概率分析法在国有施工企业利润预测中的应用

国有施工企业的总公司是由所属分公司、厂、站、直属项目部每年上交利润来维持日常开支和年终分配的。如何预测确定所属单位的目标利润,不但是两级经营者必须考虑的重要战略目标之一,且关系到每个职工的切身利益,为公司上上下下所关注。... 国有施工企业的总公司是由所属分公司、厂、站、直属项目部每年上交利润来维持日常开支和年终分配的。如何预测确定所属单位的目标利润,不但是两级经营者必须考虑的重要战略目标之一,且关系到每个职工的切身利益,为公司上上下下所关注。 然而,确定上交利润数的随意性较大。因为上交利润基数是由总公司与各所属单位一对一判断确定的,讨价还价的因素较多,缺乏科学的方法预计测算目标利润数,这就往往造成所属各单位苦乐不均,与建立现代企业制度的要求也很不适应。 预测目标利润所涉及的因素很多,比如承接的业务量,投入的技术装备,所属单位所处的区域环境等等,这就给预测目标利润带来一些不确定的因素。但不论变动的因素有多少,预测目标利润应体现如下原则:(1)可行性。它应该反映未来企业可能实现的最佳利润水平,既先进又合理;(2)客观性。为保证目标利润具有最大的可能性,在预测目标利润时必须以客观存在建筑市场环境、技术发展状况为背景,以现实参数为依据,不能脱离现实,单凭拍脑袋想当然乱定目标;(3)严肃性。目标利润必须经过反复测算、验证调整后方可最终确定。(4)指导性。目标利润不应当是现有业务量、成本和预算定额的消极后果,相反,对上述因素的未来发展应起着某种规定或约束作用,具有指导性。 ? 展开更多

Jiangjia Ravine is a world-famous debris flow valley in Dongchuan,Yunnan Province,China.Every year large numbers of landslides and collapses happened and caused enormous damages to people's properties and lives.With longtime observation and testing in Jiangjia Ravine we had found out one kind of special landslide which had the characteristics of landslide and collapse.Landslide and collapse supplied sufficient materials for debris flow.When a debris flow broke out,some kind of intergrowth existed among rainfall,landslide and debris flow.In order to study the intergrowth and some key parameters,we carried out artificial rainfall landslide tests and model experiments to observe the phenomena such as collapse,surface slide and surface flow.By observing the experimental phenomena and monitoring water contents,the transformation process among landslide deposits and debris flow under the condition of rainfall had been analyzed.Research results revealed the relationship of this kind of intergrowth among rainfall,landslide and debris flow in Jiangjia Ravine.Meanwhile,it was found that this kind of intergrowth relationship existed only when the moisture content was in a certain range.That is,the critical state seemed to be existed in the transformation process. 展开更多

In this study,the activated sludge model implemented in the BioWin software was validated against full-scale wastewater treatment plant data. Only two stoichiometric parameters(Y p /acetic and the heterotrophic yield(Y H)) required calibration. The value 0.42 was used for Yp /acetic in this study,while the default value of the BioWin software is 0.49,making it comparable with the default values of the corresponding parameter(yield of phosphorus release to substrate uptake(YPO4)) used in ASM2,ASM2 d,and ASM3 P,respectively. Three scenarios were evaluated to improve the performance of the wastewater treatment plant,the possibility of wasting sludge from either the aeration tank or the secondary clarifier,the construction of a new oxidation ditch,and the construction of an equalization tank. The results suggest that construction of a new oxidation ditch or an equalization tank for the wastewater treatment plant is not necessary. However,sludge should be wasted from the aeration tank during wet weather to reduce the solids loading of the clarifiers and avoid effluent violations. Therefore,it is recommended that the design of wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs) should include flexibility to operate the plants in various modes. This is helpful in selection of the appropriate operating mode when necessary,resulting in substantial reductions in operating costs. 展开更多

The advantages and disadvantages of various outburst prevention measures inheading face were analyzed.The mechanism of outburst prevention about hydraulic extrusionmeasure was studied, the technological parameters were introduced, and the effectof outburst prevention was investigated.The in-situ experimental results show that thehydraulic extrusion measures are applied in serious outburst mine, not only the stress ofstimulate outburst is eliminated effectively but also the gas in coal seam is released efficiently,the measures get obvious effect on coal and gas outburst prevention, and theroadway driving speed is increased by 1.5 times, implementing a safe and rapid excavation. 展开更多

Statistical fluctuations are unavoidable in realistic quantum key distribution (QKD) due to finite-size effect. Based on the four-intensity proposal on measurement-device-independent QKD (MDI-QKD) in [Phys. Rev. A93 (2016) 042324], we particularly analyze the scenario that only three intensities are used, namely a three-intensity decoy-state MDI-QKD with biased basis choice. After performing full parameter optimization method, simulations results demonstrate that this scenario can obtain distinct enhancement compared with the conventional unbiased threeintensity decoy-state method, e.g. Xu et al.’s [Phys. Rev. A 89 (2014) 052333]. Furthermore, results also show that it works more efficiently by using HSPS than using WCS at longer transmission distance. 展开更多
