There are two ways to resolve business disputes, through litigation and non-litigation process. The non-litigation process mainly depends upon the agreement of the parties involved and does not have a formally binding force upon them. Although the non-litigation process is more preferred in resolving business disputes, sometimes it does not completely resolve the issue. A specific business dispute resolution procedure such as the mechanism of small claims court (an informal court) is required. The objectives of the small claims court are to settle cases in prompt and cost-effective manner, and to avoid lengthy and complex formal legal procedures. Although it is still a part of the litigation process, the small claims court applies simplified procedures that are different from those of conventional civil cases. Nonetheless, the judgment of the small claims court has the same legally binding force as that of general court. The small claims court is situated in the District Court, but the examination of cases is different from general procedures and until now the mechanism has not been widely known in Indonesia.展开更多

The system is initially prepared in two-qubit extended Werner-like state. We work out the dependence of the entanglement dynamics on both non-Markovian environments and the purity of initial state, and show that non-Markovian environments and the purity can control the time of the two-qubit entanglement sudden death and the reservoirs' entanglement sudden birth. Furthermore, under the conditions of different purity and initial entangIement, the revival of qubits' entanglement can manifest before, simultaneously or even after the disentanglement of their corresponding reservoirs.展开更多

A deep analysis of ...The ongoing processes of spatial transformation of post-industrial regions attract people's attention, and they show new possibilities of development but they are also related with new challenges. A deep analysis of known patterns must be an important lesson as, first of all, we observe transformation of other regions, which gives rise to a question about the possibility of using positive model solutions in other urban contexts. Moreover, in every action contributing to the development of a region with traditions, we should use every potential, understood as accumulated energy and closed in facilities, individuals and their mutual relations. The article is divided into five parts: (1) a short history of Nord-Pas de Calais; (2) a significant introduction to history and spatial issues; (3) a description of corrective measures undertaken on the basis of, e.g., an urban analysis from the moment of taking a decision on ceasing coal mine extraction until today; (4) a description of"a concept for the region"; (5) conclusions---including a catalogue of actions, prepared by the author, where an important aspect will be the use of elements of spatial values and spatial identity of regions in the process of planning spatial, social and economic transformation. In the article, the results of studies conducted in years 2010-2015, based on statistical data analysis, strategic documents analysis and an on-site visit are presented.展开更多

Natural zeolite and coal cinder were layered as main packing medium of the ecological filter instead of traditional filling to remedy the static lake water in Northern China.The ecological filter was running in a comb...Natural zeolite and coal cinder were layered as main packing medium of the ecological filter instead of traditional filling to remedy the static lake water in Northern China.The ecological filter was running in a combined upward and downward flow mode.Dynamic experiments were carried out to study the effects of retention time and ambient temperature on pollutants' removal efficiency of the hybrid ecological filter.The function of plant was also studied by contrast test.It is showed that the removal efficiencies of NH4+-N and TP are increased when the retention time is changed from 1 h to 2 h and 4 h,but the removal efficiency of TN is decreased,the removal efficiency of NH4+-N is increased from 91.5% to 98% and that of TP is increased from 31.8% to 52.5%.When the temperature declines,the temporal removal efficiency of NH4+-N is reduced,but the removal efficiency of 24 h and 48 h is remained.The removal efficiency of TP after 24 h and 48 h is decreased when the temperature declines evidently.The retention time plays an important role in NH4+-N and TP removal,and the ambient temperature is significant for TP removal.The plant favors for TP and organic matter removal but has little effect on TN removal.展开更多

Due to the influence of quantum noise, the accuracy of entangled qubits decrease faster than that of one qubit. Facing with the challenges of environmental disputes explosion, China has to keep up with the trend. A system of environmental courts from institution to procedure rules has been established according to the Swedish Environmental Code of 1999. In contrast, the environmental courts in China are far from perfect, and the reforms of the envi- ronmental courts lack unified legal grounds, specific structural design, and clear procedure rules. An analysis concerning the origin and development, standing, the composition of judges, the litigation costs of the Sweden environmental courts will be revealing and beneficial for the bettering of the Chinese environmental courts system.展开更多
It is known that the inevitable interaction of the entangled qubits with their environments may result in the degradation of quantum correlation.We study the decoherence of two remote qubits under general local single...It is known that the inevitable interaction of the entangled qubits with their environments may result in the degradation of quantum correlation.We study the decoherence of two remote qubits under general local single-and two-sided amplitude-damping channel(ADC).By using concurrence,quantum discord and Clauser-Horne-ShimonyHolt(CHSH)inequality,we find that the relation between the residual quantum correlations and the initial ones are different.Recently,Wang et al.[Int.J.Theor.Phys.54(2015)5]showed that there exist a set of partially entangled states that are more robust than maximally entangled states in terms of the residual quantum correlation measured by concurrence,fully entangled fraction and quantum discord,respectively.Here we find that both in single-and two-sided ADC,only the evolution of CHSH inequality with the initial parameter is proportional to that of the initial nonlocality.That means the initial state with maximally nonlocality will retain its role in the evolution.It implies that the evolution of nonlocality may reveal the characteristics of quantum state better.Furthermore,we discuss the evolutions of the three different quantum measurements with the initial parameter under generalized amplitude damping channel(GADC)and find that they are all proportional to that of the initial state.展开更多
