Methods Data of 189 patients with acute anterior MI who had a primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in the first 12 h from the onset of symptoms between January 2004 and December 2008 were retrospective analyzed. Left anterior descending arteries (LAD) of all patients were occluded. LADs were reopened with primary PCI. According to the collateral circulation, all patients were classified to two groups: no collateral group (n = 111), patients without angiographic collateral filling of LAD or side branches (collateral index 0) and collateral group (n = 78), and patients with angiographic collateral filling of LAD or side branches (collateral index 1, 2 or 3). At one year' s follow-up, the occurrence of death, reinfarctlon, stent thrombosis (ST), target vessel revascularization and readmission because of heart failure were observed. Results At one year, the mortality was lower in patients with collateral circulation compared with those without collateral circulation (1% vs. 8%, P = 0.049), whereas there Were no differences in the occurrence of reinfarction, ST, target vessel revascularization and readmission because of heart failure. The occurrence of composite of endpoint was lower in patients with collateral circulation compared with those without collateral circulation (12% vs. 26%; P = 0.014). Conclusions Pre-exist collateral circulation may prefigure the satisfactory prognosis to the patients with acute anterior MI after primary PCI in the first 12 h of MI onset.展开更多

The majority of these changes have affected the growth traits of fish life history, which include a smaller size-at-age, an earlier age-at-maturation and among others. Currently, the causes of these life history traits changes still require systematic analyses and empirical studies. The explanations that have been cited are merely expressed in terms of fish phenotypic adaptation. It has been claimed that the original traits of fish can be recovered once the intensity of exploitation of the fish is controlled. Sustained environmental and fishing pressure will change the life history traits of most fish species, so the fish individual's traits are still in small size-at-age and at earlier age-at-maturation in exploited fish populations. In this paper, we expressed our view of points that fishing gear has imposed selectivity on fish populations and individuals as various other environmental factors have done and such changes are unrecoverable. According to the existing tend of exploited fish individual's life history traits, we suggested further researches in this field and provided better methods of fishery management and thereby fishery resources protection than those available early.展开更多

However, the sluggish faradaic kinetics of anode materials severely limit the overall electrochemical performance of SIHC devices. Herein, we report an application of nanotube-like hard carbon(NTHC)anode material prepared by high-temperature carbonization(1150℃) of polyaniline(PANI) nanotubes for high-performance SIHCs. As a result, the assembled sodium ion half-cell with NTHC shows a high reversible capacity of 419.5 mA h g^-1at 0.05 A g^-1and a good rate performance of 74.6 mA h g^-1 at 2.5 A g^-1 in a potential window of 0-2 V(vs. Na/Na^+). On this basic, a SIHC using such NTHC as anode and a high-capacity activated carbon(APDC) as cathode is fabricated, which exhibits a high energy density of 133.0 W h kg^-1 at 2850 W kg^-1and still remains 100.9 W h kg^-1 at 14,250 W kg^-1. Within the potential range of 1.5-3.5 V, the SIHCs display an outstanding cycling stability tested at 2 A g^-1 with a good capacity retention of 82.5% even after 12,000 cycles.展开更多
