The paper makes introduction to modernized grand theaters in our country,such as Shanghai Grand Theater,National Grand Theater, Hangzhou Grand Theater and etc.It also puts forward the demerits in completed theater construction,which should be improved in the following four parts: single modality,over-focusing on outlook,out-of-date technological level and imbalance on the level of design,construction and supervision.
