancer treated by ZHENG Yuling in the First Hospital Affliated to Henan Univer-sity of Chinese Medicine from March 26,2017 to January 5,2021 were collected and the medication rules were analyzed.Results:Totally 143 cases were included,and the most frequently used prescriptions were Wuling Powder(五苓散),Simiao Powder(四妙散),Danggui Shaoyao Powder(当归芍药散),Shuyu Pill(薯损丸),Qingxin Lianzi Decoetion(清心莲子饮),Bazhen Decoction(八珍汤),etc.With statistics of the efficacy,all Chinese materia medica were divided into 19 categories,and their properties were mainly warm,mild and cold;the flavors of medicine were mainly sweet,pungent and bitter;the meridian tropism mainly ineludes the lung,liver,spleen and stomach.After cluster analysis and factor analysis,15 common factors were extracted;through the analysis of association rules,14 groups of Chinese materia medica combinations with high frequency associ-ation strength were obtai ned.Conclusion:ZHENG Yuling believes that the pathogenesis of cervical cancer is not only related to disorder between Chong and conception Channels due to the intermingling of dampness,tox-icity,blood stasis,and phlegm but also retention of urine due to qi stagnation and water retention.The direct disease location is in the uterus and indirect location may involve the lung,liver,spleen and kidney according to the development of disease,accompanying symptoms and the different constitutions of the patients.It is advo-cated that attention should be paid to not only removing dampness,detoxification,removing blood stasis,and re-ducing phlegm,but also regulating qi,opening the blockage,promoting water flow.At the same time,the spleen and stomach should be protected,and tonification and purgation should be applied in combination. 展开更多
