针对某型号液体火箭发动机离心泵所发生汽蚀问题,在基于SIMPLEC算法上,采用雷诺时均Navier-Stokes方程(简称N-S方程)控制方程、Realizable k-ε湍流模型和mixture多相流模型,对泵环形入口壳体和诱导轮进行汽蚀性能研究。在数值流场计算... 针对某型号液体火箭发动机离心泵所发生汽蚀问题,在基于SIMPLEC算法上,采用雷诺时均Navier-Stokes方程(简称N-S方程)控制方程、Realizable k-ε湍流模型和mixture多相流模型,对泵环形入口壳体和诱导轮进行汽蚀性能研究。在数值流场计算研究中,分析各部件对诱导轮汽蚀性能的影响,发现诱导轮及环形入口壳体内流场的不对称性降低诱导轮的汽蚀性能。通过合适调整环形入口壳体面积比以及环形入口壳体出口与诱导轮之间的距离,使环形入口壳体出口流场收缩,在加速流中获得较均匀的速度场,改善了诱导轮入口流动参数,提高了诱导轮的汽蚀性能。所采用的改进方法对液体火箭发动机离心泵的研制和优化具有一定的指导意义。 展开更多

The research on structural vibration and sound radiation of underwater ring-ribbed cylindrical shell, which is coated with a kind of deadening and decoupling materials, becomes a focus in recent years. This paper analyzes the problem on two aspects: model experiment and numerical calculation. The model experiment is carried out including three cases firstly, in which the structural vibration response and radiating acoustic field are measured respectively, and the results gained in these three cases are analyzed to discuss the effect of reducing structural vibration and radiating noise of the deadening and decoupling materials. The coupling FEM/BEM and the SEA methods are both used in numerical calculation, i.e. the arithmetic of the coupling FEM/BEM method is adopted to calculate the low frequency characteristics and the SEA method is adopted to calculate the medium-high frequencies characteristics of the model. By comparing experimental results with numerical calculation results, it is proved that the algorithm adopted in this paper is reasonable. 展开更多

Multi-point Optimization of Recirculation Flow Type Casing Treatment in Centrifugal Compressors 被引量:3

High-pressure ratio and wide operating range are highly required for a turbocharger in diesel engines. A recirculation flow type casing treatment is effective for flow range enhancement of centrifugal compressors. Two ring grooves on a suction pipe and a shroud casing wall are connected by means of an annular passage and stable recirculation flow is formed at small flow rates from the downstream groove toward the upstream groove through the annular bypass. The shape of baseline recirculation flow type casing is modified and optimized by using a multi-point optimization code with a metamodel assisted evolutionary algorithm embedding a commercial CFD code CFX from ANSYS. The numerical optimization results give the optimized design of casing with improving adiabatic efficiency in wide operating flow rate range. Sensitivity analysis of design parameters as a function of efficiency has been performed. R is found that the optimized casing design provides optimized recirculation flow rate, in which an increment of entropy rise is minimized at grooves and passages of the rotating impeller. 展开更多
