研究基于网络环境下的PBL教学法在急危重症护理教学中的应用。与传统教学相对比,探讨教学效果。方法 本研究为同期对照实验性研究,设立实验组和对照组。研究对象为呼伦贝尔职业技术学院2020级护理大专学生,实验组采用基于网络环境下的PB... 研究基于网络环境下的PBL教学法在急危重症护理教学中的应用。与传统教学相对比,探讨教学效果。方法 本研究为同期对照实验性研究,设立实验组和对照组。研究对象为呼伦贝尔职业技术学院2020级护理大专学生,实验组采用基于网络环境下的PBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。教学结束后比较两组的理论考核、实践操作考核成绩,同时通过量表比较两组学生的评判性思维能力、问题解决能力以及学生对于教学满意度的差异。结果 实验组学生的理论考核成绩、实践操作考核成绩、评判性思维能力分数、问题解决能力测验分数、教学满意度高于对照组,具有显著性差异(P﹤0.05)。结论 基于网络环境下PBL教学法应用于急危重症护理教学中,可更好的激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学习能力,培养学生评判性思维能力和问题解决能力,提高学生对于教学的满意度。 展开更多

目的系统评价我国医学本科医学教育中网络环境下以问题为基础的教学法(web problem-based learning,WPBL)相比以授课为基础的教学法(lecture-based learning,LBL)对教学效果的影响。方法Web of Science、Embase、PubMed、Cochrane图书... 目的系统评价我国医学本科医学教育中网络环境下以问题为基础的教学法(web problem-based learning,WPBL)相比以授课为基础的教学法(lecture-based learning,LBL)对教学效果的影响。方法Web of Science、Embase、PubMed、Cochrane图书馆、中国知网(CNKI)、重庆维普(CQVIP)、万方(WanFang)数据库中计算机搜索WPBL教学法和LBL教学法对医学本科生教学影响的随机对照试验,检索时间为建立数据库至2020年8月。使用Stata 15.0软件进行Meta分析。结果总共包括8个随机对照试验,各专业医学本科生878名,其中WPBL教学组439名,LBL教学组439名。研究结果显示:WPBL教学法的理论考试成绩[标准均数差(standardized mean difference,SMD)=1.30,95%可信区间(confidence interval,CI)(0.18,2.41),P<0.022],成绩优秀率[相对危险度(relative risk,RR)=1.45,95%CI(1.26,1.68),P<0.001]及教学满意度[RR=1.23,95%CI(1.14,1.33),P<0.001]均显著优于LBL教学法,差异有统计学意义。结论WPBL教学法在中国医学本科生教学中效果优于LBL教学法。 展开更多

He mentioned the language as a form of "doing" rather than a form of "knowing". He believes that language is what it is because it has to serve certain function. In other words, social demands on language have helped to shape its structure. This theory distinguishes linguistic behavior potential from actual linguistic behavior. That means the speaker can do many things in certain language: making an invitation, expressing hope, inquiry, agreement, refuse and etc. Therefore EFL teaching is to develop the abilities to communicate with others, that is, listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating.
