化学科学部环境化学学科领域RCC机制试点情况及未来思考

“负责任、讲信誉、计贡献(Responsibility,Credibility,Contribution,RCC)”评审机制试点工作是国家自然科学基金委员会为鼓励评审专家更加积极主动遴选创新项目,弘扬负责任的评审文化,进一步维护评审工作的科学性和公正性,树立和落实... “负责任、讲信誉、计贡献(Responsibility,Credibility,Contribution,RCC)”评审机制试点工作是国家自然科学基金委员会为鼓励评审专家更加积极主动遴选创新项目,弘扬负责任的评审文化,进一步维护评审工作的科学性和公正性,树立和落实正确的资助导向而实施的重要改革举措。该试点工作自2020启动以来,化学科学部环境化学学科已连续两年参与其中,积极为广大科研工作者和有关评审专家搭建互评、互帮、互促的交流平台,显著提升了基础研究项目评审科学性、专业性和公平性。本文对环境化学学科近两年RCC评审机制试点工作进行了总结,分析了阶段性成效,并对未来工作提出了一些思考建议。 展开更多
